Great Britain's Tim Sheiff was crowned winner of this year's tournament after wowing judges with his gravity-defying moves. Freerunning, also known as parkour, began in Paris in the 80s and involves climbing, jumping, vaults, spins, flips and somersaults using an urban environment.
