The reality star has reportedly given her husband permission to “sow his wild oats” while she’s away for the sake of their relationship — and Joe is apparently VERY enthusiastic about his newfound freedom to frolic. Via Hollywoodlife : Teresa Giudice has given Joe Giudice the ultimate get out of jail free card, and that is an open marriage. The reality star told her husband that she knows she will be locked away for over one year and that even though she wants their family to stay together, she knows he has “needs.” Our insider told us: “Teresa knows Joe’s a flirtatious man and she knows good and well he has needs that she no longer can fulfill now that she’s serving time in prison.” “Before she went in, they had a lengthy discussion about sex and what is and off limits,” our source added. “Teresa told him he could be safe and do what he wants but warned him not to be stupid with it. In no way whatsoever is he allowed to bring women into their home and he absolutely better not let the kids see what he’s doing.” “Teresa also doesn’t want Joe to be seen out in public with other women because she’s concerned about the family’s brand,” the insider goes on to tell us. “She wants Joe to keep this extremely secretive, like under the radar and wants no one to know of this. Jennifer Lopez has been giving some revealing interviews lately, answering questions about her difficulty with relationships and what she considers to her “bad taste in men.” It seems she’s been reflecting a lot on her romantic failures, and trying desperately not to repeat the same mistakes. So it comes as something of a surprise that sources are confirming Lopez is back together with Casper Smart . Entertainment Tonight is reporting that J-Lo rekindled her romance with her 27-year-old former backup dancer just before the holidays, and that the two were spotted ringing in the new year together in Las Vegas. Despite their 18-year age differnece, Jen and Casper stuck it out for nearly three years during their first go-round. Maybe now we know why Lopez is looking younger than ever these days! But while family and friends have said that Smart is good for J-Lo, and the couple remained amicable after their split, their first attempt at a relationship ended in ugly fashion. On The Bachelor season premiere Monday, the producers tried their best to portray Chris Soules as a sweet, normal, salt of the earth kind of dude. Which by all accounts he is. But therein lies the problem: How do present the farmer as such, but at the same time inject massive amounts of ridiculousness, drama and contrived nonsense into the proceedings?! This extended preview is basically a four-minute preview of a season that attempts to achieve this difficult, but sort of necessary balancing act. Does it have the desired effect? Anything seen in promos for the ABC “reality” show are so carefully spliced together, so brilliantly manipulated, the producers can sell you on anything. Gia Giudice Turns 14, Remains Depressed About Teresa Giudice Prison Sentence

Gia Giudice turns 14 years old today, but she almost certainly won’t be enjoying a very happy birthday. Teresa Giudice reported to prison on Monday after a premature celebration with her oldest daughter. She has had reportedly had minimal contact with her family in the days since. “Gia is incredibly sad about not spending time with her mom on her birthday, but, like Teresa she is very strong,” a source close to the family tells Radar Online.  “She is going to put on her best face and enjoy her celebration – and she knows that her mom loves her no matter where she is.” A miniscule silver lining to Gia’s dark cloud became visible today when it was revealed that Teresa would receive an early release from prison, and will serve only 13 of the 15 months to which she was sentenced. It’s not much – and to a 14-year-old girl, 13 months can feel like a very long time – but it’s the first good news that Giudice family has received in quite some time. To make matters worse, yesterday marked the birthday of Gia’s grandfather. Khloe Kardashian Posts Positive Pregnancy Test: Who’s Knocked Up?!

Is there another Kardashian family member on the way? Just after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 10 promo debuted, Khloe Kardashian hinted as much, then quickly deleted a telling photo. Khloe shared an image of a positive pregnancy test in the center of a collage of photos of herself, Kris Jenner, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian all looking shocked: The pic was quickly removed from the social network, but plenty of fans saw it, and her caption reads, “I think we could rule, miss menopause out of this equation.” Scratch Kris Jenner then (thank goodness). It’s safe to say Kourtney is also out, since she just had her third child and was likely still pregnant when this Keeping Up With the Kardashians footage was shot. That leaves the following realistic options: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who have been trying for another baby so hard, amid reports of Kim crushed she’s not pregnant again by now. Khloe herself, which is possible, given her romance with French Montana, but unlikely, considering her split from Lamar Odom and fertility issues. Kendall Jenner . Now THAT would be something. Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 Teaser Khloe clearly teased that possibility by design, and while it would be a true Internet-breaking bombshell, we don’t see any way it could be the case. As far as we know, Kendall’s not even seeing anyone at this point, and she’s far too focused on her modeling career to not take the proper precautions. If anyone’s expecting it’s got to be Kim, who is seen in the Keeping Up teaser carrying a tray of five or six pregnancy tests, one of which reads “Pregnant.” Maybe it’s a false positive. Teresa Giudice Prison Details Revealed: What Was Her Last Pre-Slammer Meal, and Why Might Joe Giudice NOT Be Allowed to Visit?!

Early this morning, Teresa Giudice reported to prison to begin her 15 months as a resident of Danbury Correctional Institution in Connecticut. We already know that Teresa will be “targeted” by other inmates as a result of her fame, but now we’re beginning to receive more details about the disgraced reality star’s final hours as a free woman, as well as what her life will be like behind bars. Around 2 am Monday morning (just over an hour before she turned herself in to authorities), Teresa was spotted at Elmer’s Diner in Danbury, enjoying an egg sandwich as her last non-prison meal. Witnesses say she looked surprisingly upbeat, and spent most of the meal on her phone, saying goodbye to family and friends. She was joined by her husband, and hopefully they made the most of their time together, because sources say Joe might be forbidden from visiting Teresa for the entirety of her sentence: “There is a good chance that Teresa and Joe will not even be able to see each other while they are serving their time, because you are not allowed visits from anyone who has been convicted of a felony,” says former convict Jody Gibson. Joe of course, pled guilty to the same fraud charges for which Teresa is now doing time. Joe’s 41-month sentence will begin after Teresa is released.  In addition to the bad news, Gibson has some important advice for Teresa: “There are certain rules that she will quickly learn,” Gibson says. “For example, if she is not up on her hygiene, the other girls will complain and they will get everyone to gang up on her.” “Even though Teresa is a strong woman, she must learn to get through her sentence by not accepting favors, not making any friends, and not making promises to anyone.” Should be easy enough. Gia Giudice Releases "Season of Joy" Music Video: Terrible or Just Kind of Lame?

Even though Teresa Giudice is headed to prison in a few weeks, her 13-year-old daughter Gia seems to be having a downright joyous holiday season. At least that’s the impression she gives in her latest music video: 3KT: “Season of Joy” Music Video Earlier this year,  Gia formed a girl group called 3KT  with two of her friends. The group’s been a source of controversy from the start, as many feel that Gia’s parents are setting her up as the family breadwinner in preparation for their back-to-back prison sentences. In addition, 3KT’s first video was inappropriately risque and featured the tween-age girls covering Britney Spears’ Circus in a variety of revealing outfits. Given the grossed-out response to the first clip, it’s not surprising that Gia and company are considerably more clothed in their second video. It’s also not exactly shocking that they had trouble securing funds for the video’s production budget. The group launched a Kickstarter campaign with the goal of raising $7,500. They offered perks including a meet-and-greet and “producer credits,” but still received less than $900 in donations. Teresa Giudice: Afraid She’ll Go Bald in Prison! Reality Star Fights to Keep Hair Extensions Behind Bars!

Even though Teresa Giudice is still fighting her prison sentence , it seems she’s gradually coming to terms with the fact that she’ll soon be locked up. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months , as a result of a plea deal, which means she can’t contest her conviction (though she’s certainly been trying).   She can, however, continue to act like a delusional diva and pay an army of lawyers to make the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. First, Teresa tried to land a spot in the prison that inspired Orange is the New Black (seriously), now she’s asked her legal team to fight for her right to fake hair:  “Teresa has had her attorney inquire about keeping the hair extensions,” a source tells Radar Online. “She will need to take out her extensions before beginning her prison sentence.” The insider says Giudice “relies on the extensions to give her the look of a full head of hair.” Teresa’s hair is apparently “very thin,” and she doesn’t have much of it.  The source says the extensions “cost Teresa thousands of dollars a year” and she receives new ones every two months. “She is genuinely afraid she’s going to end up bald by the time she leaves prison in two months,” says the insider.
