Mother Leaves Infant In Car Unattended With Note To Shop The mother of this infant child in New Zealand must really be vying for the aint-isht parent award after people passing by he parked car noticed an unattended baby sleeping in a car seat with a note left by the mother her self……who had gone shopping. Brisbanetimes A photo of a baby inside a locked car outside a New Zealand supermarket has sparked outrage online. The photo was taken outside Porirua Pak ‘n Save on Saturday morning, the New Zealand Herald reported. The picture shows a newborn baby wrapped in a blanket in a car seat, with a note on the blanket saying to call if there are any issues and mobile phone number on the note. A man who spoke to the Herald said he saw the baby and the note after he and his family parked next to it. “It was written from the baby’s perspective, and it said, ‘My mum’s in doing the shopping, call her if I need anything’, and it had the cellphone number. “We waited there for a little bit, wondering if the mum was just going to be two seconds and come back. And my wife said, ‘I’m not going in without someone being here with the baby’,” the man told the Herald. The photo was posted on radio personality Polly Gillespie’s Facebook page and triggered many heated responses. What in the WORLD are people thinking these days??

Bud Light Platinum tapped the singer and actor as its newest creative director, responsible for providing “creative, musical and cultural curation.” In other words, Justin Timberlake is about to be pretty much synonymous with Anheuser-Busch’s premium beer brand, the brewing giant announced. The partnership between JT and BL will kick off with an ad spot set to debut during the Grammys Sunday night, set to Timberlake’s new single ” Suit & Tie .” “Bud Light Platinum brings a refined, discerning aesthetic to beer that plays well with what I’m doing,” Justin Timberlake said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to not only being a part of the creative process, but in bringing other talented musicians to the forefront of this as well.” Timberlake follows in the footsteps of Jay-Z, who worked as a creative director for the Budweiser Select and curated the Made In America festival last year. Boston residents will not be eating more chicken any time soon. At least not from Chick-fil-A. Following that company’s President coming out and admitting he’s against gay marriage , Boston Mayor Mayor Thomas Menino has halted plans for Chick-fil-A to open in his city and said in a statement: “Chick-fil-A doesn’t belong in Boston. You can’t have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against the population. We’re an open city, we’re a city that’s at the forefront of inclusion. That’s the Freedom Trail. That’s where it all started right here. And we’re not going to have a company, Chick-fil-A or whatever the hell the name is, on our Freedom Trail.” Actor Ed Helms first brought attention to Chick-fil-A’s practices in a Tweet. Since then, other stars and organizations, such as Jim Henson Company, have also cut ties with the restaurant chain.

Let the boycotts begin The mayor of Boston is vowing to block Chick-fil-A from opening a restaurant near the city’s “Freedom Trail” because of the company’s stance on gay marriage . “Chick-fil-A doesn’t belong in Boston. You can’t have a business in the city of Boston that discriminates against a population. We’re an open city, we’re a city that’s at the forefront of inclusion,” Mayor Thomas M. Menino told the Boston Herald Thursday. “That’s the Freedom Trail. That’s where it all started right here. And we’re not going to have a company, Chick-fil-A or whatever the hell the name is, on our Freedom Trail,” he added. Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy told the Baptist Press this week that his privately owned company is “guilty as charged” in support of what he called the biblical definition of the family. Their new single, “One More Dance,” is a slow jam about needing to get back in the good graces of that one special girl and needing her to save him, well, another dance. Adding to the power of the ballad, the guys hooked up with super producer Babyface, who worked with the group on their ’90s mega-hits “End of the Road” and “I’ll Make Love to You.” “It’s one of those classic Boyz II Men/Babyface collaborations,” Nathan Morris explained to MTV News. “The music kind of brings the ’90s back, brings it forward to the new millennia, with more of an updated sound and more of an updated vibe. It’s something you would expect from us. It’s not too far to the left and it’s one of those songs that kind of makes people want to fall in love all over again.” The slower songs of the ’90s certainly seem to be making a big-time comeback, with even Usher abandoning his obsession with four on the floor to return to slower tempos like on “Climax.” “Dance” pays homage to that time when ballads ruled the airwaves and Top 40 radio. As Wanya Morris explained, now’s as good a time as any for that nostalgia. “I think it’s because people, they want to fall in love all over again,” he explained. “They’ve actually been in a situation where hip-hop has stood in the forefront of music and R&B kind of took a back seat and musical music has taken a back seat and they want to fall in love again. And, hopefully this album, Twenty, will help them in that journey to we find love again.” The guys are currently on the road promoting that album, and finding that their fans, both new and old, are pumped for their tracks, both new and old. “The cool thing about our fans is they span all types of age, groups, colors,” Shawn Stockman explained of the trek. “The problem we always had, if you could call it a problem, is that no one could pinpoint Boyz II Men fans because if you ever go out to a show you see everyone. It’s all types of people who come to our shows and it’s always been that way.
