Hmmmm….sounds like somebody was feenin for some lezzbunn lovin’: Lindsay Lohan was caught sneaking out of Samantha Ronson’s home in Venice Beach, CA. on (drum roll please!) VALENTINE’S DAY! The on-again-off-again ( or are they ‘on-again?’) couple have adjoining town homes, which Lindsay has previously maintained is just a coincidence. Instead of using the sidewalk, Lindsay opted to sneak through the bushes after leaving Sam’s pad Monday. This was the first time we’ve seen the Mean Girls star, 24, since her much-publicized court appearance last Wednesday after being charged with felony grand theft for allegedly swiping a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store. Bieber fever has reached an all-time high, or low, depending on how you look at it. Parents, hide your kids. The Bieber Street Gang is mobbing through your child’s middle school! According to TMZ reports : Move over Crips and Bloods — Justin Bieber is so bad-ass, he can get Yonkers high school girls suspended for wearing a J.B. t-shirt, because school officials say it has “gang” written all over it. Four teenage girls at Roosevelt High School in Yonkers, NY tell TMZ they attended a premiere for Justin Bieber’s movie on Tuesday … then wore their homemade t-shirts, emblazoned with “Bieber Krew,” to school the next day (see above). The girls say school security ordered them to remove the shirts or cover them up because they were “gang-related.” The students say they were also threatened with suspension. The principal then called a meeting with the girls, their parents and the security guards. One of the parents tells TMZ the principal told them the t-shirts were “inappropriate for school because they were gang-related” and the girls would be suspended if they wore them again. One parent tells us, “It’s ridiculous. They’re good kids who love Justin Bieber.” A rep for the school tells TMZ, “Students at Roosevelt High School were not banned from wearing shirts displaying the image of Justin Bieber, nor were they accused of being in a gang.” Someone’s fibbing. Damn, you can’t do anything in these schools nowadays without someone being offended. Its enough to make a Bieber go craaaaazaaay!

When the host threw the idea out there, the star was surprisingly receptive. After they returned from a commercial break, the air fell out of the room. Justin Bieber displayed a completely shaved, bald head: “I like it,” Kimmel said, admiring his handiwork. “You look like a young Lex Luthor!” Bieber concurred after a moment, “I kind of like it, too.” But was it real or just a funny prank the two pulled on the audience (with an assist from Diddy)? Actress’ lawyer reportedly looking for plea deal in jewelry theft case. By Gil Kaufman Lindsay Lohan Photo: Dave McNew/ Getty Images Lindsay Lohan has not yet spoken in public about the felony grand theft charge she’s facing for reportedly stealing a $2,5000 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store in January. But on Thursday, a day after posting bail and being released from jail in the case, the 24-year-old actress defended herself via Twitter. “I would never steal, in case people are wondering,” she tweeted . “I was not raised to lie, cheat or steal.” Lohan also lashed out at detractors who said the clingy white mini-dress she wore to court was inappropriate given the gravity of the situation. She is facing three years in prison if convicted. “What I wear to court shouldn’t be front-page news,” she wrote. “It’s just absurd.” Out on $40,000 bail, the “Mean Girls” actress said she’s just ready to move on and get her career back on track. “I just want to be on set again,” said Lohan, who hasn’t appeared on screen since a brief cameo in last year’s “Machete.” Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told CNN that despite pleading not guilty, her client is willing to cut a plea deal as long as it doesn’t involve any jail time. “Ms. Lohan maintains her innocence, and now that I’ve seen the police reports, I believe the case is entirely defensible,” Holley said of the police account of the January 22 incident. “Having said that, we will entertain a discussion concerning a plea if it means no jail so that she can move forward with her recovery and her career.” TMZ reported on Friday that according to the police report, the store’s owner did not want to get the police involved in the case. The owner “stated that she does not want to press charges,” the report read. “She stated that she only wants her necklace returned.” Though the owner was reluctant, the district attorney reportedly decided that there was enough evidence to warrant a prosecution.
