The ‘Ray Donovan’ star will not face any jail time for his October 2018 DUI which lead to him totalling his car while his baby was in the back seat. TMZ Reports: “Hall struck a deal with prosecutors. He entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor DUI and to child endangerment. For the DUI his sentence is 3 years probation and a 3-month alcohol program.” You may recall that an eyewitness saw Hall driving with his toddler in his lap while driving before the accident. When cops pulled him over, he blew a .25, more than 3 times the legal limit. As for the felony child abuse charge he received for putting his baby in danger during the incident, Hall has to complete a one-year parenting class for that charge to be dismissed. Whew. Things could’ve gone much worse for you, Pooch.

U.S. Magistrate Gabriel Gorenstein let Okoumou slide on jail time and opted instead to give her 200 hours of community service and 5 years of probation. Okoumou was facing 18 months in prison if she was found guilty but she didn’t let her conviction for trespass, disorderly conduct and interfering with governmental administration stop her from protesting against injustice. Following that arrest, Patricia participated in a protest climb of the Eiffel Tower and a climb of a headquarters that housed detained kids. Instead of revoking her bail for the Austin incident, the judge showed leniency and remanded her to home detention with an ankle monitor. Free the good sis!

Dr. Johnnie Barto of Johnstown was sentenced Monday on dozens of counts, including aggravated indecent assault and child endangerment reports NBC Philadelphia. Prosecutors say the 71-year-old abused 31 children, mostly patients in his exam room at his pediatric practice and at local hospitals. They allege that he was up to his slimy actions for DECADES and he left children terrified of doctor visits. His estranged wife Linda Barto was one of 19 people who testified against him. She says he “spent his whole sinister life lying and sneaking around so he could carry on his abuse uninterrupted.” One of his victims testified about being assaulted by Barto when she was 12 in the 90s. “He just stuck his hand down my pants, digitally penetrated me, and he moaned,” she said. “The sound of that moan will never leave me.” Prosecutors say his victims were girls and boys mostly between the ages of 8 and 12 but add that his youngest victims were a toddler and two-week-old infant. Sources involved with the deals tell The Blast that Woods will leave for London with momager Elizabeth Woods at the end of the month to sign “several new deals.” According to the Blast reports, one of the biggest deals involves a new line for Woods’ eyelash brand. She’s also fielding calls from a gang of companies looking to align with her — and the man behind many of these new opportunities is none other than marketing guru Sheeraz Hasan, whose brokered deals between Hollywood and the Middle East for big names like J.Lo, Kim K and Paris Hilton in the past. Jordyn’s passport is set to get several new stamps as Hasan has arranged travel for her in Dubai (where she’ll make numerous appearances) and other Middle Eastern locales following her trip to London. Word is, she’s looking to lock up some “huge financial deals.” She’s also set to skydive while visiting The Emirates. CEO Kevin Tsujihara Resigns Over Sexual Misconduct Married-a$$ Kevin Tsujihara is the latest Hollyweird powerbroker to be outed for sexual misconduct with women. According to DailyMail , Tsjihara is accused of offering actress Charlotte Kirk roles in movies in exchange for sex. Studios. ‘It is in the best interest of WarnerMedia, Warner Bros., our employees and our partners for Kevin to step down as Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros.,’ said WarnerMedia CEO John Stankey on Monday. ‘Kevin has contributed greatly to the studio’s success over the past 25 years and for that we thank him. Kevin acknowledges that his mistakes are inconsistent with the company’s leadership expectations and could impact the company’s ability to execute going forward.’ The Hollywood Reporter broke the story early this year that revealed that the two exchanged texts where Tsjihara agreed to help Kirk with her career if she broke him off some sex every now and then. As previously reported the prominent black councilwoman was killed in Brazil in 2018. She was shot 7 times, 3 in the head, just hours after a rally she organized where she urged for better treatment of black women. Now BuzzFeed News reports that two retired police officers were arrested in connection with her murder. Retired Sgt. Ronnie Lessa, 48, and former police officer Élcio Vieira de Queiroz, 46, were arrested for their alleged involvement. Authorities believe Lessa was the shooter in the attack, while Queiroz acted as the driver. They point out that a German submachine gun was used during the attack on Franco and that weapon is exclusively used by Brazilian police. Buzzfeed adds that the two men reportedly tracked Franco’s movements for days prior to the ambush. The men were believed to be against Franco’s political actions hence why they plotted to execute her. Franco was a member of the left-wing Socialism and Liberty Party and defended the rights of minorities. She also spoke out against police brutality and was an out lesbian. There could be more arrests to come as police’s investigation into Franco’s murder is still ongoing. R.I.P. Marielle Franco
