Alison Mariella Désir and Talisa Hayes will run the 240+ mile journey to DC and attend the Women’s March on Washington to protest the day after Donald Trump’s inauguration. Sheree Whitfield Hit With Lawsuit From Landscaping Company Can Sheree Whitfield pay her bills ? The RHOA star has faced many challenges while building her grand Atlanta mansion but a recent report by RadarOnline claims Sheree hasn’t paid for services done to her property. In court papers obtained from the Magistrate Court of Fulton County in Georgia, contractor company Heritage Landscape is suing Whitfield for $10,012.50 plus $500 in costs. “Mrs. Whitfield contracted the landscaping services of Heritage Landscape to help in the completion of her home,” the claim filed on January 3rd read. “Mrs. Whitfield has paid some (less than half of her bill), although she was happy with the work.” The lawsuit claims Sheree first told the landscaping company that she “did not have the money” at first then blamed the company for “poor work quality.” “We would just like to get the balance owed,” the court papers read. Whitfield has 30 days to file an answer to the claim. Maybe Sheree should hit up Kenya for a loan? IG

According to Forbes , ‘Hidden Figures’ is still reigning supreme after taking in more than $20 million this MLK weekend. Hidden Figures was the biggest movie of the weekend for the second weekend in a row. The acclaimed crowd pleaser used the MLK holiday weekend, an expansion to 3,282 theaters, and the whole “it’s great” thing to snag what will be a terrific hold in its second weekend of wide release. The Fox 2000 release earned $20.45 million over the Fri-Sun frame for a likely $25.3m Fri-Mon weekend, or about equal to last weekend’s Fri-Sun gross. That will give the superb historical drama a superb $59.6m domestic total by tomorrow. Troubled Rapper Accused Of Possessing Jail House Shiv Bobby Shmurda will get a few more weeks to think over whether he should take a deal in his prison knife and perjury case – but it’s not what you think. The “Hot N***a” rapper was in Bronx Criminal Court this week for a “decision” hearing on his prison shank and perjury case. Prosecutors offered him a deal of 1.5 to four years, to run concurrently with his current seven-year sentence for gang conspiracy and weapons possession. But Shmurda’s lawyer, Paul London, called the court that morning and said he had a bad case of the flu, and asked for the hearing to be postponed so he could recover. “Mr. London called this morning,” the judge said. “He’s got the flu and is requesting a two-week adjournment.” The Bronx District Attorney’s Office accused Shmurda’s gal pal of trying to pass him a “sharpened metal object” while in the visiting area of Riker’s Island in 2015 – and then lying about the incident to the Grand Jury. The gal pal, Kimberly Russeau, has already pled guilty to promoting prison contraband. Shmurda, dressed in khakis, and button-down crisp white shirt and flanked by two court officers, said “aight,” after the judge informed him of his lawyer’s illness. The Brooklyn artist is due back in court next month, where he’ll reveal whether or not he’ll take the deal.

Texas Deputy Sheriff Accused of Beastiality A sheriff’s deputy in Texas is out on bond Tuesday morning, charged after he allegedly posted video of himself performing a sex act with an animal. Andrew C. Sustaita Jr., a six-year veteran of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, was immediately relieved of duty upon arrest. Investigators were contacted about obscene material coming from an account in Harris County. An investigation reveals that Sustaita was allegedly involved in producing obscene material online.The video reportedly shows him involved in a sex act with a small dog. Sustaita is charged with obscenity, a state jail felony, and he could also be facing additional charges. Reports from people close to his family say the deputy comes from a law enforcement family, and everyone knows him as an honorable and committed family man.
