Man Arrested For Sex With Dead Body A homeless man from Columbus, GA broke into a local mortuary to rob it…but ended up stealing more than a few valuables when he decided to have sex with a female corpse he came across. Via AJC.com : A homeless man broke into a FUNERAL HOME and had sex with a woman’s body, police said Friday. Domonique Smith, 26, was arrested Feb. 9 when he was found with a bike stolen from the Hill Watson Peoples Funeral Servie, and further investigation revealed that a body there had been disturbed during the burglary, police said. “The results of our investigation and the forensic examination gave us probable cause to believe that this individual had indeed sexually assaulted a dead body,” said Columbus Police Maj. Gil Slouchick. Capt. Gordon Griswould told the Ledger-Enquirer of Columbus that Smith was found in a vacant home with other stolen property, including TVs and guns. Smith pleaded guilty to burglary, entering an unoccupied dwelling, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by receiving stolen property, according to the newspaper. He is currently in jail. It’s unclear if Smith has an attorney. He is expected to appear in court on the necrophilia charge Monday. GROSS. He must have been EXTRA lonely that day…

The imprisoned reality star and father of two has been posting from behind bars about a new workout plan called Nida Fitness 4%. According to the Bravo star, it is an inspirational program that attempts to motivate people to work out. The program points out that getting one hour of exercise a day is roughly only 4% of a person’s day, hence the tagline for the company: “It’s only 4%.” Nida’s new website, itsonly4perecent.com, is selling waterproof USB wristbands with the tagline written on them. Fans can also watch a video of Nida promoting his new product. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that Nida’s new business ventures have swayed his wife to stay with him. In a statement released by Parks’ rep on Oct. 10, it was revealed that Parks would be filing for divorce. “Phaedra has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage,” the statement read. They say they want to keep their relative’s services private and respectful, rather than a “media circus” for Al and his causes. Via NYpost : The family of police-shooting victim Akai Gurley had a message on Friday for the Rev. Al Sharpton: Keep your “circus” away from his funeral! The blowhard opportunist muscled his way into the arrangements — and even put out press releases promising to deliver the eulogy — without ever consulting the family or offering to foot the bill. But Gurley’s relatives told Sharpton to stay away rather than turn the somber ceremonies into a spectacle. “It’s been a nightmare,” Gurley’s aunt, Hertencia Petersen, told The Post. “He just wants to take credit for this when he’s never even contacted my sister [Gurley’s mother]. “Who made you the spokesperson of our family? We just want to bury our nephew with dignity and respect.” Petersen was stunned that Sharpton and his National Action Network billed him as the eulogist for a Friday funeral, when they were planning on a Saturday service and wanted a speaker who actually knew Gurley. “How can you do a eulogy for someone you don’t even know? It’s heartbreaking,” she said. By late Friday, Sharpton accepted a rare defeat and backed off, though he blamed it on “confusion and division” within the Gurley family. Lawd! Tennessee Couple Arrested For Killing Popular Pastor Via The Grio reports: The family of a Memphis pastor found dead Saturday may finally have justice. The Prospect Park Missionary Baptist Church pastor, Don Smith, was discovered dead near a pond at Hickory Hill. His car was also missing. Police spotted the car on Wednesday and pulled over Lashonda Williams, 24, and Roger Reed Jr., 23. Warrants for first-degree murder were issued for both of them. Memphis Pastor Don Smith was shot and killed Saturday — and his family still doesn’t have any answers. Smith’s body was found lying on Hickory Hill, beside a pond, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The family is still in shock. “All we know is right now he was murdered and we can’t find the person who did it,” said family member Raymond Jones. “We’re still trying to put pieces together of what actually happened…of what caused his death.” Smith, a pastor at Prospect Park Missionary Baptist Church in Whitehaven, spent all his time at the church or in the kitchen — warming souls with food and the Gospel. A wake will be held for Pastor Smith on Friday between 4 and 7 p.m., and the funeral will take place on November 8 at 11 a.m. at the Golden Gate Cathedral on Saturday. May God have mercy on their sick souls!
