The following footage depicts two men gathering at the base of a building in Guangdong Province because a one-year has climbed on to a second-story ledge during a thunderstorm. Identified as Mr. Li and Mr. Hu, the men actually catch the falling child in their arms and all escape the scary incident unscathed. Another day, another eyebrow-raising shirtless Instagram photo of James Franco, who enjoys nothing more than publicly blasting shirtless James Franco photos. The actor’s latest effort was captioned, “SELFIEMADNESS The adderall diaries.” He will soon star in a film based on Stephen Elliott’s memoir by that name: Looking like he’s in prime seduce underage girls on Instagram mode, Franco is seen with pants unbuttoned and his underwear exposed in a provocative manner. That or the 36-year-old’s just trying to mimic the image posted next to his mirror, which from the looks of it is a 1975 Robert Mapplethorpe self-portrait. Either way, it’s pure vintage, borderline creepy James Franco. Earlier this year, the topic of James Franco selfies came up after he tried to pick up a teenager using social media (he backed off when he learned her age). He later explained his Instagram love to David Letterman: “To me, it’s just a fun thing,” Franco said. “It’s something I don’t put a ton of thought into, but it gets a lot of attention. I have a lot of followers on Instagram. “It’s not like I’m going out there putting that on billboards.” James Franco TMI Selfies 1. Arrests: Hip-Hop Wild Child Chief Keef Arrested Again MINUTES After Pleading Guilty To 110 MPH Speeding Charge!

This kid just can’t get right… Chief Keef Arrested Shortly After Leaving Court For Speeding Charge Via Chicago-Tribune Rapper Keith Cozart, better known as Chief Keef, was arrested blocks from the Skokie Courthouse only minutes after he pleaded guilty to speeding 110 mph on the Edens Expressway last month. Cozart was blocks from the courthouse when he was arrested by Chicago police officers, officials said. Leah Starkman, Cozart’s lawyer, said he was arrested after his court hearing on a misdemeanor trespassing charge. Starkman didn’t know the details of the arrest, but said he was in custody at the Grand Crossing District station, 7040 S. Cottage Grove Ave., on Chicago’s South Side. She said she believes police were waiting from him to leave the Skokie courthouse. “He’s still being processed,” she said. “I haven’t seen the paperwork.” The 17-year-old rapper who has been arrested several times recently had pleaded guilty this morning to speeding and was later scolded by the judge who ordered him not to drive. “You think you’re invincible, and you’re certainly not,” said Cook County Circuit Court Judge Earl Hoffenberg. “Violate (conditions of the plea agreement) and you’ll find out you’re not. … I sure hope I don’t see you again, because if I do you better be ready to go to jail.” Welp…hopefully Keef is prepared. Under sentencing guidelines for the Class A misdemeanor, Cozart could have been sentenced to a year in prison and fined up to $2,500. But the judge fined him $531, put him on probation for 18 months, ordered him perform 60 hours community service, and undergo random drug testing. He must also complete eight hours of traffic school. Dressed in a black T-shirt, plaid shorts, sneakers, and wearing a gold chain, Cozart made no comment in court. “If I were you, I wouldn’t take this deal if you can’t follow these conditions,” Hoffenberg said. “I’m really not sympathetic to people who don’t listen to me,” the judge added. In his personal life, it’s rather clear that Justin Bieber has found somebody to love once again: Selena Gomez . In his professional life, however, the global superstar and his very good friend are now in legal trouble for allegedly NOT having somebody to love before Devin Copeland came along. Allow us to explain… Somebody to Love Copeland has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Bieber and Usher , claiming that the duo infringed on his copyright when releasing the 2010 smash single. Copeland and writing partner Mareio Overton say they brought their track to Usher in 2008 and that he outright stole it when he helped to include it on Bieber’s “My World 2.0.” “Without any authority or consent,” the suit states, “[Manager Jonetta Patton] and Usher conspired with songwriters and producers…to directly copy Plaintiffs’ song ‘Somebody to Love,’ intending to appropriate Plaintiffs’ intellectual property as their own.” Overton supposedly heard Bieber’s version of the song on the radio, called Copeland about it and the complaints started from there. The duo is seeking $10 million in damages for copyright infringement, contributory infringement and vicarious infringement, along with a permanent injunction preventing Bieber and Usher from claiming ownership of “Somebody to Love.” No word yet in response from anyone in Justin or Usher’s camp.
