Jon Gosselin’s attorney, Mark Heller, is berating Jon’s so-called pals Michael Lohan and Kate Major for selling out the dumbass dad in depositions last week. Of TLC’s court case against Jon, Lohan stated that he felt “stabbed in back” by Gosselin for backing out of and then denying some potential business deals . It’s apparent that Jon Gosselin is going to have a hard time cashing in on his quasi-fame as long as his former employer has anything to say about it. TLC essentially torpedoed two different Super Bowl commercials that would have starred the erstwhile Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, according to his lawyer. “Two different entities sought to solicit his services [for Super Bowl ad spots], but in my view, they were scared of TLC,” says attorney Mark Heller.
