Wade Robson Wants Michael Jackson’s Estate To Admit Sexual Contact Between The Two, Files GRAPHIC Court Documents

Here we go again … Wade Robson Demands Jackson’s Estate Admit Forced Sexual Contact Wade Robson is still insisting that there was inappropriate sexual contact between himself and Michael Jackson when he was a young boy, and now wants Jackson’s estate to admit his wrongdoing posthumously. He has come forth with graphic court documents detailing the sexual contact he alleges that happens. WARNING: this content is graphic in nature. Via RadarOnline : Michael Jackson‘s molestation accuser, choreographer Wade Robson, has filed explosive new court documents accusing the King Of Pop of committing a wide array of sexual acts against him, including fellatio, mutual masturbation, and even anal rape. Only RadarOnline.com has the full, graphic, details of the disturbing development in the case — straight from the court documents. The documents, filed in Robson’s case against MJJ Productions, Jackson’s estate, reveal that Robson is seeking admissions that between 1990 and 1997 Jackson committed several disturbing acts against Robson at a “his ranch in Santa Barbara County” and elsewhere. Robson’s attorneys start the request innocently enough, asking Jackson’s estate to admit that Jackson “invited Robson and his family to stay at [Jackson’s ranch] in February, 1990.” There, the documents ask the estate to admit Jackson “employed an audible alarm system for his bedroom [and] hung ‘do not disturb’ signs on his bedroom door.” Inside the bedroom, the documents as Jackson’s estate to admit, “sexual activities occurred between [Jackson] and Wade Robson periodically during the time period from approximately 1990 to 1997,” when Robson was between the ages of 7 and 14. Those activities included Jackson “putting his hand over Robson’s clothed penis,” “putting his hand inside Wade Robson’s underpants,” “taking Wade Robson’s hand and putting it over [Jackson’s] clothed penis,” “taking Wade Robson’s hand and putting it inside [Jackson’s] underpants,” “French kissing,” “rubbing Wade Robson’s penis,” “having Wade Robson rub [Jackson’s] penis,” “licking Wade Robson’s anus while [Jackson] masturbated using lotion,” “the mutual fondling of genitals” with hands and mouths, “mutual fellatio,” “lying on top of [each other] gyrating their genitals together,” “showering naked together,” and even “penetration of Wade Robson’s anus with [Jackson’s] penis,” the documents ask his estate to admit. He also “showed Wade Robson explicit adult pornography in the form of magazines, books, and videos,” “told Robson he loved him” and “called Robson ‘son’” the documents ask the estate to admit. Jackson “told Robson that if anyone were to ever find out about their sexual activities, both of their careers would be over,” the documents ask the estate to admit, along with the allegation that Jackson “told Robson that if anyone were ever to find out about their sexual activities, they would go to jail.” These are some SERIOUS allegations, and Robson really refuses to let it go. Despite how things turned out with his last few court cases and media campaigns…do you think there’s any truth to his side of the story???

For Discussion: Urban Education Expert Says We Need To Stop Blaming Black Parents For Underachievement

Do you agree? Education Expert Breaks Down Notion Of Black Parents Indifferent To Education We’ve all heard (and sometimes regurgitated) the idea that a child’s academic achievement starts with the parents. One Urban Education professor stresses that there are many other factors to consider before just assuming that if a Black child underachieves, his or her parents are probably lazy and don’t put value on grades and higher learning. From Andre M. Perry for WashingtonPost : Mayors, teachers unions, and news commentators have boiled down the academic achievement gap between white and black students to one root cause: parents. Even black leaders and barbershop chatter target “lazy parents” for academic failure in their communities, dismissing the complex web of obstacles that assault urban students daily. In 2011, then-New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg exemplified this thinking by saying, “Unfortunately, there are some parents who…never had a formal education and they don’t understand the value of an education.” Earlier this year, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette columnist Tony Norman diagnosed that city’s public schools’ chief problem: the lack of “active, radical involvement of every parent.” And even President Obama rued last week that in some black communities, gaining education is viewed as “acting white.” Clearly, there is widespread belief that black parents don’t value education. The default opinion has become “it’s the parents” — not the governance, the curriculum, the instruction, the policy, nor the lack of resources — that create problems in urban schools. That’s wrong. Everyday actions continuously contradict the idea that low-income black families don’t care about their children’s schooling, with parents battling against limited resources to access better educations than their circumstances would otherwise afford their children. Research backs up the anecdotal evidence. Rice University’s Kinder Institute for Urban Research recently found that African Americans are most likely to value a post-secondary education in becoming successful, at 90 percent , followed by Asians and Latinos. Whites, at 64 percent, were least likely to believe higher education is necessary for success. When judging black families’ commitment to education, many are confusing will with way. These parents have the will to provide quality schooling for their children, but often, they lack the way: the social capital, the money and the access to elite institutions. There is a difference between valuing an education and having the resources to tap that value. A study released this month found 26 percent of ACT-tested students were college-ready in all four subject areas. Among low-income students, college-readiness dropped to just 11 percent. The study determined that it was poverty, not motivation or attitudes, that contributed to the lower performance. “Nearly all ACT-tested students from low-income families in the United States aspire to go to college — at an even higher rate than students overall — but many lack the academic preparation to reach this goal,” the ACT noted. So the problem seems to be far more socioeconomic than racial…but we live in a nation that associates “poor” with “Black/brown.” What are your thoughts?

People Ain’t Isht: New Jersey Man Steals Grandma’s Car From Church Lot For $200 And Sells It For Heroin

Fix it Jesus !! Man Steals Grandma’s Car From Church Lot For Drugs A New Jersey man has been arrested in connection with the theft of his grandmother’s car from a church parking lot. Arthur J. Garlick, 22, of Wyckoff was charged with stealing a 1999 Lincoln Town Car from the Cedar Hill Christian Reformed Church on June 3. Via New York CBS reports: Garlick’s grandmother was inside the church as a poll worker on election day, police said. The car was found a week later in Paterson and another man was arrested for having the stolen car, police said. Wyckoff police were lead to Garlick after interviewing the man in jail, police said. Garlick admitted to police that he stole the car from the church lot and sold it in Paterson for $200 and $150 worth of heroin, police said. Garlick lives with his grandmother. Police said he got an extra set of her keys and stole the car knowing that she was inside of the church for the day. “This crime highlights the ever growing heroin addiction problem recently called an “absolute epidemic” by the Bergen County Prosecutor, said Wyckoff Police Chief Benjamin Fox. “Sadly, persons addicted will let nothing stand in their way to obtain heroin; even thefts from family members,” said Fox. Garlick was charged with auto theft of the third degree and released on his own recognizance. SMH!!!!!

Race Matters: Hidden Colors Filmmaker Tariq Nasheed Says Eric Garner’s Death Was A Lynching – “This Is Jim Crow 2.0″

Do you think we’ve spiraled into a modern Jim Crow era? Tariq Nasheed is well-known for his Hidden Colors documentary series, exploring African American history and racism. Nasheed shared his thoughts with HuffingtonPost : On the inspiration behing “Hidden Colors 3: The Rules of Racism”: The Trayvon Martin situation. When that verdict came through, I saw the way black people reacted to it, and I don’t think people were serious enough about the outcome and the ramifications of that. When the Trayvon Martin decision happened and black people didn’t act accordingly, that should have snapped everybody to attention. We kind of let that slide. That gave white supremacists a green light to go further, so now there are cops beating up black women, beating up more children, shooting more black people … We’ve seen Jim Crow racism come back. It’s Jim Crow 2.0, looped back around. You can’t play games with systematic white supremacy. We have to be cognizant of the rules of racism. On Eric Garner’s death: We have to understand with the Eric Garner case that this is Jim Crow 2.0. We are literally back in the new Jim Crow era. People try to dismiss racism, because they’re not saying “ni**er go home.” They don’t have the signs. The racism and the white supremacy is still there — it’s just not written down anymore. That’s the only difference. Eric Garner was lynched. That was nothing more than a lynching. You don’t have random lynch mobs running around like they used to in Jim Crow. The police are the lynch mobs now — they’re the designated lynch mobs. And they’re showing you they can kill a black person on camera, and possibly still get away with it. They’re building their defense now, trying to say that he died of a heart attack, when we saw that the man was choked out. Black people have to be empowered enough to put politicians in place to get these rogue cops out of the system, to shut down these police forces that will support rogue cops and white supremacists. This police officer has been known to make racialized arrests, he’s been sued a couple of times — a lot of people don’t know that. We have to pool together our finances to shut people like that down.
