Tyler Perry To Star In Romantic Comedy ‘Good Deeds’

Tyler Perry is going to take off his dress again and go looking for love. According to Blackfilm.com the award winning director and actor is slated to direct, produce and star in a romantic comedy called Good Deeds. “It’s about a guy that’s torn between the girl he’s going to get married to and a new girl that he just meets and he falls in love with,” Perry said during the  the CinemaCon awards in Vegas. “So that’s a little different for me.” The next installment in Perry’s cross-dressing grandma series,  Madea’s Big Happy Family is set for theatrical release on April 22. Perry has only played a man in three of his films, The Family That Preys and Why Did I Get Married? (1 and 2). Tyler Perry has released his trailer for the latest movie in his Madea series, “Madea’s Big Happy Family.” The film stars Bow Wow, Teyana Taylor and the actor/director himself as they work on family values through drama in the comedy. Taylor plays a single mother tied to the Atlanta rapper through their child struggling to make ends meet at a fast food restaurant. Samantha Harris just welcomed her second child … and her second girl ! The 37-year-old ET correspondent welcomed daughter Hillary Madison at 11:04 p.m. Wednesday, weighing in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces and 20.5 inches long. “It’s a girl!” the former Dancing With the Stars co-host said. “[My three-year-old] daughter Jossie has a little sister now!” Both mom and baby are said to be doing well. “It didn’t hurt me a bit!” joked her husband Michael Hess. Congratulations to the happy couple and family!

Talk about the best Christmas ever. Alanis Morissette and husband Mario ‘Souleye’ Treadway welcomed a baby boy , Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway, says a rep for the new mom. Joyously, “All are healthy and happy.” HAPPILY EVER AFTER : Alanis and husband and baby makes three! The singer-songwriter announced her pregnancy in August, just months after she and Mario “Souleye” Treadway got married at their L.A. home. Morissette admitted this fall that their pregnancy had been a surprise, albeit a happy one. Now she’s basking in the glow of a holiday miracle. Congratulations to the happy family!
