Tip Celebrates Birthday With Tiny And Friends In Atlanta It was a celebration this weekend  for the Harris’.The Monarch of the clan celebrated his Birthday and brought out his family, friends and fans to help. First the rapper and TV executive producer put on a free show for fans at Terminal West in ATL, then he celebrated privately at Scales 925.
