Can Black actors be colorless … Vivica A. Fox Talks Race In Hollywood Via The Grio reports: Actress Vivica A. Fox showed up to support her former Independence Day cast mast, Will Smith, during the New York City premiere of his new film After Earth. During an interview with theGrio, Fox, who currently stars in the TV series Mr. Box Office, weighed in on Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s parenting skills, and also revealed the best advice she received from Will. “Will has always been my inspiration,” Fox said. “To see this man become an international box office, absolutely one of the #1 earning box office movie stars has just been amazing for me.” “Will Smith told me years ago when we were doing Independence Day to become colorless to people. Yes we are African-American… that is who we are. Sign might as well say: “No Chief Keefs Allowed!” Jersey Shore Mayor Proposes Ban On Sagging Pants Via ABCNews It’s the Jersey Shore, no doubt, but Wildwood’s mayor doesn’t want the stereotypes that come along with it. And saggy pants, he said, do nothing but perpetuate the negative stereotypes that come with a summer “down the shore.” That’s why the mayor of Wildwood, N.J., is leading the charge on a saggy pants ban on the beach town’s boardwalk. “Their whole rear ends are sticking out,” Mayor Ernie Troiano Jr. said. “These kids have no respect for anyone including themselves.” There was no one event that led to the proposed ban, he said, rather a long line of complaints from people who were tired of seeing people’s underwear hanging out of their pants. “People kept asking what I was going to do about it,” he said. Locals are “extremely offended” by the saggy pants. “We welcome everyone here, we don’t discriminate against anyone,” he said. “But what about my rights not to have to see your rear end?” The vote on the ban, which the mayor said he is “99.9 percent sure” will succeed, takes place June 12. It will take 20 days to become law. So how will the local Po-9 enforce the new law if it passes? On the 21st day, he said, police will begin “politely asking” people to hike up their pants. “It’s not a hit squad,” he said. “There’s no Gestapo running up and down the boardwalk looking for offenders.” If they don’t comply, Troiano said, they will be asked to leave the boardwalk. If they become belligerent they will get a ticket. That’s it?? We’re not against encouraging these young dirt-ball ninjas to get their lives together, but you’re going to have to do better than a ticket and a stern warning to make ‘em pull up their True Religions. Finger Licking Bad: Texas Man Sentenced To 50 Years In Prison For Stealing $35 Rack Of Ribs

You can’t be serious … All Willie Smith Ward wanted was his baby-back ribs, but it cost him 50 years in prison. Man Sentenced To 50 Years For Stealing Ribs Via Waco Tribune reports: Ward’s theft of the $35 rack of pork ribs turned into a robbery when he threatened a grocery store employee who saw the huge bulge under Ward’s shirt and tried to stop him in the parking lot. “This verdict shows that the citizens of this county will not tolerate a continued disrespect and disregard for other people and their property,” said Assistant District Attorney J.R. Vicha, who prosecuted Ward with Chris Bullajian. “People who choose to do so will be dealt with seriously and appropriately.” The employee testified that he asked Ward what was under the shirt and the slab of ribs fell to the ground. He asked Ward what else he was hiding and Ward said, “I got a knife.” The employee told Ward, “Now you just turned a ticket into a 
serious crime.” “If you don’t leave me alone, I’ll show you what I got,” Ward said, according to the employee’s testimony. Ward then ran off. A jury in Waco’s 19th State District Court also didn’t like the 43-year-old Ward’s previous five felony and four misdemeanor convictions and recommended that Ward be sentenced to 50 years in prison as a habitual criminal. Ward has previous felony convictions for burglary, attempted robbery, aggravated assault, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of cocaine and four misdemeanor convictions, including two thefts. Those must have been some good azz ribs! This guy is black, so he deserves 50 years in jail. If he happened to be white, they might have elected him for Senator instead… When people like Mr. Ward feel the need to commit crimes just to get food, something is really, really wrong. We could have understood if he’d robbed a bank or an elderly lady, but all this for a piece of dead pig? Come on!

Summer Fashion Trends That Aren’t For Everyone Although it was one of the longest Winter seasons ever and Spring pretty much got completely skipped over, Summer is finally here. And you know what that means? More partying, less clothing and plenty of pure unadulterated foolishness. As is the case with every Summer season, this overtaking of foolishness will be most evident in the slew of fashion and hairstyle trends that will sweep the nation from Hollywood down to the hood. But as the saying goes, everything is NOT for everyone…..and somethings aren’t for anyone. To better illustrate this golden rule, we’ve compiled a list of popular Summer hair and fashion trends that either need to be done well if you’re going to do them….or not done at all. He’s one lucky boy… Evelyn Lozada Takes Senior To Prom via TMZ rEports: Better late than never … so says “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada who finally went to prom last night — TWENTY YEARS after graduating from high school, TMZ has learned. Here’s how it all went down — just a few months ago, a high school senior from Bloomfield, Michigan reached out to the VH1 star on Twitter and threw up a Hail Mary … by asking her to be his date to the prom. Shockingly, Lozada ACCEPTED — thinking it would be a fun experience … particularly because she never went to her own high school prom because she was pregnant at the time. We’re told Evelyn’s date Anthony was quite the Romeo … and even bought Evelyn’s corsage. She took care of the rest — paying for transportation (in a sick Denali) … and a fancy dinner — plus, she paid for her own plane ticket out from L.A.. We’re told the two had a great time — with Evelyn dancing her face off the entire night … but unfortunately for her date — her prom dress stayed ON after the party. Still, not a bad night. Amanda Bynes Says Attack Tweets About Rihanna Were Fake According to TMZ Amanda Bynes is now claiming the tweets bashing Rihanna (pardon the pun) did not come from her and were actually mocked up someone else … then she went on to say some other crazy stuff. Bynes went on another rambling Twitter run this afternoon, in which she says, “I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions. I’m followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them!” From there she goes on to say … well, your guess is as good as ours: “That’s one of the mocked up images, they took photos of me from outside and morphed them onto someone else’s body. I am allergic to the sticky icky and alcohol but I smoke tobacco. Why does Rihanna smoke drugs and not get in trouble for it but I smoke tobacco and people think I’m on drugs? I refuse to be treated like someone I’m not, which is why I fought for myself and am suing everyone involved. I don’t need to go to rehab. There is never a drug or alcohol in my system! I’m sick of all the lies! What would you do if someone accused you of things you didn’t do and yet you still had to be in jail at all over it! I’m so offended but I am so educated that I know cops cannot illegally enter my apartment, sexually harass me, arrest me, take me to a MENTAL HOSPITAL, then lock me up for a crime I didn’t commit. I’m suing them all for this upsetting nightmare. My lawyer knows I’m a model citizen who doesn’t partake in drugs. He’s going to court this week to set the record straight again on my behalf. Thankfully I’m an educated multi-millionaire who knows better than to speak to perverted unjust cops without my lawyer.” This is a whole new level of crazy.

Not So Fast: Chris Breezy Calls Bullisht On Hit And Run Accusations

Trouble just seems to latch onto Chris like white on rice. Homie can’t catch a break. Chris Brown Says Accusations Are Not True According to TMZ Chris Brown says he did nothing wrong when he was involved in a minor fender bender last week … and claims the other driver has been ducking his attempts to discuss the matter … TMZ has learned. As TMZ first reported, Brown allegedly refused to give over his driver’s license number (and provided incorrect insurance info) to the driver of a Mercedes he rear-ended … which, if true, could put his probation in the Rihanna beating case in jeopardy. But sources close to Chris tell TMZ he gave the woman all the correct info and when his lawyer attempted to contact her not long after the accident … she hung up on him. We’re told all subsequent calls from Chris’ lawyer have gone unanswered. Our sources also say that neither Chris, nor anyone in his camp, has been contacted by the LAPD so far. We’re told Chris feels the photo below (taken at the scene of the accident) shows there was no damage to the other car. Somebody lying.
