Via TMZ reports : Another brilliant move by Chris Brown — the singer has affiliated himself with a dangerous street gang in L.A. called the Pirus (a subset of the Bloods) … and he’s bragging about it all the way to Hawaii. Sources tell TMZ, Brown was in Honolulu Thursday, where he hired a guide to take him and his entourage around to places where they could legally spray paint. Keeping it “legal” was responsible, but then Brown tagged up his signature monster artwork with the phrase “Fruits Piru,” an apparent reference to the Fruit Town Piru gang … next to the phrase, “F*** police.” Brown’s even been claiming Piru on Twitter. He’s gotten so cocky, he called out Jay Z for not letting Beyonce collaborate with him, and bragging he’s not worried about Mr. Z because he’s got Blood ties. Strange … just last year Chris tweeted, “I’m no gangbanger! where im from we say cuz,blood, folk, woadie, homie, patna, its slang and ebonics! US KIDS USE THESE TERMS.” For the record, Brown’s not doing anything illegal by giving a shoutout to a violent gang — it doesn’t even violate his probation. It’s just not smart for someone with his record. Really not smart. Anthony Wichman, a 54-year old from Koloa, Hawaii reeled in a 230-pound Ahi tuna this week, only the animal did not go down without a fight: It dove deep into the water and capsized Wichman’s 14-foot boat in the process. Tuna Capsizes Boat: Report Anthony’s daughter, Anuhea, detailed the harrowing adventure to KHON2 : “In his mind, he thought he was dying, that he was gone,” Anuhea told the station, explaining that her dad freed himself just enough to use a water-proof cell phone and call his daughter. “All I could hear was him hyper-ventilating and puking.” Fortunately, Anuhea also heard the words “sinking” and “Coast Guard” and called the latter, who tracked Wichman down via his phone’s GPS and sent a helicopter in to make the rescue. “It seriously is a miracle,” said Abraham Apilado, a fisherman pal at the scene. Most amazingly? Wichman only had bruising and rope burn… and the tuna stayed on the line! Sounds like someone is up for a role in Sharknado 2 ! Bring it, giant animals around the world!

Our heart goes out to Bruno . Bruno Mars’ Mom Dies According to TMZ Bernadette Hernandez — mother of Bruno Mars — died unexpectedly Saturday at the age off 55. Hernandez suffered a brain aneurysm. She passed away at the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hernandez was a hula dancer and singer who immigrated from the Philippines and nurtured Mars’ musical talents from a very young age. Mars was set to kick off a tour in the U.S. later this month. No word on whether the death will affect the concert schedule. Wow, his mother dies right before he is suppose to go on tour. New Possibly Incurable Gonorrhea Worse Than AIDS According to Newser and CNBC An antibiotic-resistant strain of gonorrhea—now considered a superbug—has some analysts saying that the bacteria’s effects could match those of AIDS. “This might be a lot worse than AIDS in the short run because the bacteria is more aggressive and will affect more people quickly,” said Alan Christianson, a doctor of naturopathic medicine. Even though nearly 30 million people have died from AIDS related causes worldwide, Christianson believes the effect of the gonorrhea bacteria is more direct. “Getting gonorrhea from this strain might put someone into septic shock and death in a matter of days,” Christianson said. “This is very dangerous.” “It’s an emergency situation,” said William Smith, executive director of the National Coalition of STD Directors. “As time moves on, it’s getting more hazardous.” This gonorrhea strain, HO41, was discovered in Japan two years ago in a 31-year-old female sex worker who had been screened in 2009. The bacteria has since been found in Hawaii, California and Norway. Because it resists current antibiotic treatment, the strain has been placed in the superbug category with other resistant bacteria, such as MRSA and CRE. These superbugs kill about half the people they attack, and nearly one in 20 hospital patients become infected with one, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Though no deaths from HO41 have been reported, efforts to combat it must continue, Smith said. “We have to keep beating the drum on this,” he said. “The potential for disaster is great.” According to the CDC, about 20 million a year contract a sexually transmitted disease (STD) and result in about $16 billion in medical costs. More than 800,000 of STD cases reported are gonorrhea infections, with most occurring in people between the ages of 15 and 24. Gonorrhea infection rates were at historic lows until two years ago, according to the CDC. “That’s what’s kind of scary about this,” Smith said. “We are at lows in terms of infections, but this strain is a very tricky bug and we don’t have anything medically to fight it right now.” Since 1998, the Food and Drug Administration has approved only four new antibiotics of any kind, according to the Infectious Disease Society of America. The last approval was in 2010. Only seven antibiotics are in an advanced stage of development—still years away from approval and use. Recognizing the problem, Congress passed a law last year referred to as the Gain Act (Generating Antibiotics Incentives Now) to help speed antibiotic development. Avoiding the disease completely is the best course, experts said. “People need to practice safe sex, like always,” Christianson said. “Anyone beginning a new relationship should get tested along with their partner. The way gonorrhea works, not everyone knows they have it. And with this new strain it’s even more important than ever to find out. ” All superbugs must be dealt with before it’s too late, he said. “This is a disaster just waiting to happen,” Christianson said. “It’s time to do something about it before it explodes. “These superbugs, including the gonorrhea strain, are a health threat. According to OK! sources (anonymous ones of course), Jennifer and Justin were united in “a small commitment ‘ceremony’ together over Christmas.” Sure they were. “It happened at their Bel Air house shortly after their vacation in Mexico. It was super top-secret, and they shared it with a handpicked group from their inner circles.” Hilariously, this supposed wedding would have happened after they eloped to Mexico, which OK! said in January. Keep your made-up stories straight! Covering its tracks, the tabloid adds that Aniston and Theroux will have a second (third?) “official” ceremony in Hawaii when she wraps her latest film. “Justin has his heart set on doing it in Hawaii,” the source says. “It’s his favorite place in the world. He even owns a cute little cottage on Kauai.” That part could conceivably maybe be true. But any assertion that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are already married is 100 percent bogus.
