The Ancient Fear: Star Wars Episode VII Title Revealed?

Last week, a rumor made the rounds online that Star Wars Episode VII: The Order of the Jedi would be the official title for J.J. Abrams new addition to the iconic film franchise.  Now, movie Harry Knowles has declared those reports bogus and insists that he has insider knowledge of the film’s actual title. Oscar Isaac Oscar Isaac will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for playing the title role in the film Inside Llewyn Davis. 3. Andy Serkis Andy Serkis will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for his voice and motion-capture work, portraying Gollum in the Lord of the Rings films. 4. Domhnall Gleeson Gleeson will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for playing Bill Weasley in the Harry Potter films. 5. John Boyega British actor Boyega will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for his role in Attck the Block. 6. Max Von Sydow Veteran actor Max Von Sydow will appear in Star Wars: Episode VII. He is best known for his roles in classic films directed by Ingmar Bergman and Woody Allen. According to Knowles, Abrams and company will begin filming with the working title, The Ancient Fear .  The name of the movie apparently refers to a villain played by 85-year-old acting legend Max Von Sydow. Unconfirmed reports state that Abrams and Von Sydow are intent on making the character (for whom Von Sydow may only provide voice work) the most terrifying villain yet seen in the Star Wars franchise. No mean feat for the series that gave us Darth Vader, Darth Maul and various other badass Darths.  Since it seems unlikely that such a closely-guarded production would leak such key information as a title, many believe The Ancient Fear has been intentionally leaked in order to mislead the media. This wouldn’t be the first time a Star Wars film employed such diversionary tactics. In 1983, Return of the Jedi was shipped to theaters under the phony title, Blue Harvest .  Sadly, now that the Episode VII cast has been announced, it may be some time before we receive any new official news from the film’s producers.

That’s what I got out of the story I read last week…not that I give a fuck about anything Glee related, if anything that show is racist, in being as Politically Correct as possible, that’s it’s just become an unrealistic level of Politically Correct, that is almost a parody mocking Politically correct…I hate that shit…and I hate that show…but this ass…this ass is magical and I’m glad she got fired..because now it doesn’t have to fall into the morality clause that is the Glee contract, and shit can be that booty it is meant to fucking be.. Valerie Harper Sued For Hiding Brain Cancer Diagnosis, Denies Allegation

Valerie Harper is being sued by a New York playwright who says she ruined his play by withholding her brain cancer diagnosis, a claim she says is outrageous. He wants $2 million as a result of her alleged deception, while she insists no one was more surprised at the return of her cancer than Valerie herself. In the lawsuit, filed last December, Broadway bigwig Matthew Lombardo accused the Mary Tyler Moore Show star , 74, of keeping her illness a secret. This caused her to unexpectedly drop out of the 2013 play, Looped , which he says he invested big time in with the understanding she would perform. But in new court documents, the Dancing With the Stars alum claims she believed she was in cancer remission, having had successfully undergone surgery. She says she had no idea the cancer had returned and spread to her brain until January 2013, a month after she had re-signed her contract for Looped . She also disputes Lombardo’s claim that she was hospitalized for a recurrence of her cancer in January 2012, causing her to miss the day’s rehearsal. The star’s longtime husband, producer Tony Cacciotti, “took Ms. Harper to the hospital from the rehearsal because he feared that she had a stroke.” Harper is requesting the suit be dismissed, and that Lombardo pay legal fees. Sadly, the actress is still suffering from terminal leptomeningeal carcinomatosis, but she says she remains “cautiously optimistic” about the future. Celebrities Who Beat Cancer Open Slideshow 1. Edie Falco Edie Falco, Emmy winner, battled breast cancer in 2004.

Naya Rivera Remains Under Glee Contract; Season 6 Status Unclear

Fox has come out and issued a statement that clears up Naya Rivera’s status on Glee.  Sort of. With Internet chatter claiming Rivera has been let go from the Fox comedy (allegedly due to a beef with Lea Michele), the network said on Saturday that “there is no truth to the rumor Naya has been fired from the show. She remains under contract to Glee.” Still, this statement doesn’t address talk that the actress was written out of the Glee Season 5 finale, which airs on Tuesday, May 13; or whether she’ll appear on Glee Season 6 . Not that Rivera seems too perturbed by her television future. She posted these bikini photos on Instagram over the weekend: It’s been a rough few weeks for Rivera overall, not even counting discussion over her role as Santana Lopez. She and Big Sean called off their engagement in early April, with some saying the rapper cheated on the beauty and Rivera seemingly accusing Big Sean of theft . Naya Rivera Fired From Glee? There’s also been talk that Rivera has been dropped by Columbia Records, which would cast a pall over both her acting and her singing future. But, again, we direct you to the photos above. The star seems pretty relaxed these days, doesn’t she? And if everything else falls through, she can clearly earn a paycheck as a bikini model.

Sometimes, the worst laid plans turn out the best. Earlier this month, Elan Spreiser planned to propose to Koren Lockwood on the observation deck at the top of Rockefeller Center. But rain nixed both that plan and his back-up: popping the question on a horse-and-buggy ride. So while walking near Central Park, Spreiser simply dropped suddenly to a knee and asked for Lockwood’s hand in marriage. She said yes… and a stranger named Jeannae Zuloag just happened to be standing there to capture the moment on camera. “I immediately was like, ‘They need pictures of this moment, they’re going to want pictures,’” Zuloaga told Today. “I think it was just a magical kind of happenstance.” Zuloaga  then approached the newly-engaged couple and told them about the fortuitous photos. Said Spreiser in response, hugging the 23-year old: “You’re my favorite person right now, besides [my fiance].” Spreiser also told The Huffington Post via email that she plans on using these pics for her Save-the-Dates.
