Simply put, Porsha Williams is in shock. Sources tell TMZ that The Real Housewives of Atlanta star learned about the Kordell Stewart divorce filing from the Internet and that she’s “disappointed” in the actions of her soon-to-be ex-husband. Stewart – a former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback – “misled” Porsha and “she found out about the filing in the media,” according to the reality star’s rep, who adds: “Mrs. Stewart hopes to resolve these personal issues privately with the support of her family, friends and strong faith.” Kordell and Porsha were married in May 2011. He has a son from a previous relationship, but this couple never had any kids together. Stewart filed for divorce in Georgia in March 22 and says he should not be required to pay Williams a cent in spousal support. “She was 100 percent completely blindsided,” another insider tells Us Weekly . “Friends are trying to contact her but she’s not picking up her phone or returning texts.”
With marriage equality and the Supreme Court dominating news today, rumors are swirling that a current NFL player is considering coming out of the closet, and soon. If a report from Mike Freeman of CBS Sports is to be believed, it would be a controversial and virtually unprecedented move in the world of male-dominated pro sports. Freeman does not name the player, but says if he does come out, he wants to keep playing. He says he’s basing this on interviews with current and former players. Freeman writes, “I’m told this player believes the time is now for someone to take this step – despite the remarks from [49ers defensive back] Chris Culliver .” Controversy arising recently at the Indianapolis Scouting combine, when prospects were asked questions about their sexuality, has proven to be another obstacle. “This player’s true concern, I’m told, is not the reaction inside NFL locker rooms but outside of it. The player fears he will suffer serious harm from homophobic fans.” “That is the only thing preventing him from coming out.” Although there have been celebrated gay athletes – Greg Louganis, Martina Navratilova, Billie Jean King, to name a few – most came out only after their careers were over. Freeman states there has never been an active openly gay player in a major U.S. team sport, but in an era of red equal signs on Facebook , is this about to change? We may soon find out.

As Tiger regained the #1 ranking in the world for the first time since 2010 with a win at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, his new girlfriend rejoiced on Twitter. “Number 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!” the 28-year-old blond beauty posted. Tiger’s feat comes a week after the 37-year-old star announced via Facebook pics and a rare, personal statement that he is in fact dating Lindsey Vonn . “Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating,” Woods wrote to his fans. “We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. After numerous reports, Ahmad Rashad and the rich broad he wifed up after messin’ up with Claire Huxtable Sale Johnson have publicly declared their intent to divorce. The couple released an official statement via Page Six : Ahmad Rashad and his estranged wife, Sale Johnson, have officially released a statement on their split. “After careful consideration, we have decided to end our marriage,” they said in a joint statement exclusively received by Page Six. “This process, while difficult, is and has always been amicable — despite erroneous press reports to the contrary — and we remain committed to jointly raising our daughter. We appreciate the respect of our privacy during this trying time.” We revealed in January that Sale and Rashad, who wed in 2007, were splitting after fights over his friendship and frequent nights out with Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan. After the death of Sale’s daughter Casey in 2010, they adopted Casey’s daughter, Ava. Walking on crutches after tearing two ligaments in her right knee and fracturing her shin, the skier hopped aboard the golf legend’s private jet. Is was a clear sign that the rumors of Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn dating are true, and now sources close to the pair are confirming it as well. Says one close source: “Tiger and Lindsey have been friends for a while, and nothing started out romantically at all. But they really have a lot in common and got closer and closer.” “He still refers to her as ‘my very good friend,’ but he’s been spending more and more time thinking about her, and talking to her, and talking about her.” Last month, Vonn’s reps tried to deflect the rumors , saying her “focus is solely on competing and on defending her titles” but offering no denials. But another source says Tiger Woods, 37, and Lindsey Vonn, 28, talk and text frequently and while they’re taking it slow, it’s definitely romantic: “Tiger really does want a woman who he can have good conversations with. He wants shared interests and outlooks. London authorities are trying to determine if cheating played a role in the American poker star Phil Ivey’s recent winning streak at a game called Punto Banco. A variant of baccarat, the game is a favorite of Ivey, often called the Tiger Woods of Poker for his dominance and resemblance to the golf great. In August, Ivey, 35, and a companion entered Crockfords in London’s fashionable Mayfair district, the city’s oldest gambling club and among its most prestigious. Over the course of two days, the couple played for seven hours, first losing heavily, then winning back their losses plus many millions more – $11.5 million in all . He’s still waiting for the money. “There’s nothing in his past that would hint at his being a cheater or unethical in any way,” says Brian Bradley of Bluff Magazine. “People say he’s arguably the best poker player in the world; but, really, there’s no argument: He’s #1. He’s known both for skill and his love of high-stakes games.” “He loves anything where there’s some sexiness at stake.” According to the Daily Mail, suspicions of cheating arose when it was discovered that Ivey’s female companion had her membership at another gambling house suspended. Genting, the parent company of Crockfords, has had its investigators inspect every detail of Ivey’s play. Video recorded by 10 overhead cameras also was reviewed, but failed to disclose any wrongdoing. Ditto interviews with all staff present. Bradley finds coverage of the story by the English press to be insinuating and contradictory. “Bizarre” he calls it. On the one hand, the stories make clear that no impropriety has been found. Yet at the same time, they leave open the possibility Ivey may have cheated. “Character assignation,” Bradley calls it. What possible explanation could there be? “I’m not sure,” says Bradley. “They’re earning themselves a ton of publicity – but it’s not the kind of publicity you want. It’s like a run on a bank.” “When you withhold payment, people stop trusting you. Only days after OFWGKTA released their The OF tape, Vol. 2, the crew is getting set to terrorize television sets with their new sketch comedy series “Loiter Squad” on Cartoon Network. The show is set to premier March 25 at 11:30 p.m. ET during Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim programming block. The show centers primarily on OF de facto leader Tyler, the Creator, Jasper Dolphin, Taco and Lionel Boyce. Fans can expect to see familiar characters like Thurnis Haley, the golf-loving whack job that Tyler played to promote his 2011 Goblin album. “Thurnis gonna be on there, he got a couple of skits, but it’s mostly about me, though,” Jasper said jokingly when the crew appeared on “RapFix Live” on Wednesday .”It’s like what I do on my day. I wake up, I take a shower, I eat and then you see them in the background.” To put the show together, the Wolf Gang hooked up with Dickhouse Productions, the same company responsible for MTV’s hit series “Jackass.” “When we went to Cartoon Network, they contacted them to do the show for us,” Lionel said of how Dickhouse and Odd Future crew hooked up.
