Tameka Foster’s rep says Usher’s story is ‘totally preposterous.’ By Jayson Rodriguez Usher Photo: MTV News From the sound of things, Usher can’t wait to sign those “Papers.” A recording of the 911 the singer made last month to report that estranged wife Tameka Foster allegedly keyed his car leaked online on Thursday (October 15). During the call, which is streaming on TMZ , Usher revealed that the police had just visited his Atlanta home the night before when the two had a domestic dispute. “I want to report a situation where my car has been keyed,” Usher is heard saying, before the operator confirms that the call is regarding property damage.
