Twilight Zone: Black Woman Brings Grandkids To Support Atlanta Confederate Rally While White Man Burns Flag!

Confederate Rally In Stone Mountain Brings Supporters And Protesters Hundreds of people showed up at Stone Mountain, Georgia in support and protest of the Confederate Flag. Via 11 Alive : Organizers intended for this to be a calm and respectful rally and, for the most part, it was – though a counter protest caused a few moments of tension where it looked like a fight could break out at any moment. People who came to celebrate their heritage looked hate right in the eye with disgust when an admitted and adamant member of the KKK came to the event. They made it clear that he was not welcome to the crowd’s chants of “Go away KKK”. “Look at your heritage,” one man said while stepping on the confederate flag in front of several flag supporters. “Don’t waste your time with him,” a flag supporter said to other members of the crowd attempting the calm the situation. Some tense and profane moments were shared between the groups with one ant-flag protester calling the crowd racists. Despite the tension, police kept any fights from breaking out and no one was arrested during the events. “[They’re] trying to instigate the crowd – that could cause some problems,” John Bankhead of Stone Mountain Police said. “I hope it settles down soon.” This turmoil was not what organizers wanted to happen – though most of the rally was peaceful. 11Alive spoke to Nick Stewart who came with an open mind and left with this impression: “I was almost expecting to see a lot of white sheets but it hasn’t been like that at all,” Stewart said. “They say it’s about heritage – not hate. It’s been peaceful.” One Black woman even brought her grandchildren to support the flag that was a symbol for racism and slavery… But a white man took a stand against the racist symbol and burned the flag in front of Confederate supporters: And then… Is this the Twilight Zone??? Janet Jackson Stops Tour Prep To Be With Joe Jackson After Stroke Janet Jackson put the preparation for her upcoming Unbreakable World Tour on hold and flew to be by her ailing father Joe Jackson’s sid e on Tuesday. Via US Magazine : According to an insider, the “No Sleeep” songstress, 49, took a private jet to Sao Paulo, Brazil, where her father has been hospitalized since he suffered a stroke on his 87th birthday on July 25. Entertainment Tonight reports that Jackson’s tour prep will remain on hold and that she will stay by her famous dad’s bedside until he’s stable. An insider tells Us that her brothers are also en route to Brazil. Following Joe’s stroke, he took to his website to inform fans that he is expected to make a swift recovery. “To my family, friends, acquaintances and fans all over the world. I want to thank you all for your prayers, unwavering support and kind well wishes during these trying times,” Joe shared on Monday, July 27. “Through God’s intervention the wonderful Doctors, Nurses and caretakers at the Albert Einstein Sao Paulo hospital have taken great care of me. God willing, I should be able to make a quick recovery and travel back home soon. Thank you all once again for your prayers and support.” Janet’s tour kicks off in Vancouver on Aug. 31. “I think at 16 I was probably f***** someone that was in their 20s, for sure…” Khloe Kardashian Defends Tyga & Kylie’s Relationship Remember when Khloe had that NASTY Twitter feud with Amber Rose over Kylie and Tyga’s statutory relationship ??? Well Khloe is speaking out once again in defense of her little sister and recently told Complex that she could relate to their situation because she probably was “f***** someone in their 20s” when she was 16. She then added that Kylie’s situation is a “special case” because she’s taking business meetings and not going to prom like other girls her age. Via Complex: “I think at 16 I was probably f***** someone that was in their 20s, for sure. I wouldn’t say I was even dating, probably just sleeping with them,” Khloe said. “But again, Kylie is not a normal 17-year-old. You’re not gonna say, ‘Hey, so what are you doing this weekend?’ and have her say, ‘Having a slumber party at my girlfriend’s’ or ‘Going to prom.’ That’s not what Kylie does. Kylie is taking business meetings and bought her first house, or she’s going on a private plane with Karl Lagerfeld to take a meeting. That’s not even what people do in their 30s. It’s a rare circumstance, so let’s treat this as a special case.” Mind you Khloe previously said in 2012 that dating older men is disgusting after she revealed that she lost her virginity at 14 to an 18-year-old. So sad… Bronx Principal Jeanene Worrell-Breeden Commits Suicide A principal who was named in her elementary school’s cheating scandal jumped in front of a moving train and ended her life allegedly over the allegations. The New York Post reports: The principal of an innovative West Harlem public school killed herself the day after her students took the state Common Core exams — which were later tossed out because she cheated, The Post has learned. Jeanene Worrell-Breeden, 49, of Teachers College Community School, jumped in front of a B train in the 135th Street station on St. Nicholas Avenue on April 17, police said. She was pulled out from under the train and taken to Harlem Hospital, where she died eight days later. The city Medical Examiner’s Office ruled it a suicide. The leap came at 9:20 a.m., less than 24 hours after her 47 third-graders wrapped up three days sweating over the high-stakes English exam — the first ever given at the fledgling school. It was also the same day a whistleblower reported the cheating to DOE officials. Parents were shocked and saddened to learn Worrell-Breeden died but were given no details at the time. It was rumored she was killed in a car crash. Parents were in for another shock in June. Superintendent Gale Reeves told them in a meeting that all the third-grade English exams had been “red-flagged” and “invalidated.” In a June 22 letter to families, Reeves wrote, “The integrity of the assessment was compromised due to actions outside your child’s control.” Parents grew frustrated. On Friday, the DOE blamed the dead principal. “Principal Worrell-Breeden was the subject of allegations of testing improprieties,” spokeswoman Devora Kaye said. “An investigation substantiated these allegations, and we closed the investigation following her tragic passing.” Wow! What do YOU think about this story??? She was obviously extremely upset over this scandal.

Dennis Rodman Says Black Celebs Should Support Hulk Hogan The Worm says the Black celebrity community should be supporting wrestler Hulk Hogan after his racist ‘n-word’ filled rant was made public…. Via Fox News : NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman, who has courted controversy over his friendship with North Korean strongman Kim Jong Un, says Hulk Hogan is no racist. Rodman came to Hogan’s defense after the WWE terminated its contract with the wrestling legend following the release of a leaked court document showing he used the N-word on a sex tape. “I’ve known @HulkHogan for 25 years,” Rodman tweeted, according to the Daily News. “… There isn’t a racist bone in that mans body.” “Lets lend our support to the Hulkster @HulkHogan who most certainly is not a racist,” Rodman tweeted at Scottie Pippen, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal and Mike Tyson. Rodman and Hogan appeared together in a 1997 WCW tag team event that also featured ex-NBA star Karl Malone and Diamond Dallas Page. The News said Hogan had Rodman on his 2008 reality show “Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling” as a contestant. Rodman has been criticized for several trips he has made to North Korea and for calling its dictator a friend. “Guess what. I love him,” Rodman said of Kim. Wrestler Mick Foley and fellow WWE legend Virgil were also on Twitter to support Hogan, who responded to the tweets. “My heart truly hurts for @HulkHogan,” Foley tweeted. “I firmly believe he’s a very good person who made a very bad mistake. Tyga Gets Blasted For Attending Kylie’s Graduation Party By now you’ve probably heard that Kylie Jenenr graduated from (home) high school and had a joint celebration with Kendall (class of ’14) at Kris Jenner’s mansion. And at the Ryan Seacrest hosted bash she was showered with gifts…   and heard words of wisdom from her commencement speaker Dr. Kanye Omari West. Really???   But people took particular interest in a Snapchat from the bash that showed Kylie’s bestie Pia Mia encouraging the reality star’s boyfriend Tyga, 25, to rap his verse on a song that was playing. A number of people are outraged that the grown azz man/father actually showed up to the 17-year-old’s party… and others are just too tickled by the ridiculousness of it to care. What do YOU think???
