Josh Samman Dies; UFC Fighter Was 28

Josh Samman, a UFC middleweight fighter who has spent the past several days in a coma, died on Wednesday, October 5. He was 28 years old. The sad news was confirmed by Samman manager, Gary Ibarra, to Fox Sports. Ibarra told the network that Samman passed away in a hospital in Hollywood, Florida. Details are still coming in regarding what happened, but here is what we know at this time: The UFC fighter was found unresponsive last Thursday, September 29, alongside his friend Troy Kirkingburg… who was pronounced dead at the scene. He was also 28 years old. Police told the Tallahassee Democrat soon afterward that Samman had a pulse when he was discovered and was breathing when a friend found his body. According to law enforcement official, police responded to “a call of a possible drug overdose.” Samman struggled with substance abuse over the years, having chronicled his challenging life in his book “The Housekeeper: Love, Death, and Prizefighting.” According to the websote MMA Fighting.com, Samman was depressed after his girlfriend, Hailey Bevis, was killed in a car accident in 2013. He reportedly felt responsible for her death because they were sending text messages at the time she got into the crash. Broward County Medical Examiner and Trauma Services Chief Medical Examiner Craig Mallak told the aforementioned MMA website that Samman’s cause of death is not currently known. The site adds that “the Medical Examiner’s office will not administer a toxicology report because Samman survived for days after being found and ‘there are no suitable specimens to test.” It is possible we may never know the cause of death. Samman’s mother told Fox Sports this week that no heroin was found in his system, despite reports of a drug overdose. The fighter hailed from Iowa and did not leave behind any offspring. We send our condolences to his friends, family members and loved ones.

Stevie J: Cheating On Faith Evans? Already?!?

Oh, Stevie J. This really is not a very good week for you, is it? We just hope you keep hanging in there despite the controversy that continues to follow you around. Just keep being you, man. It alls started with talk that Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez have been fired from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Or, to be more specific, that VH1 has chosen not to renew the contracts of its two biggest reality stars. Why would network executives arrive at this seemingly terrible decision? Because Stevie J ad Joseline have grown too expensive. Sources claim the network is looking to save money and thinks the ratings for Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta will mostly remain steady due to the addictive nature of the show… even without its leading cast members. You can watch the video above for more information and weigh in below on whether you think this is a sound strategy. Meanwhile, a new story alleges that Stevie J is already cheating on new girlfriend Faith Evans. Rumors of a romance between the reality star and the singer only recently heated up after Evans shared a photo of her and Stevie on her Instagram page two weeks ago. It sure does look like Stevie is going in for a kiss here, doesn’t it? “Well I guess it’s Ooouuu…(in my Young MA voice) #TiptoeinginTampa with @hitmansteviej_1 #BadBoyFamilyReunionTour #teamfizzy #teamprolific #charmflowersgroup #TKAI coming soon!” wrote Evans as this picture’s caption. But while things look great for the new couple above, a random person wrote in to The Shade Room with some bad news. In a letter penned to the website, this individual said she has proof that Stevie has cheated on Evans at least once. This is what the letter says: I was over my cousins house the other day and she had a couple of her friends over for a little get together. We all started taking pictures on her phone and I accidentally scrolled to far and found this freaky picture of her and Stevie J. I contemplated sending it since it’s my family after all but hey if Stevie J is the alleged father to Joseline’s baby girl then she needs to know what he’s doing behind her back! Here is a look at the NSFW photo in question: Of course, whether or not Stevie J is the father of Joseline’s baby girl is up for debate. A rumor surfaced in late July that Joseline is actually pregnant by Young Dro . It’s very difficult to keep track of Stevie’s penis, where it has been and where it might end up going next. He has five kids by four different women, and that’s not counting the baby on the way that may be his, courtesy of Hernandez. We most definitely do not approve if he’s been cheating on Faith Evans. That’s his fault and he’s wrong for doing so. But one could easily argue that perhaps Evans should have seen this coming. We’re just saying.

Rosie O’Donnell Responds to Latest Donald Trump Debate Diss

For someone who really dislikes woman, Donald Trump sure gave a quality platform to a few of them during the first Presidential debate on Monday night and then again on Tuesday morning. After Hillary Clinton brought up former Miss Universe Alicia Machado, for example, Trump appeared on Fox and Friends today and slammed the beauty pageant winner for how much weight she gained. Really, this happened: Donald Trump on Alicia Machado: A HUGE Problem! Then there’s Katy Perry, who has gone ahead and gotten naked in honor of Voter Registration Day . But Trump once more gave the biggest platform to ongoing nemesis Rosie O’Donnell, responding to charges of sexism at the debate by referring back to his feud with the talk show host and saying she deserved all the vitriol that has come her way. “Hillary is hitting me with tremendous commercials,” the former Celebrity Apprentice host whined, adding: “Some of it said in entertainment, some of it said by somebody who’s been very vicious to me, Rosie O’Donnell. “I said very tough things to her and I think everybody would agree that she deserves it and nobody feels sorry for her.” Through the nauseating years, Trump has described O’Donnell as “dumb loser,” “disgusting,” and “a slob,” who has a “fat, ugly face.” Heck, he called her a “fat pig” in August of last year during a Republican debate: Donald Trump Slams Rosie O’Donnell as “Fat Pig”: WATCH! The obsession is pretty hilarious at this point. So, how did Rosie response to The Donald making her a national talking point once again? With a very simple Tweet. “HE WILL NEVER BE PRESIDENT …” O’Donnell wrote in response to his latest takedown. About 15 minutes later, she branded Trump an “orange anus” in this equally awesome message, which linked to the 2006 segment on The View in which she originally slammed Trump. “the 5 mins orange anus can’t seem to get over — tell the truth – shame the donald #ImWithHer,” Rosie wrote. Speaking of being “with her,” Madonna then came out and made it clear that she stands firmly with her former League of Their Own co-star. We’re loving this message sent by The Material Girl: And Madonna wasn’t the only person on Twitter to be taken aback by Trump revisiting his hated of Rosie O’Donnell. Consider these examples: How amazing will it be if Donald Trump’s disdain for Rosie O’Donnell actually costs him the election? There are approximately 9,876,984 other things he has said and done that ought to cost him the election, but hey. We’ll take whatever we can get. And the Winner is? Anthony Weiner: Headed to Prison For Sexting Teenage Girl?

These days, the unfortunately-named Anthony Weiner is better known for his numerous sex scandals than for his political career. Weiner resigned from Congress in 2011 after inadvertently tweeting a sexually explicit photo of himself. In 2013, Weiner returned to the political arena with a failed campaign for mayor of New York City that was cut short when it was revealed that Weiner had been sexting Sydney Leathers, a young woman who went on to tar in an adult film based on her involvement with the disgraced politician. It seems even that incident wasn’t enough to keep the 52-year-old from sending explicit texts and social media messages, and Weiner was caught up in two additional sexting scandals in the past month. While his political career has come to an end, until recently Weiner was married to Huma Abedin, a top aide for Hillary Clinton. Abedin left Weiner after the latest round of revelations, but his name is still linked with the Clinton campaign, and thus, his scandalous private life is still making headlines. And unfortunately for everyone involved, Weiner’s dalliances keeping getting more and more shameful. Back in August, Weiner was caught in yet another sexting scandal after having sent a number of explicit photos (at least one of which showed the former congressman lying in bed next to his young son) were posted by a woman who set out to “catfish” Weiner.  Last week, it was revealed that Weiner had been sexting a 15-year-old girl , a move that could land him in serious legal trouble. Page Six consulted with legal experts to find out if Weiner could be facing jail time for the illicit texts. The answer? Some believe that not only is Weiner headed to prison, he latest misdeeds might lead to a new federal law being enacted. “This could be the tip of the iceberg with a minor,” a DC lawyer and former DA who believes Weiner will do time. “This is not the first school girl he wants to see in her uniform.” She added that he’ll almost certainly be facing a civil suit from the girl’s family as well: “This is disgusting and depraved. I would not want to be his lawyer. He is not going to win this case.” As a result of Weiner’s latest scandal, New York State Assembly candidate Dean Hart is calling for a bill to criminalize sexually explicit text messages sent to minors: “When you are an adult you don’t play games with 15-year-old girls . . . This should be illegal and eliminates the difference between images and writing.” Hart added: “This is how he gets his jollies. I thought he needs a shrink … but now [with a minor], they got to make it a crime. “When people drive drunk, they are not permitted to drive a car again, so they should ban him from using cellphones and the Internet.” Others believe Weiner will avoid jail due to the fact that thus far the texts between Weiner and the teen that have surfaced have not featured any explicit photos. Whatever the case, this latest controversy should serve as a decisive nail in the coffin for Weiner’s political career and his marriage.

Stevie J and Joseline: FIRED From Love & Hip Hop Atlanta!?

Are the tumultuous, tawdry, terrible twosome of Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez getting the boot from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta? A series of new reports in recent days suggest that the VH1 series’ best known stars may not be coming back for Season 6. Can we really put any sort of stock in that, though? According to Starcasm, Stevie J and Joseline have allegedly been told that their (large) contracts won’t be renewed for the new season. This talk has not been confirmed, but it makes you wonder. The drama between the two of them has been legendary, and real life and reality TV have blended together like never before of late. If you watch Love & Hip Hop Atlanta online , what you’ve been seeing – especially in this past year – is the VH1 beast eating its own tail. Even before Season 5 began airing, drama between Stevie J and Joseline was playing out online and escalating as the season progressed. By its end, Joseline accused Stevie J of molesting his daughter with Mimi Faust and said she passed a polygraph proving he loves gay porn . Yes, both of those things already happened. Crazily, that was not even the end of it. Stevie later confessed in a radio interview that he and his “wife” had never actually been married. Then, to top it all off, Hernandez got pregnant (supposedly) and disavowed Stevie … who may also be expecting another kid of his own. This all came to a head on the Season 5 reunion, obviously, boosting the show’s ratings higher than ever even as credibility suffered. Funny how that works. Not that seems to matter for the series’ viewers or tweeters, both of which reached record levels this spring. All of which brings us to today and talk that their “contracts for the VH1 show have not been renewed” and “ will not be renewed for Season 6 .” However … Both are reportedly in talks for spinoff shows; Stevie J’s is tentatively titled The Jordans, featuring the producer and his extended family. Stevie’s real name is Steven Jordan, and he has a lot of kids and baby mamas. Joseline’s alleged spinoff would focus on her pregnancy. Whether or not she’s actually pregnant, or Young Dro is the father, remain to be seen – but that’s neither here nor there at this juncture. Again, all of this is unconfirmed, so take it with a grain – nay, a boulder – of salt. Ditto Mimi Faust and her own recent cryptic comments. Mimi tweeted out “Goodbye Season 6” and stated she is on to “bigger and better things” while sharing a photo of herself and her agent. Are we suddenly looking at a mass exodus?! Smith is also said to be on the fence about returning, hinting on social media posts over the past few months that he may also peace out. That would leave the show down many cast members heading into Season 6, but remember that social media is a huge marketing tool. VH1, perhaps more than any other network, uses Twitter and the like to build buzz for its on- and off-screen drama, to massive success. Don’t be surprised when everyone re-ups for new deals just in time to resume filming, and for the contrived drama to be literally unprecedented. Well, maybe not unprecedented. Will & Grace Cast Reunites, Remains as Cute as Ever

Some totally adorable things never change. Over the weekend, the core four cast members on one of the most iconic sitcoms in TV history came back together to melt down Instagram a bit. We’re talking about Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes of Will & Grace fame. And, yes, we just referred to Will & Grace as an “iconic sitcom.” And we challenge anyone to say differently. It ran on NBC from 1998-2006, making it memorable based on duration alone. But it was also one of the first programs to center on not just one, but two openly gay characters. The premise of Will & Grace was McCormack’s Will, who was gay, living as a roommate with Messing’s Grace. Hayes portrayed Jack, the apartment neighbor, while Mullally’s was on board as the eccentric and hilarious Karen. The cast has clearly remained close over the years, although this is one of the first times they’ve documented a reunion on social media. “Only smiling because of where Eric’s hand is!” Messing joked alongside the first photo above of the former co-stars, while Mullally teased on Twitter: “i’m smiling, too, and not just because of a hand.” Added Messing of the second photo posted above: “You smell the same! @EricMccormack.” Mullally, meanwhile, poked fun at her and Hayes’ onscreen characters’ platonic relationship, uploading the following photo to her Instagram account and writing: “aw, cute couple… wait.” She then followed with her own picture alongside Messing (who went on to star in The Mysteries of Laura) and captioned it as follows: “my new wife and i are so happy.” Earlier this year, these same four stars came together as part of NBC’s Must See TV: An All Star Tribute to James Burrows. Messing, Hayes, Mullally and McCormack were just a few of the many celebrities who hung out under one roof for the event, which honored the legendary director. Cast members from Friends, Frasier, Cheers and The Big Bang Theory were all there, as well. Kim Zolciak: Look At My Hot Body!

Kim Zolciak wants the world to know that she still has a hot body.  The 38-year-old Don’t Be Tardy star took to Snapchat to give her fans a peek at her body.  Celebrities love to show of their bodies, and Kim has not been one to hide her body in the past.  Kim is currently embroiled in a butt selfie war with Kim Kardashian.  Each woman enjoys butt selfies quite as much as the other.  Over the weekend, Zolciak took to Snapchat to give her fans their latest look at her body.  “This body birthed 6 kids and im damn proud!” Zolciak captioned.  “4 kids in 30 months!!” It all seems like a desperate attempt to get people talking, but that’s probably what her plan was.  I’m actually surprised she didn’t go all out and trash the people who complained about the amount of product placement on her social media accounts.  She literally promotes everything and anything, but her fans are getting annoyed at her blatantly trying to get them to buy things they don’t want or need.  It must be a good little side gig, but would she really give it up in favor of keeping her fans happy? Probably not.  Zolciak also took aim at the naysayers who claim she adds effects to her images to make her body seem more pleasing to the eye. Celebrities have a habit of going crazy on photoshop.  Snapchat filters just seem a little too easy to use.  “Crazy that y’all even think on Snap that I Photoshop,” she said. “You guys are a bunch of knuckleheads.” Okay then.  Kim has been working out a lot in the aftermath of a health scare that rendered her not fit enough to appear on Dancing With the Stars.  Zolciak released a huge Instagram post that recounted the shocking events that transpired one year ago.  She made it clear that she is happy to be alive and also revealed that she would be interested in appearing on the competition series down the line.  There’s nothing quite like keeping your options open. On the next all-new episode of Rob & Chyna, E! teases (via its official synopsis) that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna will “plan a kinky date night to help make their relationship stronger.” We're sorry if that information just made you vomit. But while Rob prepares to get down and dirty with his pregnant fiancee, sister Kim Kardashian will be warning her sibling that he'll soon be getting down and dirty with his daughter as well. In a very different context. Based on the following teaser for Rob & Chyna, Rob will turn to Kim for parenting advice. This would have seemed ludicrous just a few years ago, but Kim is the mother to a pair of very cute kids. Say what you want about the former sex tape actress, but she's clearly a caring parent. We'll gladly stand by her in all fights when it comes to motherhood. So, just what should Rob be ready for when his first child arrives? Poop. A lot of poop. Poop that looks like “tar,” in fact, Kim warns. How does Rob react to this parenthood preview? Yup. That looks pretty much sums it up.
