Shakira’s Offensive Pregnancy Pics of the Day

Shakira and her husband Gerard Pique, some soccer star who plays for FC Barcelona….posted these pics to promote her online baby shower…you probably heard about yesterday…but that I ignored because the whole pregnant thing has turned Shakira invisible to me…even if her breasts are small and humble and even if her hips don’t lie…I kinda wish that parasite inside her belly did…cuz looking at this shit freaks me out….in what I think is the most unnatural thing to do to yourself…even if it is the foundation of humanity and the one thing that is natural…I just can’t wrap my head around it…like I can’t wrap my head around these topless couple photoshoots people do….friends have sent me similar shit…and I have seen similar shit on facebook and it is the worst….and should be kept to themselves as a memento of what they find a beautiful thing…because they are the only one who find it a beautiful thing…. It is just on some fucking level of trailer park scrap booking…something I guess Shakira isn’t too far off from…cuz despite being rich…she’s still a latina….and latina’s notoriously do it tacky and loud…. Here are the pics if you’re into having a good laugh…

Maria Menounos Gets Her Ass Fixed of the day

Maria Menounos had a wardrobe malfunction….a word or term I fucking hate using cuz it makes me feel like some candy coated poptart sucking piece of shit gossip blog….you see I prefer the biker approach to life “bitch got her pants ripped cuz of all the ass fucking her greek ass is into”….you know play on the fact that they aren’t sewing her dress back together…but her asshole because in Greece the asshole is the main vagina…the one you use when you’re not trying to make babies….but reality is her dress split, she had a team with a sewing kit, instead of giving the paparazzi a story, like she was Tara Reid…she dealt with it herself using social media…and he’s what it looked like….mocking yourself is always cute. Who is Maria Menounos again and why does she matter?

Four Firefighters Shot And Two Are Killed At Webster, New York Fire Scene

The shooters dead as well… According to The Huffington Post : WEBSTER, N.Y. — Authorities say four firefighters were shot, two of them killed while responding to a house fire in western New York. Officials in the town of Webster tell local media outlets that someone shot at firefighters around 6 a.m. Monday when they arrived at the scene of the blaze just east of Rochester. The shooter has been identified as William Spengler, 62, a convicted killer. The dead are Lt. Mike Chiapperini, 43, a volunteer firefighter and Webster Police Department’s public information officer, and firefighter Tomasz Kaczowka. Theodore Scardino and Joseph Hofstetter were also shot and are recovering in guarded condition at Strong Memorial Hospital. Webster Police Chief Gerald Pickering told reporters that Spengler was found dead outside the home where the shootings occurred, killed by a self-inflicted gunshot. Pickering said Spengler opened fire at the firefighters when they pulled up to a house in the 100 block of Lake Road. One firefighter was able to flee the scene, while the other three were “pinned down at the location.” A SWAT team responded, rescued the firefighter who was alive and then engaged the suspect. Pickering spoke through tears as he described the violent scene, which appeared to be set up on purpose. “It does appear that [the fire scene] was a trap that was set,” Pickering said in a press conference. Police secured the area by 10 a.m. and firefighters started combating the blaze, which spread to four houses, according to the Democrat and Chronicle. Four houses were completely destroyed and four others were damaged, but the fire is under control, Pickering said. An off-duty Greece police officer driving nearby the was also injured by shrapnel. He was taken to the hospital. SWAT teams reportedly evacuated 33 nearby residents and took them by armored vehicle out of the neighborhood. A call between an injured fireman and a dispatcher made this morning was released. SMH. Our thoughts and prayers to all of those involved. Images via tumblr

Blake Lively’s Sweet Handlebars

Here’s hottie Blake Lively giving us a great look at her perfect cleavage while she films scenes for that Gossip Girl crap on a scooter yesterday. Man she’s gorgeous. I’m not exactly the kind of guy who enjoys a scooter ride, unless I’m wearing nothing but a bathing suit while heading to a beach in Greece of course, but if Blake wants to go for a ride I’m all for it. She can drive, I’ll sit on the back and hold on as tightly as I possibly can. I’ll still be in just a bathing suit of course.

Karen Klein to Retire as School Bus Monitor

Karen Klein, the Upstate New York bus monitor made famous by a viral video in which she was bullied by middle school boys, is planning to retire. The announcement comes just one week after a web campaign effort padded the bus monitor’s pockets with more than $700,000 in donations . “I’m not quitting because of what happened. That’s not it,” Klein, the 68-year-old bus monitor, told The AP. “I enjoyed working with the kids.” “I guess it’s just my time to leave . That’s what I’ve decided.” In the video, Klein is shown sitting on a school bus as teen boys hurl the most vile insults at her for over 10 minutes, eventually making her cry. The video has been reposted so many times it’s impossible to tell how many times it’s been viewed, but Klein obviously became a cause celebre. Max Sidorov, 25, was inspired to start the campaign on Indiegogo (dot) com, writing “Lets Give Karen – the bus monitor – Klein a Vacation!” Although Sidorov’s goal was to raise $5,000 by July, the site drew in $703,833 from 30,000 donors in all 50 states and more than 84 countries. “I think people love rallying around a cause, especially helping someone in need or who has been abused or can’t stand up for themselves,” Sidorov said. “It just shows there are so many great people in the world. It warms my heart.”

30 For 30 Documentaries Re-Upped at ESPN

You don’t need to be a sports fan to have been touched by the 30 For 30 documentary series produced by ESPN, one of the few thriving outlets anywhere for nonfiction filmmaking and a patron of diverse directors from Oscar winners Barry Levinson, Alex Gibney and Barbara Kopple to legends Albert Maysles and Steve James to neophytes Ice Cube and Steve Nash. As such, today’s a good day for all of us, with ESPN announcing that it will continue 30 For 30 both on the network and online. Originally intended to celebrate ESPN’s 30th anniversary from late 2009 to the end of 2010, the series gained enough popularity to continue through 2011 and beyond; its most recent installment, Jose Morales’s 26 Years: The Dewey Bozella Story , premiered in March. Today, meanwhile, the NYT reports that the network has re-upped 30 For 30 for two years in conjunction with its sports-culture offshoot Grantland : “When we embarked on 30 for 30 , we always wondered if there would be 30 good stories,” said Connor Schell, vice president and executive producer of ESPN Films. “Now, I think all of us in this group believe that there is an infinite number of stories.” As the films roll out, they will be augmented on Grantland by podcasts, feature stories and oral histories. A short digital film — which will be unrelated to the longer ones — will make its debut each month on Grantland. Mr. Schell described the shorts as “visual editorials,” of five to nine minutes. “They’re meant to be interesting conversations with people who have a point of view about something or sports stories that don’t require a four-act treatment,” he said. The first short, Eric Drath’s Here Now , went online today and concerns the continuing odyssey of baseball’s exiled all-time hit king Pete Rose. Check it out , and mazel tov to all. Cannes: Where Are All the Tacky Movie Ads?

Long queues formed outside the Palais des Festivals this afternoon in Cannes as attendees mobbed the building waiting to pick up their credentials. Marilyn Monroe presided over the scene; the now familiar image of the legendary actress blowing out a candle is this year’s official image/poster of the 65th Festival de Cannes, which kicks off tomorrow evening with the debut of Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom , the first of 12 nights of red carpet premieres. While Marilyn adorned the facade of the Palais, the hive of festival activity, a quick stroll down the seaside Blvd de la Croisette revealed a tiny surprise at least perhaps for those who return year after year. There are surprisingly little in the way of gaudy movie ads covering some of Cannes’ beachfront hotels, usually a festival staple. Even the historic Carlton Hotel at the center of the Croisette, which is usually peddling any and all so-called movies from anything playing in the Official Selection to the Cannes Market or — hey, even if it’s not in Cannes, who cares — would cover its ornate facade. But unless crews are simply behind in their schedule, the hotel was surprisingly free of its usual tacky ads. What happened? True, the economy is flat in France and with today’s inauguration of the country’s first socialist president this century, speculation has arisen in Europe whether Germany and their Gaullist partners will be able to maintain a united front for austerity. And of course, the political crisis in Greece has meant a steady decline in the Euro. Perhaps not great for Europe, but a small windfall for hordes of Americans attending the festival. But this is Cannes and the marina is still packed with zillion dollar yachts and the cafés are still jammed with people buying over-priced fare. But perhaps there has been some shift. Deadline reported that studios are cutting back on galas, preferring cheaper regional fetes to the estimated $1.5M to $3M price tags that Cannes can command. So, maybe those normally ubiquitous treats featuring the latest project starring Paris Hilton or Jean-Claude Van Damme or whoever will be less of a visual assault this year. Still, the Carlton is not ads-free. The ever-ubiquitous dictator himself, Sacha Baron Cohen , greets guests with his military finest. Tom Cruise ‘s mug adorns the hotel’s outdoor café for his December thriller One Shot , directed by Christopher McQuarrie (incidentally, he is also the writer for Top Gun 2 ) and Spidey, as in The Amazing Spider-Man , sits squarely near the hotel’s roof. Of course, it’s not just the Carlton that cashes in on their prime location blaring out their sponsors’ wares for top doll– err, euro. Brian De Palma’s Passion received some recent press after an image of stars Rachel McAdams and Noomi Rapace moving in for a smooch hit the internet. Their sexy rendezvous covers two floors of a nondescript Croisette building, while Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained reigns over a prominent spot very close to the Palais in front of the chic Majestic Hotel. A quick scan at the credits confirms that Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio and Samuel L. Jackson are in fact still starring in the film… Stay tuned for more reports from the Cannes Film Festival.
