Kelly Rowland will likely be coming to a television set near you this fall. The former Destiny’s Child member is reportedly near to signing with The X Factor as a Season 3 judge. If the contract goes through, she will join Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell on the upcoming panel. According to Entertainment Weekly , the show is still be looking to add a fourth judge and Latin singer/actress Paulina Rubio is among the favorites. A housekeeper who once described seeing Wade Robson in the shower with Michael Jackson may be the key to the former’s claims of molestation. Robson, 30, recently accused Jackson of sexual abuse in a claim against his estate, then defended himself on Today, calling Michael a pedophile . Blanca Francia’s testimony during Jackson’s 2005 child molestation trial included a graphic account of MJ showering naked with a young Wade Robson. Francia described seeing Michael’s underwear on the floor outside the Neverland Ranch shower, as well as Wade’s child-sized neon green underwear. She said she couldn’t see exactly what the King of Pop was doing in there because the shower door was fogged up, but said she heard him laughing . Despite Francia’s story, Michael was acquitted – in no small part because Wade himself also testified and insisted Jackson never abused him. That’s the opposite, of course, of what he is claiming now. Robson is planning to argue that the late icon’s companies, MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures, had a duty to protect him when he was a young boy. Because they were involved in recruiting him from Australia to work with Michael – who he says abused him from ages 7-14 – they are liable today. According to TMZ, Wade wants to use Blanca’s 2005 testimony to show Michael abused him, and hope that she will cooperate in his new case as well. Robson has been hammered by MJ’s former attorney Tom Mesereau, as well as Michael’s nephew Taj Jackson , his ex-wife Debbie Rowe, and others. Michael’s camp says Wade is obviously changing his story now because he’s motivated by money, and point to his moving 2005 account – under oath. Wade says he understands this, but is adamant that he’s not lying now. “I never forgot one moment of what Michael did,” he said. “But I was psychologically unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse.” “I lived in silence and denial for 22 years,” Robson went on, noting that he suffered nervous breakdowns that nearly ended his career two years ago. “In order to heal, I have to speak the truth and speak the whole truth.” You tell us: What do you think of Wade Robson’s allegations? As we previously reported, LiLo revealed her Adderall use in a recent interview with Piers Morgan on the Daily Mail saying, “I have severe ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). I can’t stand still. So I take Adderall (a prescription drug) for that, it calms me. I know people who take it to stay up, or girls who take it to supposedly stay slim because it kills your appetite. But I eat all the time. I just take it to stay calm. It works well for me.” There seems to be problematic issues related to Adderall, addicts seem to do okay on Adderall short-term, but as time goes on, the drug becomes an issue.” Making the situation even harder for Lohan, “is the food at Betty Ford is really, really good. Meals are elaborate affairs, featuring lots of delicious desserts. Lindsay just can’t say no to the food. The Facebook page of an Arizona bakery became a national story after the owners of Amy’s Baking Company were featured on Gordon Ramsay’s FOX show. But the insane-seeming duo now says they had nothing to do with the EPIC rants that followed their Kitchen Nightmares appearance, which was ridiculed online. Instead, they’re playing the “hacking” card . The couple’s behavior on the show was beyond bad – it was even too much for Ramsay, who walked out before renovations in the May 10 episode. The Scottsdale, Ariz., establishment was accused of stealing tips from employees, selling desserts from elsewhere and being rude to customers. After the show, outraged viewers flooded the restaurant’s social media outlets, including Yelp, to call them “horrible,” “rude” and their behavior “criminal.” As the angry commenters bashed them online, the incredulous owners responded to the “witch hunt” by calling them “stupid” and asking them to “piss off.” The posts were later removed, however, and the couple, Amy and Samy Bouzaglo, now claim that a hacker is to blame for their alleged responses: “Obviously our Facebook, YELP, Twitter and Website have been hacked,” the duo said in response to the controversy on Wednesday … OBVIOUSLY. “We are working with the local authorities as well as the FBI computer crimes unit to ensure this does not happen again. Like many moms-to-be, the Duchess of Cambridge has been craving spicy foods, and luckily for her, a friendly couple in her parents’ village has been obliging. During an April visit to see her parents in Upper Bucklebury, Berkshire, Prince William’s wife stopped by a convenience shop owned by Hash and Chan Shingadia. There, Kate Middleton revealed her craving for homemade curry. “My wife made her curry a little while ago which she enjoyed,” the shop owner said. “I think she came in one day and my wife was cooking upstairs.” “She said it smelled lovely, so we gave her some to take away.” While many people enjoy a lamb or chicken curry recipe , that wasn’t what the pregnant royal walked away with in this case, according to the owner. Chan said, “I’m vegetarian, so I only cook vegetarian curry.” The Indian staple is certainly flexible in that sense – there are countless vegetarian recipes for it as well as many involving various meat options. In any case, it’s probably only an occasional thing for her. Middleton, no doubt, has been indulging her food cravings in moderation, as too much spicy food can often cause heartburn in pregnant women.

PepsiCo cut ties with its popular pitchman Friday over his controversial lyric mentioning 1950s civil rights martyr Emmett Till in the crudest of ways. “Beat that pu–y up like Emmett Till,” the 30-year-old rapped on Future’s “Karate Chop” remix , which was later pulled due to the offensive reference. Weezy recently apologized for (well, acknowledged) the controversy in a letter to Emmett Till ‘s family, but that apparently did not go far enough. PepsiCo released a statement asserting that Weezy’s “offensive reference to a revered civil rights icon does not reflect the values of our brand.” “We do not plan any additional work with Lil Wayne moving forward.” Tunechi’s rep confirmed the split with the food and beverage corporation, but called it “an amicable parting” of ways due to “creative differences.” When he was 14, Emmett Till was beaten beyond recognition in Mississippi in 1955 for allegedly whistling at a white woman and nothing more. Epic Records removed the obscene lyric from the song and issued an apology, and Weezy said he will not be performing it in any way again. Yet the Till family was still outraged by the lack of a sincere apology and called for Mountain Dew to sever its ties with the Young Money CEO. Point, Till family.

Now, another franchise is capitalizing on its immutable success, as Sony has announced it is moving forward with Men in Black 4 . Unknown writer Oren Uziel has been hired to pen the script. No word yet on whether the franchise’s stars Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones will return, or whether the franchise will go the Bourne direction and center on new characters. Also no word on whether Barry Sonnenfield, who directed the first three films, will return.
