Jeter and supermodel Hannah Davis have been linked together since 2012. And though they have been tight lipped about their relationship, we know one thing for sure… Derek and Hannah are engaged!!! I like laughing at the selection of models used and celebrated by Sports Illustrated now…. I assume was their casting director, or creative director, or editor in chief replaced the actual good person in charge in the last 5-8 years… Because they used to be good.
