Justine Skye Reportedly Granted A Restraining Order Against Sheck Wes Before Court Hearing

Source: DJDM/WENN.com / WENN Justine Skye Gets A Restraining Order Against Sheck Wes It looks like things between Justine Skye and Sheck Wes are getting more and more serious following the singer’s allegations of abuse and of him stalking her this past week. Skye claimed that Sheck’s crew attacked her friends after previously claiming that an unnamed rapper–later revealed to be Wed–had put “hands” on her. The “Mo Bamba” rapper later denied the allegations, which prompted her to post footage of him on Twitter making his way into her house without her consent bv jumping over a fence. Now, according to reports from  The Blast , Justine Skye has filed for and was granted a restraining order against Sheck Wes. In the restraining order request, Skye claimed that he “orchestrated a plan to stalk me and viciously beat my boyfriend and our friends in front of me in public.” She also alleged that ten other men besides Sheck were complicit in the supposed attack. The restraining order rules that Sheck must stay at least 100 yards away from her until their court hearing, which takes place next month. According to reports, Skye says in the request that she does “not feel safe” and believes her “life is in danger.” It also includes a reference to an incident on July 26, 2018, where she claims Sheck “threatened to punch me in the face, headbutted me, told me he was going to ‘hurt me.’” After Skye’s initial allegations and posting of the video, Wes responded by claiming that he never hit her and was simply trying to get back his belongings. “Just clarifying this is a video of me hopping a fence to get my stuff back from a girl who refused to give me my stuff” he tweeted. “Once again for the record I never hit or beat up any woman.”

The comedian became the talk of Twitter and the internet as a whole after a 2011 clip of HBO’s  Talking Funny  resurfaced. In the video, Chris Rock is joined by fellow comedians Ricky Gervais, Louis C.K. and Jerry Seinfeld, who all end up discussing the use of the “N-word.” Things escalate quickly as both Gervais and C.K. start to casually throw around the racial slur without a care in the world, as Rock joins in and laughs along with them. C.K. responds by asking Rock, “You’re saying I’m a n****r?” “Yes,” Rock replies. “You are the n****r-est white man I have ever [met].” Gervais is clearly entertained by the whole exchange as Chris and Louis explode with laughter, but Seinfeld is visibly uncomfortable the entire time and ends up speaking out against the situation. After vocalizing that he doesn’t think Louis should say that word, Jerry said, “You’ve found the humor of it,” he says. “I haven’t — nor do I seek it.” As we mentioned before, this was the number one topic on Twitter this weekend, and the reactions were pretty unanimous: Jerry Seinfeld being the voice of reason while Chris Rock encourages his white peers to spew the N-word is absolutely insane. Apparently, Draymond Green either didn’t see this film or didn’t take in the message, because Monday night in a game against the Clippers a mercurial Draymond was NOT treating Kevin Durant like his closest kin. He was treating him like a bi**h, or at least that what he was calling KD on the bench. A bi**h. A lot of ’em. And that was what happened ON the court. According to ESPN , here’s how it all started. Near the end of regulation, Draymond grabbed a rebound completely ignored a wide-open and hysterically clapping Kevin Durant who was calling for the ball in an attempt to win the game, and lost control of the ball before a shot could be taken. Both men were frustrated on the bench and Draymond unleashed one of his typical bratty tirades on KD. According to ESPN, things got even uglier back in the locker room after teammates chided Draymond for his poor decision. In defending himself, Draymond got loud and wrong. So loud and so wrong that people outside hear the commotion. Coach Steve Kerr did his best to tamp down the extent of the incident. “Draymond is always going to be who he is,” Kerr said. “Draymond is a powerful force. You guys know that. He’s a huge reason why we’ve had so much success here, and Draymond is going to continue playing the way he plays, and I don’t see him operating any other way.” Draymond is going to be who he is, abrasive, and KD is going to be who he is, sensitive and petty. These two might kiss and make up, but KD will not forget when it comes down to free agency this summer…

What The Hell??? Man Gets 160 Years In Prison After Molesting And Impregnating 10-Year-Old Girl

Getty Images Man Sentenced To Over 100 Years For Impregnating 10-Year-Old A man in Indiana was found guilty of molesting a 10-year-old girl multiple times, which eventually led to her becoming pregnant. Now, he had been sentenced to more than 100 years in prison. 34-year-old Nicholas Deon Thrash was sentenced to 160 years in jail with a minimum service of 132 years,  FOX59 Indianapolis  reported, citing the Grant County prosecutor. Thrash was found guilty of 10 counts of child molestation during his trial last month, the station reported. The victim was not named, but testified in court that Thrash had molested her at least 15 times. After just over an hour of deliberation, a Grant County jury convicted Nicholas Deon Thrash. The girl’s grandmother told Indiana news station  WISH-TV  back in May 2017, when Thrash was initially charged, that he was someone the whole family knew and trusted. “(The victim) was foremost in our mind during this case,” Grant County Prosecutor Jim Luttrull said. “We appreciate an enormous amount of people … who offered their assistance to the victim, for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and all the work they provided in the case.” The girl’s mother is also facing charges relating to the case, which include neglect and aiding in child molesting and assisting a criminal, according to reports from Marion-based newspaper the  Chronicle-Tribune . The young girl’s mother reportedly discovered the pregnancy as her daughter was trying on dresses for a school dance, which is when she instructed her to say a classmate impregnated her, not the 34-year-old family friend. Some reports allege that Thrash was the boyfriend of the victim’s mother. The Chronicle-Tribune reports that, in his testimony, Thrash said he did not deny that he was the father of the baby but maintained he never molested the victim. Instead, he claimed that the victim’s mother, his girlfriend Jennifer Lynn Hand, had inseminated the victim using his sperm. Prosecutors told FOX59 that the girl, after having recently turned 11, gave birth to a boy in September 2017. Thrash remained in the Grant County Jail as of Thursday.

Lee has owed Dame upwards of $2 million for well over a decade now and Dame wants his guap. Today, Lee appeared on TMZ Live to make a public admission of guilt and a vow to repay Damon every red cent. We respect the fact that Dame didn’t want to drag Lee back to court and make another Black man look bad, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make sure people respect you. Glad this ended civilly AND we got some great jokes out of it.

As previously reported the former Bad Boy producer appeared in Manhattan Federal Court Monday and was admonished for not making regular restitution payments for the $1.3 million in back child support that he owes, and for failing drug screenings. It’s complicated. For weeks now Democrats and Republicans have been arguing over a stopgap spending bill that would fund government’s day-to-day activities. Attached to that bill is all sorts of political chess pieces that lead to serious conflict on both sides of the aisle. The Democrats want protection for DACA “dreamers” and the anti-immigrant GOP gang wants funding for Trump dumba$$ “wall” and border security. You see the problem. Last night was the last chance for both the donkeys and the elephants to get their s#!t together, but that didn’t happen. So, the shutdown is in full effect and here’s what that means. According to CNN , thousands of gov’t employees will go on furlough, they will not report to work and they will not be paid. When a shutdown occurred in 2013, there were about 850,000 employees affected. Lot of people not getting the money that feeds their families. Furlough also affects White House employees, over 1,000 of them, 659 of which are considered “essential” will still come to work, but only to send emails and correspond with parties to let them know they won’t be working. This also affects soldiers, even those in active combat, they are fighting for free at this point. No checks will be distributed to those who are risking their life for us as well as this inept body of federal officials. TSA will still get paid, but the employees may not. The mail man will still deliver your mail. HOWEVER, the one group of feds who will still work diligently with pay is the Special Counsel, headed by Robert Mueller, who is investigating all of Donald Trump’s shady shenanigans. Oh, by the dubs, today marks Donald Trump’s 365th day as crispy cheeto POTUS. This is the One Year Anniversary of my Presidency and the Democrats wanted to give me a nice present. #DemocratShutdown — Donald J.
