Arianny Celeste was nice enough to send her lawyers after me in efforts to scare me with a lawsuit of illegally obtaining pics of her based on Florida law, that involved her naked on her hotel room balcony….for someone I ca assume was a paid photographer to generate some buzz, show off her purchased tits like she was still a vegas show girl, and allow her to pretend were illegal to get even more of her in our brain…because some of us aren’t closet cases who like half naked men grinding each other to death and don’t know the stripper trash they put int he mix to make it less gay to watch….you know to justify the boners….with a bikini body I prefer seeing naked on balconies….even though anyone can have tits like this, even my dog…provided I find the right surgeon…willing to go down that road….

George Zimmerman pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Trayvon Martin and waived his right to a speedy trial on Tuesday. Arguing to a Florida court that he needs more time to prepare for trial, his move means it could be October at the earliest before it gets underway. Zimmerman’s intentions were outlined in two brief documents that his attorney, Mark O’Mara, filed Tuesday in Seminole County, Fla., circuit court. The actions did not come as a surprise to legal experts, who said such moves are common even in less-complex and lower-profile felony cases. Florida law requires suspects charged with a felony be brought to trial within 175 days of their arrest, unless those defendants ask that the right be waived. Zimmerman was released from jail after posting $150,000 bond last month. The 28-year-old turned himself in to authorities on April 11, charged with the murder of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager on February 26. Martin was walking in Zimmerman’s neighborhood in Sanford, Fla., and for reasons only he truly knows, considered him to be suspicious. Law enforcement officials’ initial reluctance to arrest Zimmerman sparked a national outcry, with many observers suspecting that Zimmerman was given a break because of his race, and the race of the young man he fatally shot. The case has also shined a light on mainstream media bias, highlighted by NBC’s editing of the 911 call from the night of the fatal altercation. He admits he shot Martin, 17, but claims he did so in self-defense. He pleaded not guilty in court documents, making his appearance unnecessary at a Tuesday arraignment hearing. At his first pre-trial hearing following his arrest, he surprised many by apologizing to Martin’s family .

Sheryl Crow is sort of old. Give her a break. So argued the veteran singer herself during a show in St. Petersburg, Florida on Saturday night, as Crow attempted to belt out a version of her classic “Soak Up the Sun,” only to quickly forget many of the words. “It’s live! Nothing on tape here,” she joked with the crowd during the flub, adding: “I’m 50 what can I say! My brain has gone to shit!” And, hey, Sheryl recovered to finish off the track, while providing a fun video for the world to see. A lot more fun than if she simply sang the single perfectly. State Of Florida Charges 13 In Hazing Death Of FAMU Drum Major These “kids” could do up to six years behind bars for taking part in the hazing of Robert Champion . Florida prosecutors on Wednesday charged 13 individuals in connection with the hazing death of a Florida A&M University drum major last November, in a case that has heightened scrutiny of violent rituals on college campuses across the country. Lawson Lamar, the state attorney for Orange County, said at a news conference in Orlando that 11 of the people face felony hazing charges, which carry a maximum sentence of six years in prison. The remainder face misdemeanor hazing charges. Mr. Lawson said he would not release the names of those charged, since most of them have not yet been arrested. The death of the drum major, 26-year-old Robert Champion, was “nothing short of an American tragedy,” he said. “We know that Robert Champion died as a result of being beaten” and “his death is not linked to one sole strike but is attributed to multiple blows.” Mr. Champion collapsed aboard a bus in Orlando after a hazing incident following a football game against rival Bethune-Cookman University. The medical examiner’s office in Orlando ruled the death a homicide, caused by internal bleeding resulting from blunt-force trauma. Mr. Champion, who was previously healthy, died within an hour of the hazing incident, according to the medical examiner’s report. An autopsy found “extensive contusions of his chest, arms, shoulder and back,” the report said. In a statement released after the charges, Solomon Badger, chairman of the Florida A&M board of trustees, and university president James Ammons said, “We are vigorously working to eradicate hazing from FAMU and doing everything within our power to ensure an incident like this never happens again. Our hearts and our prayers are with the Champion family and the extended FAMU family as we all continue to deal with this tragedy.” What a terrible tragedy. These charges were vital in order for colleges to take these situations seriously. Robert Champion should not have died. May he rest in peace. Source More On Bossip! We knew it was hot in Florida, but damn ! Magic City was the only one to go nude on the boob tube this weekend, but they more than made up for the rest of ’em with a couple of outstanding skin scenes: Jessica Marais gave us what may be the best TV nude scene of the year so far as she showed off those big ol’ fake titties in a voyeuristic scenario where she masturbated in bed while her husband watched her through a two-way mirror in the ceiling. And then Elena Satine bared boobage as she straddled a disinterested guy; leaning in, she whispered,”It’s Ok, baby. You think about her, but you fuck me.” Guess charity really does begin with a bone… See more pics from this week’s Magic City after the jump!

Florida Pastor Burns Copies Of Koran This guy is at it again… An Islamophobic pastor in Florida is playing with fire once again. Terry Jones, who sparked international outrage in 2010 when he vowed to burn copies of the Koran, ignited copies of the Islamic holy book outside his Dove World Outreach Center Saturday night, according to the Gainsville Sun. The pastor — who once promised he would “not ever” burn a Koran — also burned an image depicting the prophet Muhammad, the newspaper reported. Jones carried out the incendiary act along with about 20 others to protest the imprisonment of Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani, a Christian jailed in Iran since 2009 for his religious beliefs, according to the Christian Post. “Our end result is we would like to have these things brought in front of the United Nations,” Jones told the newspaper. “We would like Islam-dominated countries to adapt at least some form of human rights, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion rights; individual rights [and] civil rights. That would be the outcome that we would desire.” Jones has denied his actions were responsible for any violence. The Gainsville fire department and police quickly arrived after Saturday’s incident. Jones was fined nearly $300 when fire officials said he did not have the proper authorization to burn books, the Gainsville Sun reported. Jones, a former hotel manager turned preacher, first gained notoriety two years ago for placing “Islam is of the Devil” signs outside his church. He then sparked headlines, and condemnation, when he organized “International Burn-a-Koran Day.” Jones eventually called off that Koran burning event. “We feel that God has told us to stop,” he said at the time. However, in 2011, a member of his church burned a Koran and streamed it live via the Internet. That incident was blamed for fueling violent protests in Afghanistan and Indonesia. Source
