Kim Zolciak’s Stroke Reveals Major Heart Issue It looks like Kim Zolciak’s stroke might have actually been a life-saver. The reality star lost feeling on one side of her body and was hospitalized just hours after appearing on “Dancing With The Stars.” Though the condition seemed minor — a closer look by docs revealed that she was already suffering a much more serious heart condition. Via TMZ : Kim Zolciak’s mini-stroke was far more serious than anyone thought … we’ve learned she had a heart procedure following the TIA and could have died. As we reported, Kim had the mini-stroke in Atlanta, hours after appearing on “Dancing with the Stars.” She had lost feeling on one side and her ability to speak, but it was only temporary. Kim has told friends that doctors thought she could be released almost immediately, but a test revealed there was a more serious, underlying heart issue. Doctors kept her in the hospital and she told friends the docs performed a procedure Friday. We do not know the nature of the problem or what doctors did to correct it. We’re told Kim would never have known about the heart issue had she not gone into the hospital for the TIA. And doctors told Kim if the heart problem were left untreated, it could have become life-threatening. Wow. Whatever she’s going through sounds very serious. We really hope she’ll be alright! Trucker Who Slammed Into Tracy Morgan’s Car Hadn’t Slept In 28 Hours Tracy Morgan is doing well on his road to recovery since the tragic truck accident that caused him severe brain damage and killed another passenger. Now, a new report from the National Transportation Safety Board is finding that the entire incident may have been avoidable if the Wal Mart driver in question had simply gotten some rest. Via CNN : A truck driver’s fatigue — exacerbated by his decision to drive 12 hours to work before he even started his 14-hour shift — likely caused the June 2014 crash that killed comedian James McNair and seriously injured comedian Tracy Morgan in New Jersey, federal officials said Tuesday. But McNair, Morgan and others in the passenger compartment of a limo van weren’t wearing seat belts or using properly adjusted head restraints, a factor that contributed to the severity of their injuries, the National Transportation Safety Board said. A Walmart truck driven by Kevin Roper rear-ended the limo van, which was carrying seven people, shortly before 1 a.m. on the New Jersey Turnpike on June 7, 2014. The crash killed McNair — known as “Jimmy Mack” — and seriously injured four other passengers, including former “Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock” performer Morgan, who was left with a brain injury. The NTSB said Roper was driving 65 mph in a work zone with a posted 45 mph limit, and failed to brake in time for slow-moving traffic ahead of him, including the limo van. The board said Roper declined to speak to its investigators. But the board determined that Roper was awake for more than 28 consecutive hours before the crash, having driven 12 hours in his personal vehicle before he started his job on the morning of June 6, the NTSB said. Wow. What would make him thing it would be a good idea to drive for that long???

But wait… They are not father and son? Bill Will (The Veteran) is 60 years old. Scott is 22, he met Will 2 years ago at the Yankee Stadium park in the Bronx, New York. Scott molded himself to become a athlete after watching youtube videos and decided to make a change. Upon coming to the park he met the elders such as Will who helped coach him to where he is today. They uploaded a video on Facebook with over a million hits today. The video titled “Father & Son Workout Goals” had a lot of requests so we just had to go out and film them. Inspiration for all, they are not related but Scott looks up to Will with big aspiration.

Tami Roman Miscarries Pregnancy Prayers up for Tami Roman , who has reportedly lost the baby she was expecting with boyfriend Reggie Youngblood. According to TMZ reports : “Basketball Wives” star Tami Roman and boyfriend, Reggie Youngblood, have suffered a miscarriage, the couple tells TMZ. Roman — who got her start on MTV’s “The Real World: Los Angeles” — was three months pregnant. It would have been the third child for the 45-year-old and the first for Youngblood. A rep for the couple — who appear on the show “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” — tells TMZ they are “mourning their loss with close friends and family. The couple requests prayers and privacy as they get through this difficult time.” Sad news. We thought it was a little unusual that she revealed her pregnancy in the first trimester (many women suffer first trimester miscarriages) but we hate to hear that it’s ended this way.

Janet Jackson Stops Tour Prep To Be With Joe Jackson After Stroke Janet Jackson put the preparation for her upcoming Unbreakable World Tour on hold and flew to be by her ailing father Joe Jackson’s sid e on Tuesday. Via US Magazine : According to an insider, the “No Sleeep” songstress, 49, took a private jet to Sao Paulo, Brazil, where her father has been hospitalized since he suffered a stroke on his 87th birthday on July 25. Entertainment Tonight reports that Jackson’s tour prep will remain on hold and that she will stay by her famous dad’s bedside until he’s stable. An insider tells Us that her brothers are also en route to Brazil. Following Joe’s stroke, he took to his website to inform fans that he is expected to make a swift recovery. “To my family, friends, acquaintances and fans all over the world. I want to thank you all for your prayers, unwavering support and kind well wishes during these trying times,” Joe shared on Monday, July 27. “Through God’s intervention the wonderful Doctors, Nurses and caretakers at the Albert Einstein Sao Paulo hospital have taken great care of me. God willing, I should be able to make a quick recovery and travel back home soon. Thank you all once again for your prayers and support.” Janet’s tour kicks off in Vancouver on Aug. 31. Jason Pierre-Paul Injuries Hand During July 4 Fireworks Accident Jason Pierre-Paul , defensive end for the New York Giants, reportedly injured his hand while lighting fireworks at his Florida home on the night of July 4. Via TIME Mag : The NFL confirmed the incident on Sunday evening, noting that it could “potentially impact Pierre-Paul’s future with the Giants,” but Dan Graziano and Adam Schefter at ESPN later tweeted that his injuries — burns on his palm and three fingers, and possible nerve damage — likely will not prove “career threatening” and that the “prognosis is not terrible.” On Sunday afternoon, as reports of the accident began making the rounds, Deadspin posted a string of tweets from Pierre-Paul’s neighbors documenting a “whole Uhaul van of fireworks” parked outside of his house. Pierre-Paul himself had posted a video to Instagram of himself and his infant son near to what appears to be the van. Pierre-Paul, who turned 26 earlier this year, has played for the Giants since 2010, when he joined the team as the fifteenth overall pick in the NFL draft. His “prodigal talent,” as ESPN described it in 2009, when he was at the University of South Florida, has been an asset to the Giants’ defensive line, in spite of the team’s shaky record overall in the past few years. Tracy Morgan To Appear On The Today Show For First Time Since Car Accident Welcome back, Tracy . Via THR Tracy Morgan is finally ready to return to television. The Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock alum will appear on Monday’s Today show, in his first TV interview since he was critically injured in a car crash last June. Morgan will be interviewed by Matt Lauer live in Today’s Rockefeller Center studios and will be joined by his lawyer Benedict Morelli. Apart from a few written statements sent out by Morgan’s team and paparazzi photos that have emerged since the incident, Morgan essentially hasn’t been seen or heard from since the accident. He had hoped to make it to SNL’s 40th anniversary special in February, but he wasn’t able to attend. Still, Morgan’s 30 Rock co-stars Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin paid tribute to him from the stage. The news of Morgan’s first interview comes a day after he reached a confidential settlement in a lawsuit he filed against Walmart over the crash, which occurred on the New Jersey Turnpike early in the morning on June 7, 2014. Doctors Find Tumor In Big Ang’s Throat Big Ang of “Mob Wives” is currently scheduled for surgery after doctors find a lemon sized tumor in her throat. TMZ reports: “Mob Wives” star Big Ang is currently in the hospital after complaining of pain in her neck … and doctors have since discovered a tumor in her throat the size of a lemon. According to our sources, earlier this week Ang was admitted to a Staten Island hospital where doctors will soon perform surgery to remove the tumor. We’re told it is not yet known whether the tumor is cancerous. Ang was scheduled to begin shooting for a different reality show, other than “Mob Wives,” when she began experiencing the pain. Ang appeared this past weekend at a reality TV event in New York City where she kept her neck covered up. It’s unclear if she was experiencing pain at the time. Poor thang, get well soon Ang! This is the second reality star in recent days who might have a cancer battle ahead; Daisy Lewellyn of “Blood Sweat And Heels” recently announced that she’s battling stage 3 liver cancer . WENN
