My name is Dale and I met Justin on July 17th, 2013 in Philadelphia . I’ve been supporting Justin since December 2009 and made a Twitter (@JBieberBoy94) supporting him on February 1st, 2010. I used to watch Justin in 2008 on YouTube and when I heard about him being famous in 2009, I froze up. I couldn’t believe it. After making my Twitter I organized buyouts for him, posted signs around, and supported him in anyway I could. I tried meeting him in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. They all failed, except one. In 2010, 2011, and 2012 my friends started trending topics: #JustinMeetDale; and #BiebsMeetDale. My friend Sydney (@y0bieber) never gave up helping me. She’s been the most amazing friend and gave me hope that I will meet him one day. Every time the crew would respond afterwards when it couldn’t happen. I’d think of “Never Say Never” and it gave me hope. Finally, in 2013 I entered the BieberFever contest. I had no tickets, and no M&Gs. The day before the concert I started losing hope but my friend Sydney told me not to worry, and that it’s not over until tomorrow. At 7:04 p.m. I got an e-mail from BieberFever telling me that I was meeting Justin and I cried my eyes out. I was FINALLY meeting him. The next day, I got to the arena and found out Justin was giving fans water, what an amazing idol right? Anyways after waiting in the line for 3 hours I was finally experiencing the meet & greet. I walked in, Justin had the biggest smile on his face. I was speechless but I said, “I’ve been a fan since the beginning,” very lightly and he heard me and said, “Wow thank you so much,” and smirked. After the photo was taken, I could not find which exit to leave so before I left, he gave me a handshake and said, “Thanks.” I was too happy to even say anything. The concert is an experience you’ll never forget. During the show he touched my hand and recorded me with the camera. As the concert went on, I kept getting more emotional thinking, “It finally happened” and when he starting singing ‘Believe’ is when I started tearing up. Please don’t ever give up on your dreams. Work hard and stay determined no matter how long it takes. It took me 4 years to achieve my dream, you can do it too. Just BELIEVE. After seeing my picture, I hope it gives you hope. It all started on July 9th, at 10 a.m. when I arrived to Chicago. I went to eat lunch at a cafe where Justin was staying incase he came out. After that, all I did was wait outside the employee entrance because I’ve heard its the best place to stay. I stayed there until I heard screams and ran to the front. Kenny and Dan came out and I was able to touch them. Then what I didn’t realize until later, Kenny took a picture of us by the bus. I was in it, in the front with the gold sparkly shorts. That happened around 2-ish, I think. Then for the rest of the day I stayed by the back entrance. It was myself, along with four other girls, my twin sister, and mom. I was the only one who actually stayed all day. We were about to leave until security started telling us to stay to the side. It was only 6 girls there, there were hundreds of clueless girls who didn’t even know in the front. A guy working at the hotel pointed to me and said, “Come here.” He opened the door to the garage and inside was Justin just standing there! They let the others come behind me. During this time, all they kept saying was, “Keep calm so all the fans from the front wouldn’t come back.” Luckily, we kept calm. I hugged Justin, as I was shaking and told him I loved him. I realized I forgot to take a picture, so while I waited for the others, I said hi to Scooter and got a picture with him. I said hi to Fredo, but he was taking pictures so I couldn’t get one with him. Then I took a picture with Justin. Justin’s security was so nice! They were like, “You can go, go ahead,” since they realized I didn’t get a picture. Justin was holding my waist. My mom got a picture of me taking a picture with him. Then she asked if he could get a picture with me and my twin which we did. I gave him a letter which told him how much I loved him and stuff. I hugged Justin again and told him I loved him so much. He said he loved me too and that he would read the letter. Then it was time for us to leave. After this, he left on his bus and all us girls just hugged each other, crying, we couldn’t believe we just met our idol. I bawled all the way to the concert. The concert was amazing, Justin is so talented. It was the best day ever. It was by far better than getting a meet and greet. We weren’t rushed, we could take our time with him. I honestly never thought throughout my 4 years of knowing Justin, I would ever get to have my own My Bieber Experience and I never thought I would get to meet him. My name is Lindsey, I’m 15 from Illinois, and I met Justin in Des Moines, Iowa on July 7th 2013. This would be my 3rd time seeing Justin in concert. It was around December when my friend Kaylin (@kaylinnnxo) got surprised with meet & greets. I was so happy for her and how she definitely deserved to meet him but I was sad because I thought I would never get that chance to meet my idol. I kept telling myself that I will meet Justin one day and all of sudden I got a text from my mom telling me that I got meet & greets for Justin! I had never been this happy in my life, I couldn’t believe it! I cried a lot because my parents started to have second thoughts like, “It’s so expensive, it’s not worth it, he’s not going to remember you etc,” but I didn’t care. They finally agreed to let me go if I payed for the whole ticket myself which means babysitting became that’s my new Friday night job. I wanted to kind of prove to my parents that I can save up my money if I wanted something so bad. The big day finally rolls around and we get to our hotel and hurry to get ready. During the VIP party they had raffles to win Justin’s things like signed pictures, or his drumsticks, or in my case, his gold glove that he wears onstage every night. The last raffle was his glove and they called my number and we were so excited! After the party they took us backstage and we saw Scrappy and he waved to us. Then when we were waiting in line for M&G’s to start, Ryan Good came out and we got a picture with him. Then after waiting a very long time for the meet and greets to start I finally met Justin. I wasn’t nervous at all, meeting him I was just so excited and happy. I went up to Justin and said, “Hi Justin, I’m Lindsey it’s so nice to meet you,” and Justin said, “Hi Lindsey it’s nice to meet you too.” Then we took our picture and he was rubbing my back while we were about to take it. I was just about dying inside. Then I said, “Can i have a hug?” and he said, “Of course.” He quickly wrapped his arms around me, and then security told me I had to leave but as he was pushing me out, I put my hand on Justin’s shoulder and said, “I love you so much Justin. Thanks for saving my life.” Justin looked at me a bit speechless and said, “I love you too.” As security pushed me out I think Justin was trying to say more to me and I heard him say “Oh,” as I was leaving. I’m really happy how my picture turned out because I thought I wasn’t looking at the camera. I don’t even remember seeing a camera or really anyone in the little area besides Justin. Justin was so incredibly sweet, gentle and I am so glad to have this opportunity to meet him. The concert was absolutely stunning as always and Justin looked like he was having a great time onstage. I haven’t been here since the very, very beginning but I’ve been here for a while and I know I’ll be here until the end for him no matter what because he saved my life and I could never repay him for that.
