But instead of cashing in on the postage labels and baubles, the intermediary went to cops at the 61 Precinct on Monday and disclosed the psycho spouse’s plans, the sources said. Detectives sought the help of an investigator in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office who has experience playing a hit man in multiple cases. A meeting was set up Thursday in a parking lot in Sheepshead Bay – which Sava-Adams chose because her mother-in-law lives there – and they got in the undercover’s car and drove to Shore Road to discuss the murder, sources said. Little did she know, the meeting was being taped, and she was arrested as soon as the incriminating statements slipped out of her mouth, sources said. She was supposed to tell the hit man in a couple of days when she wanted the murder carried out, but instead she’s being questioned at the 61 Precinct station house. Germany will allow babies born with no clear gender-determining anatomy to be put on the national birth register without a “male” or “female” classification. The “third gender option” takes effect November 1. Third Gender Option Offered in Germany A study by the German Ethics Council concluded that the rights of intersex individuals against irreversible medical interventions should be better protected. “If a child cannot be designated male or female, then they should be entered on the birth register without such a status,” the country’s new law states. At least 150 intersex babies are born in Germany each year up to 10,000 people have “serious variations” from physical gender-defining characteristics. A spokesman for the German Interior Ministry said: “A key aim of the new rule is to relieve parents of the pressure of having to decide a sex straight after the birth, and thereby agreeing overly hastily to medical procedures.” Support groups say the number of intersex individuals is far higher than estimated, and point out the difficulties and subtleties of defining intersexuality physically or hormonally. The interior ministry spokesman said the change did not amount to the “creation of a third gender” because the box stipulating male or female is left blank. Creating a third gender would complicate German laws on marriages and partnerships, which operate on a binary male-female opposition, analysts say. “This is an interesting move but it doesn’t go far enough,” said Silvan Agius of Equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex people in Europe (ILGA). “Unnecessary surgeries will continue in Germany with devastating consequences… we live in a world where having a baby classified as ‘other’ is still considered undesirable.” Other campaigners for rights of intersex people raised concern that the “outing” of babies as intersex on official records could lead to discrimination in schools. The law, a first for Europe, is not unprecedented on a global scale. Australia has allowed citizens to note their gender on a passport as “X” since 2011.

I remember watching Justin’s music video ‘One Time’ on Youtube and instantly falling in love with him. Since then my life has changed. Justin was the very first artist I supported, and I doubt that I will ever support any other artist like I support him. Justin’s music has helped me through so much and has kept me going every day. Since I live in a very small country, not many artists come here. I couldn’t attend to Justin’s first tour and I was hoping that maybe on his next one he would come here. My parents know how much Justin means to me so they said that they would take me to another country just so I could see Justin. I started saving money and a few months before the new tour dates were coming out, I joined Justin’s official website, so I could get a pre-sale code to make sure I would get tickets. Finally, after so many years of waiting I got tickets to see Justin in Frankfurt, Germany on April 3rd – plus they were on the Diamond Circle, which is right in front of the stage. I remember crying so much after I bought them. I still couldn’t believe it was happening, I was finally going to see Justin! My friend also bought a ticket so I wouldn’t go all by myself. I’ve been a member of BieberFever for a year now and I saw that there was a contest for each show of the tour to win M&G. I obviously entered the contest for the date of my show. Honestly, I’m a very negative person, and I barely win anything, but this time I did everything I could to get win this. If I really fought for my dreams they would come true. That’s what Justin taught me, to always believe that anything’s possible, that dreams do come true, to never say never. Since I was going to see Justin in Germany, we left a day earlier for the concert. The next morning I opened the email, and I couldn’t believe what I was reading: ‘Congratulations Maria, you’re officially invited to attend the photo meet & greet tomorrow night April 3 rd in Frankfurt….’ I seriously stoop there looking at it for a few minutes. I couldn’t believe I had won the contest, it felt like a dream. I started crying and called my friend saying that we were going to meet Justin! Finally the day I was waiting the most arrived: April 3rd. My friend and I went straight to the arena. I’d never had been there before, and I didn’t know where was the ticket box office where I was supposed to get my wristbands for the m&g. Plus I don’t know how to speak German that well which made things more difficult. I met an amazing German belieber who helped me talk with the security to try to get more information about the m&g wristbands, but no one knew. We waited till 4 p.m. It was freezing cold in Frankfurt, and waiting so long outside was horrible, but it was worth it. After all the people with priority got in, it was the turn for the others. That’s when they told me that I was supposed to get my wristbands in the ticket box office which was near the normal entrance, in the opposite side where I was. I started running so fast, I swear I never ran that fast during my whole life. Finally I got my wristbands. While waiting I met this girl that I had met on Twitter. Meeting beliebers is the best thing ever. She told me that Dan Kantar was there and that she got a picture with him! I turned around and saw Dan Kanter taking pictures with basically every single person that was there. I went up to him and said “Omg hi” and hugged him straight away, and he hugged me back and said “Hey!” He smells so good and is so cute. I asked him if we could take a picture and he said “Yeah sure.” Then it was time to meet Justin. Since I hadn’t bought the m&g I had to be in a picture of six people. I was praying that I had the chance to stand next to Justin. He was standing there, a few meters away from me, the real Justin Drew Bieber was there! When it was my turn to take the picture, I was lucky enough and got on a picture of only four people and stood next to him. I’m not sure if I said ‘Hi’ or not, I was so speechless and I couldn’t believe what was happening. Justin looked a bit serious but his face was so flawless, so perfect, and gorgeous. Words can’t even describe it. I was standing next to him and he had his arm around my friend and I. I was touching Justin, I was in the same room as him, I was taking a picture with him, I was living a dream. After two seconds, security pushed me away, and didn’t even had time to ask for a hug. That’s when I broke down crying. What had just happened was so unreal, true, it was only a few seconds but I finally could say it, I met Justin. Now it was time for the show! Since the m&g was late, I didn’t get to see the opening acts, but that really didn’t bother me. The people from the m&g were the last ones to get inside the arena, so I was expecting not to be close to the stage. Fortunately, we had a whole side of the Diamond Circle reserved for us! I got to be front row on the left side of the stage. As soon as the countdown hit 00:00, that’s when the magic started. The show was incredibly amazing, Justin’s voice was perfect, everything was perfect. I was so close to the stage, Justin was just a few meters away, it was unreal! While singing ‘Eenie Meenie’ Justin went in front of my friends and I and pointed at the three of us. But everything good comes to an end, and the show was over. To be honest, It went by so fast, it felt like ten minutes! It was the best experience of my life. I started crying so much while walking out of the arena and going to the hotel. It was all over and I was so grateful for everything that happened. I got to meet Justin, go to his concert, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I guess Justin’s right, dreams DO come true. Ian Somerhalder split with Nina Dobrev last week and then was accused of cheating on the actress. But he took Twitter this weekend not to address that personal situation, but to call out Justin Bieber for a bit of monkey business. With Bieber being asked to pay for his pet Mally – who was seized by German customs after Justin entered that country for a concert and is now in an animal shelter, her fate unknown – the beloved actor and animal enthusiast called out Bieber yesterday. “@justinbieber i hope the welfare of this animal is a priority for you.Its on you to set a good example man,” Somerhalder wrote. So far, no response from Bieber and no word on what will happen to his monkey. The Ian Somerhalder Foundation, meanwhile, was started in response to Hurricane Katrina and dedicates its resources to saving animals and the environment.
