I mean, don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t want to take on Mandarin myself. But if you tell someone they’ll never see you coming, well then, their guard is probably gonna be up pretty high. It’d be better to say, “You’ll see me coming! I’ll emerge from behind that Arby’s.” But then come out of the Long John SIlver’s next door and yell “Surprise attack!” Where were we? I have always dreamed of the day I could be able to have a Bieber experience. On November 10th, 2012 my dream came true. Let me start from the beginning of the day, my friends and I woke up at 5 a.m. and got to the venue at 7 a.m. We stood there, waiting around for a while while we waited for the buses to come. We started singing Justin’s songs at the top of our lungs to try to get Justin to come out. Then after a few minutes, we saw Alfredo get out of the bus and walk inside a small door into the venue. We were ALL FREAKING OUT. A few minutes later, Scrappy came out and we’re all yelling, “SCRAPPY SCRAPPY SCRAPPY!!!” and he finally made his way over to us and took pictures with a few of us. We kept waiting and some more girls joined us. My 2 friends and I were still singing his songs at the top our lungs and yelling, “WE WANT JUSTIN” over and over again. Then, we met a guy named Josh who records Justin music, and he and some other guys came with 3 boxes from Dunkin Donuts and gave them to us. We found out later that Justin had actually bought us those donuts, he is a sweetheart. Then, 5 minutes later, Alfredo came out again, security closed the gate but he waved from behind it. Dan came out and took some pictures, we were screaming so loud. By then about 20 girls had come and then we saw Adam Braun get off the tour bus with his girlfriend. Kenny came off the tour bus but didn’t come close to us, but he was in his pajamas. Everyone kept saying Justin wouldn’t come out because he was shooting a commercial inside the venue. After that, we went inside the venue to see a line starting to become formed, we asked and they said it was the meet and greet line. My friend and I went in line, but had no idea what to do or say. Everyone else had their proof of purchase, I had nothing. How could I even expect to meet him? There was a door wide open, and the guard was standing in front of it checking wristbands. She then moved a little bit forward and turned her back to us. I saw a little opening of where I could easily run through without her knowing, I was terrified but suddenly I couldn’t think and I was doing it. I ran past her, I saw stairs and another guard in front of the stairs. The guard didn’t even look at our wrists and just told us to go upstairs. We ran upstairs and then saw this LONG line going all the way down 2 hallways. I was shaking, I asked a girl, “Is this the meet and greet line?” and she was like “Yes.” We stood in line and Nick Demoura was behind us, I just looked at him and I’m like, “I love you Nick.” and everyone around me was like “AWWWW” and he smiled big and said “Thank you!” Then we got closer to the front and my friend Holly was like, “We’re gonna get caught.” We could see the curtain and all I could think was, “JUSTIN IS IN THAT CURTAIN. HE IS IN THERE. A FEW FEET AWAY FROM ME. WE ARE SO CLOSE.” Finally I got in! There he was, the most flawless human being. All I remember is seeing him and just running towards him and throwing my arms around him for a hug. I looked up at him and he’s like, “Whoa” and he’s just staring with this shocked expression on his face because I had caught him off guard. I just couldn’t control myself, I had to hug him. He just looked so perfect, like he didn’t even look real. he looked like a doll, he was just so flawless. His eyes, his lips, his hair, just everything. I was just in shock, and then I remember I eventually let go and stood next to him and he put his arm around me and my friend. They took the picture of us and then they were pushing us out. Right before I left, I turned around and was like, “I LOVE YOU JUSTIN” and then we ran down the stairs screaming at the top of our lungs and crying. I was about to faint, I was just so happy. After 3 years of supporting this incredible, amazing boy who saved my life since “One Time,” finally I had the chance to hug him, and to tell him I love him. I will be thankful for the rest of my life for that moment with him. I owe it all to God, it was such a blessing that I didn’t get caught. Even though it was just 30 seconds, it was the best 30 seconds of my life. All the tears, the times when I felt like it would never happen, all the hard work, the waiting, it was all so worth it. Later we went into the venue again for the concert. He was putting all his emotions into every song, and you could tell he was truly happy performing for all of us, even with everything he is going through. Just being in the same room as him watching him perform meant everything to me. He has gotten so far and accomplished so much, and is just a true performer. As we were leaving the venue we saw one of his tour buses leaving and Dan, Scrappy and Kenny had stuck their heads out of the window. Scrappy yelled, “When I say Justin, you say Bieber.” A bunch of girls and I ran beside the bus yelling, “BYE WE LOVE YOU” until we couldn’t see the bus anymore. I will never forget November 10th, 2012. Justin showed me dreams DO come true, you just have to believe and never give up. -@BieberChances More here: I have always dreamed of the day I could be able to have a…

My name is Florencia, I’m an Argentinian Belieber and I’ve had TWO Bieber Experiences. Firstly, I want to start telling you when I saw Justin Bieber for the first time. I remember it was the summer of 2007. There was a family meeting at home and all my cousins were with me. Then at 2am, when everybody else in my family was sleeping, I started chatting with one of my cousins. We were bored, so she told me, “Let’s watch some videos. I got good ones to show you,” of course I was like, “Ok, whatever.” She sent me many links, when, finally she texted me, “You must see this vid!” I clicked on the link and there was Justin, a 12 year old cute guy, singing with his heart and soul. I instantly fell in love with him, his voice, his hair, his eyes, his talent. F rom that day on, I’ve had Bieber Fever. My first Bieber Experience happened in 2009. I created my Twitter account and it was totally dedicated to Justin. I didn’t give up, I sent Justin as many tweets as I could but nothing happened . Then, THIS year, on March 15th, I went to the cinema with my Belieber-Friends to see, “Never Say Never 3D” for the SECOND time in a month. Before the movie started, I tweeted something silly to Justin, I knew he was “not going to notice me this time either” But, surprisingly, when I got home, I found out that I had like 200 more followers! I checked out my profile and, JUSTIN WAS FOLLOWING ME! I freaked out, cried, jumped and felt my heart go knock-knock! My next Bieber Experience, happened on October 12th, 2011. The tour dates were already in BieberFever.com, and as I was a member of the page, I got pre-sale tickets, row 22, VIP Platinum. I was so happy my dream was going to come true! I’ve waited many months. I woke up, took a bath, got my hair and make-up done, dressed up in purple and prepared the posters for JB. At almost 4:00 in the afternoon, my mom drove my sister and I to the River Plate Stadium. I felt butterflies in my stomach! We arrived to our section and we were now seating. Suddenly, the countdown started, I shouted like I never did before! T he concert was AMAZING and it was the BEST DAY of my life! I truly had an INCREDIBLE time there! Justin was singing “U Smile”, when a security guard came up to me and two more girls. We were so excited that we asked him if we could meet Justin and he said, “Yeah. Meet me at the VIP Platinum entrance when the concert finishes” WE FREAKED OUT. T he show ended and we went straight to the VIP Platinum entrance. We waited for the guard, but he NEVER showed up! We felt so disappointed and devastated! We decided to walk out of the stadium but we were kinda lost, because there were LOADS of Beliebers, and we couldn’t see our parents! We stepped into the parking zone. The Bieber truck’s was there! Anyways, I was NOT paying attention because behind the guard, there was a huge window, and from that window you could see the BACKSTAGE area! I walked a little bit closer to the policeman and right behind him, there was Kenny, DJ Tay James, and Justin! We four started shouting crazily, “I LOVE YOU JUSTIN!”. He noticed, turned around and looked straight at us, we screamed even louder, and he smiled. Right after that, Justin left and even though we couldn’t take a picture with him, it was the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! -@florste19 Original post: My name is Florencia, I’m an Argentinian Belieber and…
Floyd Mayweather really wants to get into his motherf-ckin house. The boxer was stopped at the security gate of his Las Vegas home early on the morning of December 19. When asked for his ID, the athlete said he didn’t have it – and then exploded at the guard who wouldn’t immediately let him pass. Floyd Mayweather Flips Out “Let me in my mother f**king house!!! You know who I am man… let me in my house!!!” Mayweather screams, also referencing the allegations made by another guard who claims the boxer smacked him : “I had a problem here before when the security lied and said I touched him and I didn’t!” TMZ, who first posted the video above, says this tape has been turned over to police and it could be used in latest the battery case against Mayweather.
The 1,200 National Guard troops that are being deployed incrementally to the southwest border “will not be doing direct law enforcement,” said U.S. National Guard Bureau Director of Communications Jack Harrison when asked if the forces would be interdicting drugs and undocumented immigrants. “The two mission sets are criminal analysts and enter-identification team,” Harrison told CNSNews.com. “I can tell you that guardsmen will not be doing direct law enforcement on the southwest border.” In other words, the National Guardsmen will not be used to actually stop and detain illegal aliens trying to sneak across the border into the United States. Harrison made his comments on Friday during a “bloggers roundtable” sponsored by the Department of Defense (DOD). When CNSNews.com asked if the National Guard assessed whether 1,200 troops were adequate to accomplish the mission assigned by the Department of Homeland Security and DOD, Harrison said, “DHS and DOD determined the number necessary for this request and I don’t have anything further on that part of your question.” “The mission in a nutshell is a two-fold support mission in criminal analysis and enter-identification team on the southwest border,” he said. On July 19, Gen. Craig McKinley, commander of the National Guard, indicated http://www.cnn.com/2010/US/07/19/border.troops/index.html that although the forces will be armed, they will be limited by rules of engagement that allow them to shoot only in self-defense. “The rules for the use of force will be well-coordinated, and they’re the same as our counternarcotics teams that are there now — for self-preservation only, self-defense only,” he said. Gen. McKinley added, “The rules for the use of force will be well-coordinated, and they’re the same as our counternarcotics teams that are there now — for self-preservation only, self-defense only.” Harrison further said that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the DOD were responsible for determining the number of troops to be deployed incrementally along the approximately 2,000-mile southwest border. “This deployment involves up to 1,200 National Guardsmen for up to 365 days or 1 year, and it is scaled based on what DHS requested of DOD and is essentially to allow the hiring and training of approximately 1,000 more agents that is part of a larger plan at DHS for the southwest border,” said Harrison. Rather than acting as gap-fillers, the guardsmen will be “augmenting existing capabilities that CBP [Customs and Border Protection] and ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] have for up to one year, and DHS has this larger plan through which part of it is to hire a thousand more agents over the next year,” said Harrison. Harrison declined to say when each state involved — California, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico – would be deploying their National Guard force to the border. “What I can tell you is that during the next 60 to 90 days we anticipate that those states will get these people on the mission and they’ll be doing the support that DHS has requested of them,” he said. Officials have stated that Arizona will get most of the troops, about 524 soldiers. Texas will get 250, California 224, and New Mexico 72. Harrison explained that the National Guard has been working with DHS for over two decades through its counter-narcotics program. (AP Photo/Rodrigo Abd) “Currently, we have more than 300 national guardsman supporting the counter-narcotics program down there, and that’s been going on at different levels for nearly 20 years,” said Harrison. “More recently a deployment to the southwest border, which had been named Operation Jump Start, began in the summer of 2006, which brought on at the height of that support, 6,000 guardsmen and lasted for two years,” he added. “When this mission started we had between 300 and 350 already there in that counter-drug mission,” he said, “and since this particular deployment started we brought on nearly 370 across all four states.” According to Harrison, there are approximately 55,000 National Guard soldiers assigned to missions overseas. That’s approximately 45 times more than the 1,200 troops being sent to the southwest border. The National Guard is made up of 460,000 men and women, citizen soldiers, and airmen, said Harrison. If you exclude the Guards involved in overseas missions and in domestic operations, “you still have within the National Guard some 390-or-so-thousand citizen soldiers and airmen here in this country able to do what their governors or the president needs them to do,” said Harrison. Media reports suggested that the National Guard missed its alleged deadline of deploying the 1,200 troops by Aug. 1. However, Harrison said that the objective has always been to incrementally deploy those troops. “We are following the plan as it was agreed to by DHS and DOD and the Guard is not missing any deadline whatsoever,” said Harrison. If any of you were readers of Movieline during its print heyday, you know it was the place for candid celebrity interviews ( Just ask Jennifer Lopez! ) and since we revived the Movieline mantle last year, we’ve strived to lived up to that legacy. When you read a Movieline interview, you won’t just get the same old tired questions like “What was it like to work with George Clooney?” and “I know your promoting some tiny indie movie right now, but can we talk about your superhero flick instead?” Here, we hope it’s a good conversation first and foremost, and when it is, actors and artists often drop their guard, offering things you’d never expect. Here’s just a sampling of some of the most intriguing, eye-opening, and just plain revealing quotes we’ve collected at interviews in the past year:
Rapper will now be booked and processed before ending up at Rikers Island. By Jayson Rodriguez Lil Wayne Photo: Alexander Tamargo/Getty Images Now that Lil Wayne has surrendered to the court , he’ll be booked through the New York City court system and processed by the Department of Correction. The action could take hours, with Wayne not likely to see his cell and new bed until late in the evening, according to retired corrections officer Charles Reid, who spoke to MTV News about the process. Reid first spoke with MTV News last month about safety issues surrounding the multiplatinum MC . Reid characterized the booking and processing order as a tedious journey from standing before the judge until inmates arrive at their bunks. First, Lil Wayne’s case will be closed by the court and the rapper will be booked as a guilty party and fingerprinted. From there, paperwork will be drawn up and the Cash Money lyricist will be transferred from the court’s custody to the Department of Correction, which also has offices in the New York Criminal Court building. Once Wayne is transferred over to the DOC, he’ll be assigned a sentence number unique to each inmate. That number will include “anything you need to know about him,” Reid explained. Data about why the rapper was sentenced, his location and a list of his history will be detailed in his sentence number. From there, the rapper may be kept in Manhattan at the Tombs, otherwise known as the Manhattan Detention Complex. Depending on how long his processing takes and how busy officers are with transportation, the rapper could be held in the city. More than likely, though, Reid said, Lil Wayne’s ordeal will be completed in one day, spread out over many hours. By the time the New Orleans native arrives to Rikers Island, he’ll have to turn over his personal items to be held on location until his sentence is completed. Corrections officers will then strip search Lil Wayne, order him to shower, and then provide the rapper with his prison attire. As Reid pointed out before, Lil Wayne will not have to cut his trademark dreadlocks. “The days of doing that are over,” he said. “They can’t make inmates do that anymore — it’s within their rights to maintain any kind of hairstyle.” After that, Lil Wayne will be escorted to his cell where he’ll begin his prison stint; he pleaded guilty to an attempted-gun-possession charge, which will put him behind bars for eight months to a year. A prison guard who spoke to MTV News late last month described what the rapper’s new setting would look like. According to the guard, who spoke to us anonymously because of the nature of the information, Lil Wayne will likely have his own 10-by-15-foot cell with a toilet, sink, bed and one window. The view, according to the guard, however, won’t be much. “He’ll be able to see another wall [outside the window],” the guard said. I feel like the music is solid. I’m a solid individual. The music is solid. We put ‘thoughts’ behind it because basically all the music is things I think about, things people think about doing, things I’ve thought about doing or I’ve done. I put it all together and made Black Thoughts. ” Joints To Check For
