Man Charged For Smashing Girlfriend’s Baby To Death R.I.P. to little Jamir…. Via WJLA: A 26-year-old Suitland man killed a 2-year-old boy this past May after he climbed onto a piece of furniture, then “disrespected him” with a facial expression, prosecutors say. In charging documents released Thursday, officials say that Clifton Bernard grabbed 2-year-old Jamir Shipe and shoved him to the floor on May 22, then grabbed him by the face and forced his head through a wall. Prince George’s County Police say that Bernard admitted to killing Jamir, the son of the woman he was in a relationship with, in an interview shortly after the boy was discovered. At some point, authorities say that Bernard became enraged with Jamir after he climbed onto some furniture inside the home. At that point, he is accused of grabbing the boy by the midsection and throwing him to the floor. Bernard then admitted to grabbing Jamir by the face and pushing his head into a wall. However, when he called 911, Bernard told dispatchers that the boy was choking on food. Jamir was suffering from multiple severe injuries, including broken bones in his face and head and total respiratory failure. He died the next day. We hope this monster gets locked up FOREVER. My name is Carla, I’m 16 and I’ll always remember this day, April 8, 2013. I live in France. There were two dates in France so I could do the second date which was Strasbourg. I was very lucky to be able to also get a M&G! Arriving at the venue, I talked with some girls who had a meet and greet. Security finally came, we showed them our tickets, and identity papers. The security guards told us not to run but my legs wouldn’t listen. As soon as we got inside, we went to a table and got our meet and greet passes. We waited again for nearly 3 hours because Justin was late. We sat on the floor with my friend Sophia as opposed to other girls who all were standing. We wanted to save our energy for Justin. During the waiting process, a nice man from the security, Ryan, explained us some rules: “Do not kiss Justin. Do not hug Justin without asking him. Do not ask him for an autograph. Do not lose your M&G pass and wristband.” Dan Kanter also came see us. He took pictures with us and we told him to ask Justin if he could take off his sunglasses during the photos because we can’t see his beautiful eyes. Dan said he didn’t see Justin today so he didn’t know what he was wearing. Ryan then told us to go forward and put our gifts for Justin’s on a table. I saw a black curtain and I immediately saw some flashes. I was like, “What’s happening? It’s going so quickly.” I just had the time to hear the first girl on the queue scream, “He isn’t wearing his sun glasses!!” and I was so reassured. Then it was finally my turn! The security directly pushed me to Justin. Justin said, ”Hey” and I asked him, “Can I have a hug?” and he answered, “Yeah” with a little smirk. I hugged him so quickly and intentionally I kissed him on his jawbone because he was in profile, already turned to the photograph. He didn’t reject me and was so nice. Never in a million years did I think I would be writing this, but here it is. My name is Lexi and my Bieber Experience started after Justin wasn’t nominated for a Grammy. I knew that winning a Grammy was and still is his biggest dream. While watching the Grammy nominations and not hearing Justin’s name made me heartbroken. I told my dad the next day and told him and then I came up with a crazy idea to make one for Justin . As soon as I found out about the Bieber Fever contest I immediately took a picture of all my walls and march and made a collage. I was so excited because I knew that this was the only way that I would meet Justin. On Friday night (January 25 th ) at around 10 p.m. I got an email. I waited about 10 seconds to open it and was breathing heavy because I was so nervous. I then closed my eyes and opened them and the first thing I saw was “Congratulations.” I knew from reading other Bieber Experiences that I won! My first reaction was screaming, “I WON I’M MEETING JUSTIN TOMORROW!” Then my mom, dad, and brother came running in and then read the email and we started to cry and fangirl. The next day approached very slowly. From my hotel there was a trolley that brings you to the arena and so we took that. After the first stop a mom and a girl around my age came on the bus and we started talking! We were both huge beliebers and were going to the concert. I told her how I won M&G and she said how she was on the floor 12 th row! Once we got to the arena we heard that the tour busses already came so we ran to the back to try to see the crew. We ended up waiting there for 2 hours until Cody, Justin’s dancers, and Justin’s crew started to arrive. Since I had meet and greets I had to leave at 3:45 to wait to get my wristbands and didn’t see Justin arrive. After I got my wristband I called the Belieber I met on the bus so she could meet Justin since she came from Puerto Rico. We ended up waiting in line for 2 hours until the line started to move. When we got into the small room, Jon M Chu was filming! Since I was carrying the Grammy, he got a video of me saying, “Justin this Grammy is for you.” He also filmed my mom since she was wearing a Justin shirt. My name is Isidora and this is MBE! I’m 16 years old and I live in Orion, Michigan . I’m going to tell you every little detail, so I hope you’re all ready. It all started around when Believe Tour tickets went on sale. Throughout the school year my friend Amanda and I would always joke going into class saying, “I WON JUSTIN TICKETS!” It got to the point to where we kinda gave up on even going to the concert. It was Thanksgiving break on a Tuesday, around 3 p.m. on November 20th. Amanda texted me and said, “I got Justin tickets, do you want to go?” I thought it was all a joke but I immediately accepted the offer. Later that day I went to her house to hangout. We went to the mall to find a cute outfit, and left with absolutely nothing. Later that night we watched ‘Never Say Never’ and got all hyped up! The next morning we woke up with Bieber on our minds. It was November 21st 2012, and OUR concert date! We danced to all of Justin’s songs all day; while eating breakfast, while finding our outfits, while getting ready and anything you could think of. Throughout the playlist OLLG came on, and we paused. I said, “I wonder if he’s doing OLLG at this Believe Tour?” Amanda Youtube’d it, and sure enough he was. My heart broke. I was so upset that I’d be in a stadium full of girls, and one would be the OLLG. Pure jealously at its finest. Around 5:30 p.m we pulled up the Palace of Auburn Hills and see all these cars and paintings on cars: “HONK IF YOU LOVE JUSTIN”, “I’M JUSTIN’S OLLG”, “BELIEVE TOUR 2012!” Amanda and I were freaking out. We parked, and rushed to will call to our tickets. We still had no idea where our seats were. Walking up the palace stairs we were shaking, We walked through our entrance to our seats, Section 114. The lady told us to walk all the way down Row CC. Then another lady said, “Keep going, 3 rows from the floor!” WE FLIPPED! We couldn’t believe how close we were, for only had paying $90 each ticket. I said to Amanda, “How are we suppose to compete against all of these girls, to be the OLLG?” and she said to me, “We don’t..” The concert began around 7 p.m., and Carly Rae Jepson hit the stage! The countdown for Justin went down, and everyone started to scream inside. None of this felt real. I couldn’t believe I was seeing my idol for the second time in concert. High School Teacher Under Investigation For Stomping American Flag In Front Of Students A Kentucky teacher has been placed on administrative leave following an incident where a class full of students claimed to have witnessed the instructor stomping on the American flag after tossing it to the ground during a class demonstration. via Fox News A South Carolina school district has launched an investigation into a high school teacher who allegedly threw an American flag on the floor and stomped on it as a classroom full of students watched. Mark Bounds, a spokesman for the Lexington –Richland5 School District, confirmed to Fox News that an English teacher at Chapin High School was placed on leave as they investigate the incident. “There were allegations that at a teacher took a flag down from the post in the classroom and stepped on that flag as part of the lesson,” Bounds said, indicating the act was repeated in several other classes. “It was not a spontaneous act, but one he worked into the lesson.” Michael Copeland’s daughter was in the classroom when the incident occurred. He told television station WIS that the teacher’s actions were disrespectful and unpatriotic. “He drew a couple of symbols, like one of them was a cross, and he said, ‘What does this represent’ and everybody said ‘Christianity,’” Copeland said. “Then he proceeds to take down the American flag and said, ‘This is a symbol, but it’s only a piece of cloth. A Uniontown man is facing burglary charges after police said he broke into his children’s home and stole several things, including Christmas presents. Police said Amanda Miller came home about 5 p.m. Friday and saw Myron Rose, 33, running from her Cinder Road home carrying a large bag. Channel 11’s Courtney Brennan reported Miller was able to identify Rose because he is her ex-boyfriend and the father of two of her three children. Miller alerted police and officers arrested Rose a few days later. Inside the bag detectives said they found electronics, jewelry and several Christmas presents. “We’ll never get that stuff back,” the children’s great-grandmother said about the Christmas gifts. Police told Brennan that Rose broke into the mobile home by climbing underneath and digging a hole through the floor. “What kind of person would make a hole in the floor and break in a house to steal his own kids’ Christmas presents?” the great-grandmother said. Rose is facing burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief charges. He remains in jail on $50,000 bond. “When the guys down at the prison find out what he did, they don’t take kindly to people who steal from kids,” the great-grandmother said.
