Lil Xan Reportedly Detained By Police Hours After Leaving Rehab

Source: Jeff Hahne / Getty On Sunday morning, rapper Lil Xan hit Twitter to inform his followers that he is out of rehab. “Out and sober,” he wrote two weeks after checking himself in. Unfortunately, it seems he got into trouble just a fewer hours later. Posting a video to Instagram, he claimed he was “being detained for no reason” after playing music at 10 in the morning. “Not a gated community just playing music at 10 having a good sunday lol cops came with hands on there [sic] guns asking me to put my hands where i can see them and i did. Detained for no reason and these cops profiled me for the way i look,Anyone who thinks wants to say i’m not sober can think that but i’m Completely sober and was acting very calm,” he reportedly wrote, according to PageSix . Before heading into rehab, the rapper spoke on needing to kick his opioid addiction and his plans to drop “Lil Xan” as his rap name and instead go by his given name, Diego. We wish him good health. Cardi did an Instagram Live Monday that doubled as an ASMR or autonomous sensory meridian response that included her sipping coffee while telling fans that she misses Offset “destroying her” in bed. “I miss it,” said Cardi. “A lot. I want it in my throat, inside of me, demolishing me. Big, fat, black, heavy. I miss it.” LOL, stay strong Cardi! Fans are telling Bardi that she should call up Offset for some makeup sex. Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley didn’t get quite get to edge up a Dallas Mavericks fan who allegedly threw a shot at his mom, but he did toss a ball at the man’s family jewels. ESPN reports : Beverley said the fan twice told him, “F— your mother,” and that led to his reaction and ejection with 9:10 remaining in the Clippers’ 114-100 loss. “I told the referee, I told the security,” Beverley told reporters. “I mean, I’ve never gotten ejected out of a game since I’ve been in the NBA. You know, I play hard, I play within the lines, of course. I play within the rules, of course. I’ve never been ejected in my career in the NBA, but I’m a grown man. I have morals. Of course, God is first, family is second for me, and I stand firmly behind that. “I just, I can accept the ‘F— you, Beverley,’ the ‘F— you, Pat,’ but out of the lines of my mother, anybody who knows me, man, knows I’m a family-first guy, and there’s some things that are unacceptable. After I told the refs, I told security, the Dallas security, told both of them and again, he said it again. So if no one going to control fans, what are we supposed to do as players?” The fan sitting courtside in question is Don Knobler, best known for his over-the-top fashion getups during games. Apparently, Knobler admitted to jawing it out with Beverley and even seemed to cop to saying something about the player’s mother, but the NBA hasn’t taken any action towards Knobler as of yet. — Photo: Getty

US Marshals Finally Arrest Real Birmingham Mall Shooter After Alabama Police Killed Innocent Man

Source: Hill Street Studios LLC / Getty Real Birmingham Mall Shooter Finally Arrested In Georgia After a week of shady and shoddy police work by the men and women in blue down in Birmingham, Alabama, U.S. Marshals finally arrested the shooter who injured 2 children at Riverchase Mall. According to CNN , Erron Martez Dequan Brown was apprehended at a relative’s house not far from Atlanta. The problem is, before catching Erron Martez Dequan Brown, Hoover Police killed Emantic Bradford Jr. in a highly suspicious and likely racist case of “mistaken identity”. Bradford’s funeral will be we held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Boutwell Auditorium in Birmingham. City officials and protesters are currently putting pressure on the Alabama state’s police to release “limited information” about the shooting that might provide some clarity about how and why Emantic was killed. In their response, the ALEA makes it clear they don’t wanna say a damn thing about it: “It is highly likely that prematurely releasing information, including video evidence, would have hampered the investigation’s progress thus far, even to the point of deterring key witnesses,” ALEA said in a statement. “As other witnesses continue to come forward, it is imperative for the integrity of the investigation that SBI (the State Bureau of Investigation) continue to keep confidential information Agents obtain.” As for Erron Martez Dequan Brown, he’s facing attempted murder charges for shooting 18-year-old Brian Xavier and an unidentified 12-year-old girl. We hope and pray that Ematic Bradford’s family gets justice and whatever inadequate form of restitution that they can. Sadly, not even justice and legal award can make this right.

Bush, the 41st president of the United States and father to the 43rd president George W. Bush, has passed away at age 94. According to TMZ , the former president had been suffering failing health off and on for the past few years, marked by occasional hospitalizations . His death comes hot on the heels of his wife of 73 years, Barbara Bush’s passing this past April at the age of 92. He is survived by 5 children, 17 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren, in addition to one daughter, Robin, who passed away from leukemia at the age of 3. R.I.P.
