TMZ got their hands on a pretty disturbing video of the incident where Fabolous returned home to find Emily’s father and brother at his home, allegedly retrieving guns from the property so they could not be used against her. In the video, you can clearly hear Fab cursing at and threatening Emily’s father, saying “I got a bullet for you.” He also aggressively moves toward Emily on two occasions, sending her running back in fear. He also appears to have a sharp object of some sort in his hand at the time, but what it is remains unclear. Take a look: This video is pretty damning, and definitely depicts an incident of abuse. Mind you, this occurrence is sometime prior to the March 7 incident in which the rapper allegedly punched Emily 7 times, ultimately knocking out two of her front teeth. Getty Images The Alabama House Voted 120-0 To Establish Mrs. Rosa L. Parks Day More than 10 years after her passing, the Alabama Legislature has voted unanimously to honor civil rights icon Rosa Parks with a holiday. Last week, the Alabama House voted 120-0 in order to establish Mrs. Rosa L. Parks Day. This will not be an official state holiday that prompts closures of Alabama’s offices and facilities, but counties and municipalities across the state can elect to observe the holiday. The honorary day chosen for the legend is December 1, which is the day Parks was arrested in 1955 for refusing to give up her seat on the bus. The move to honor Parks was led by two Black state legislators: representative Laura Hall and Senator Vivian Figures. The pair introduced the bill in both of Alabama’s chambers. After passing the measure, Alabama will officially become the fifth state to honor Parks with a holiday; Ohio and Oregon celebrate Rosa Parks Day on December 1 as well, while California and Missouri remember the civil rights icon on her birthday, February 4. The bill has now been passed to Alabama’s governor Kay Ivey to be signed into law.

Though he and two of his five siblings remain to be found, police believe that all children were present in the car. Now, reports of potential neglect and abuse are seeping into the story and adding more question marks to the cause of the crash. People reports that three days before the crash occurred, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services received a call from a person concerned that the six Hart children seemed to be “potential victims of alleged abuse or neglect.” Department spokeswoman Norah West confirms that an agent visited the family’s home in Woodland, CA on three consecutive days, but was unable to make contact with the family. On one occasion, the family was home and simply did not come to the door. He also reportedly told them that they weren’t allowed to play outside. He went out of his way to hide retrieving the food from his mothers. To top it off, before the Harts moved to California from Minnesota, one of the mothers in question was sentenced to 90 days in jail and one year probation over domestic abuse charges, after teachers discovered intense bruises on the back and stomach of one of their daughters, then just 6 years old. Investigators have yet to determine why the family was traveling up the coast or what their intended destination was. Although investigators have gone on record saying that they believe the crash was a true accident, there are also no brake or skid marks on the road indicating any cause for the truck to have veered off the road.
