Taylor Swift, Cara Delevigne to Guest Star on Girls!

We didn’t think it was possible, but Girls is about to get even girlier.  Turns out, Taylor Swift and Lena Dunham are longtime friends (of course) and after years of persuading, Taylor has finally agreed to do a cameo on Dunham’s hit HBO series.  Lena Dunham Talks Taylor Swift And it looks like Taylor won’t be taking her trip to Williamsburg alone. Model and Michelle Rodriguez make-out partner Cara Delevigne will also be appearing in the show’s fourth season which is already filming in Brooklyn. In the past Girls has featured cameos from the likes of Richard E. Grant, Louise Lasser, and Patti LuPone. I t seems this season, however, Dunham and the producers have decided to pursue guest stars their audience has actually heard of.  So why the sudden shift from aging Z-listers to young, hot celebs?  Well, for one thing, as a fan of the show, Taylor reportedly came cheap: “Taylor loves the show,” says an insider. “Lena would love her to take on a more permanent role and maybe pen some music for the show.” You heard right: Taylor Swift will right music for Girls , because apparently there wasn’t already enough estrogen pumping though the veins of that show. On the plus side, based on  Taylor’s Instagram bikini selfies , it seems she’ll be able to add some much-needed sex appeal to Girls . Firefighters are having a terrific week. First, this guy proposed to his girlfriend as part of a fake fire drill , earning cheers from a stunned, captive audience. Then, one of these heroes rescued a construction worker yesterday from a five-alarm fire in Houson, with the seriously incredible footage capture on video camera for all to gawk over. Watch now to see how calm the worker appears to remain… how he impressively jumps down a floor… how the girl holding the camera phone reacts… and how the BUILDING STARTS TO COLLAPSE just moments after he reaches safety. Lil Za Vandalism Charge Reduced to Misdemeanor; Bieber BFF Likely to Cop Plea in Drug Case

The L.A. County D.A. has reduced the felony vandalism charge against Lil Za, who smashed a jailhouse phone while in custody this winter, to a misdemeanor. The stated reason for the change is that the phone Lil Za smashed was worth less than $400, the threshold for felony vandalism. But there’s also this: Lil Za: Arrested for Drugs! His pal Justin Bieber will be likely charged with misdemeanor vandalism for egging his neighbor’s house … to which he inflicted much more damage. Charging Za with a felony for the phone assault when the pop star caused an estimated $20,000 in damage to the home screams of racial profiling. Za himself said to look at his skin color after the arrest and felony charge, and it’s likely officials did, as they reduced the charge against the rapper. As for the ecstasy found on the Lil guy when they both got popped for the egging, he’ll likely plead down that charge as well when the case goes to court. TMZ reports that drug diversion, which would require him to take classes and/or rehab as well as tests but keep him out of jail, is the predicted outcome. Brandi Glanville and Kate Gosselin both became famous without doing a lick of work and they clearly have no intention of changing their ways now. The somehow still relevant reality stars traded in their signature attire (form-fitting cocktail dresses for Glanville, fleece and sweats for Gosselin) for the trademark red cap and shirt of the Pie Face bakery staff while shooting season 14 of Celebrity Apprentice . But as workers and customers at the growing NYC chain soon realized – you can put the girls in a uniform, but you can’t make them work.  One onlooker described the pair as “not really working at all” and noted that they appeared to be keeping their distance from one another. “I know my kids’ names, if you want to ask that,” Kate bafflingly joked to a customer. The remark reportedly earned her a hateful glare from Brandi. Shawn Johnson, Leeza Gibbons and Kenya Moore of Real Housewives of Atlanta fame were also on hand as the ladies compete for a place in Donald Trump’s heart. But with Keeping Up with the Kardashians returning in June, and booked for at least two seasons beyond the current one, we can safely say the fate of Khlomar will have nothing at all to do with the status of this terrible show.

But at other times it can be totally rewarding and hilarious, even when your toddler is screaming in pain. Such is the case in the following video, which features a very brave young lady named Francesca trying to distract herself from a splinter removal by singing “Do You Want to Build A Snowman” from Frozen . The adorable/melodramatic performance made its way over the Internet to Kristen Bell, who reacted on Twitter by writing: “Francesa- I’ll build a snowman with you!!!
