Brandon Marshall Pledges To Donate $300 For Every Tackle Yesterday, we reported that 49ers QB Colin Kaerpernick blasted brands who dropped NFL baller Brandon Marshall for kneeling during the National Anthem. Brandon now says he has no regrets in taking a stance against police brutality and inequality reports Denver Post : I don’t regret anything I’ve done. This process has made me rethink things, too, and now I know that I have the power to effect change, not only locally but also nationally. I will donate $300 for every tackle. Every single tackle. I’m compiling the list of local organizations and programs that I will donate to. Denver Police Chief Robert White suggested some during our meeting Tuesday. But I’m going to take my time to find the right organizations, because I want to make sure it gets into the right hands. I want to do this right. One person can make a change. Colin Kaepernick started the fire, and I believe it takes other people’s participation to keep it burning. Discuss.

Kylie Jenner: Did She Just Totally Diss Her Dad?

Oh, Kylie Jenner. Perhaps you ought to stick to nearly-naked selfies near your shower . The young reality star shared a throwback image on her official app today, one meant to pay tribute to her dad a few days prior to Father’s Day. But some critics believe Kylie actually insulted  Caitlyn Jenner when she meant to pay her respects instead. The post in question is titled “Throwback Thursday: Daddy’s Girl,” and it includes the following message from Kylie to her famous dad: “This #TBT is dedicated to my dad in honor of Father’s Day! I love you so much! Thank you for being you. :)” It’s a very sweet notion, no doubt. But it’s also a snapshot of Caitlyn back when she was Bruce Jenner, an identity this transgender star has said many times she was uncomfortable and unhappy with. In April of last year, meanwhile, Kylie also selected an old picture of Bruce in a cropped t-shirt and tight Daisy Dukes to promote his coming-out interview with Diane Sawye. Mere weeks after Caitlyn’s debut as Caitlyn, Kylie shared a “major throwback” to when she went to the 2003 Finding Nemo premiere with Bruce, Kris Jenner and sister Kendall Jenner . Is this a big deal? Is Kylie throwing shade at her father’s new identity? Is she not-so-subtly making it clear that she wishes Caitlyn had never become Caitlyn? We doubt it. Remember what Jenner told People Magazine last year of Caitlyn? “She’s lived an amazing life, and she’s always done amazing things,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians said in November. “She’s such a good role model for so many people, and I know she wants to do so much good with what she’s doing.” This may just be a case of Kylie having some fun with a throwback photo. Blac Chyna shared another pic of her baby bump to Instagram, which means it’s time to drum up another feud between her and Rob Kardashian’s sisters! This time, Blac’s catching flak for a maternity number she chose to wear. She sported a figure-hugging white bodycon dress underneath a beige coat – and OMG KIM DID THAT ONCE, TOO! The horror. The indignity! Let’s go ahead and peep Kim’s look, because why the hell not. Cripes, it’s uncanny. But wait, there’s another one. The very idea that Blac is wearing a getup reminiscent of anything Kim has already worn undoubtedly chaps the selfie queen’s hide, and we anticipate she’ll clap back with a nude selfie or something and then Blac will respond in kind. Or not. Who knows. It’s possible this just happens to be the latest in maternity chic and that’s what Blac’s stylist handed to her that day. But regardless of shade or no shade thrown, Kim and Blac are reportedly trying to patch up their friendship now that they’re about to become sisters-in-law and will have to buy each other Christmas gifts. Kim and Blac are said to be gabbing about pregnancy and motherhood. But while Kim is working hard to lose the baby weight she gained while carrying her son Saint, Blac is reportedly trying to pack on the pounds . “My goal is to gain, like, 100 pounds this pregnancy. Amber Heard to Johnny Depp: You’re Scared!

Amber Heard is not having any of Johnny Depp’s BS.  The actor’s people are implying to everyone that Amber and Johnny both want to end their legal war , but that’s actually pretty far from the truth.  Amber actually wants the case the to continue on because she wants to take to the stand.  This is all because she knows that Johnny and his people are making the rumor up out over what she’ll say on the stand.  Is she saving some of the finer details of what really was going on between them for the stand? It certainly seems that way.  Johnny and his representatives are obviously frightened that the details are so bad that they’ll wreck his career even more.  It kind of makes sense, but then if Amber does settle out of court, her story would never be told.  Amber’s testimony will no doubt make or break her estranged husband’s career, but things aren’t looking good for him right now.  Why would Depp want to settle out of court if he’s really innocent? Surely, he would want to refute any claim that Amber made to try and do some damage control.  This just adds further fuel to the fire that Depp isn’t as innocent as he’s trying to make us believe.  Either way, it looks like this case is going to get more interesting as Amber takes to the stand to give her version of events.  Initially, Amber seemed to be the one getting the negative press when she came forward about her torment at the hands of Depp.  Her past was brought up and even the fact that she was arrested for domestic assault. Father of Stanford Rapist Minimizes Son’s Actions: Read His Statement

On June 2, Brock Turner – a swimmer from Stanford University – was convicted of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman near a dumpster. His sentence of just six months in jail, followed by three months of probation, was seen as a slap on the wrist to many. It has stirred up an Internet storm. The judge ruled that a longer sentence would have done the 20-year old more harm than necessary, despite actions most believe to have been unconscionable.  There has been outrage on social media about the whole thing and now Turner’s father, Dan, has only added fuel to the fire. A lot of fuel to the fire.  In a statement, he compared his son’s assault on the woman to “20 minutes of action” for which his child should not be punished with any jail time. Seriously.  This is a look at the statement in full: This case has gone viral because the brave victim at the center of it stood in front of the judge last week and read a moving letter, directing her anger, pain, bitterness and shock to Turner and everyone in court. In instances like this, you expect the parents to be releasing an apology for bringing the offender into this world… but it appears Brock’s father is just as deluded as him. “His life will never be the one that he dreamed about and worked so hard to achieve,” Turner wrote. “That is a steep price to pay for 20 minutes of action out of his 20-plus years of life.” The whole thing is pretty disgusting.  He then went on to speak about how his son has lost his appetite nowadays. He also blamed the incident on “binge drinking” and “promiscuity.” It’s truly disgusting all around. As a quick refresher: On January 18, 2015, two students found Brock on top of the unconscious woman. They even tackled him when he tried to flee. Evidence pointed to Turner shoving his fingers inside the woman, along with pine needles and other objects. His attorney tried to argue in court that the sex was consensual and that Turner asked for permission every step of the way. But a jury saw right through this defense. Kylie Jenner: Freaking Out Over Wildfire in Calabasas!

A wildfire struck the community of Calabasas, California yesterday, and Kylie Jenner was right in the thick of it. In a series of Snapchat posts, the young Jenner appeared to be terrified about the fire. “There's a fire next to my house!” she exclaims in the background of the first snap, depicting a rising cloud of smoke behind her home. Kylie just moved into a new $6 million mansion in the Hidden Hills, adjacent Calabasas and down the street from mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian. In a second snap, she asks whether she will have to evacuate her home. The fire, which has torched more than 500 acres so far, has forced the evacuation of about 3,700 homes in the area, according to CNN. Kylie's sister Khloe Kardashian saw the post and replied with a snap of her own, featuring a close-up view of the smoke from her own house. “No, Kylie, you won't have to evacuate, because it's closer to my house than yours, sadly,” said Khloe. “So let's pray nobody has to evacuate.” Kylie continued to share videos of the billowing smoke as she grew increasingly more nervous. “This is our city. We were born and raised in Calabasas,” she told fans. “This can not go down!” The affluent region of Los Angeles county is home to a number of celebrities, including Jessica Simpson, Katie Holmes and Justin Bieber. Yesterday, Ellen DeGeneres Instagrammed a photo of a firefighter, her wife Portia de Rossi's brother, thanking the team for their work. “Sending thanks to Portia's brother, Michael and all the firefighters & rescue workers on the scene of this dangerous fire in Calabasas,” she wrote. The Duggar family mantra is “Say No To Birth Control, Any Method of Birth Control,” so everyone is going to have to prepare themselves for Josh and Anna Duggar baby news. I’m shocked she isn’t already, quite frankly. Fresh off his faith-based rehab stint for a porn addiction, admission of cheating and alleged child molestation, Josh has probably had sex with his wife at least once, given the fact that Anna is his wife and married couples are known to fornicate. Michael Strahan to Pen Scathing Memoir About Kelly Ripa?

Michael Strahan has already left Live! for Good Morning America. But that doesn’t mean the talk show host is done with Kelly Ripa, not according to a new tabloid cover story. The latest issue of Star claims that Strahan has a $10 million offer on the table to pen a memoir that will reveal endless secrets about his former colleague. An anonymous insider tells the magazine that Strahan would “relish telling his side of the story” of why he ditched one ABC program for another. Strahan, of course, announced in mid-April that he would depart Live! in September in order to become a full-time part of Good Morning America. But Ripa felt disrespected enough by the way in which ABC handled this announcement to stage a mini-boycott of her own show. She eventually returned… talked about the need for respect in the workplace … and then awkwardly sat next to Strahan for the next few weeks until he ended up leaving on May 13. Such is the case for Kylie Jenner, who is allegedly out $2 million. “Kylie had been bankrolling Tyga for well over a year and she’s finding herself short on cash as a result,” a source told Radar Online .
