Lots of Holidays are happening this April 21, 2010. The April 21 Holiday craze comes right after the stoner holiday of 420. For this day, April 21, it is Administrative Professionals Day 2010 and Secretary’s Day as well as Take your Child to Work Day 2010. All this in one day! A good thing to do for this day is to take your child to work. You can download cool stuff that you can have your child do while at work. Be sure to download our checklist of things to remember before bringing your child to work and things to remember while having your child at work for Take your child to work day 2010. Also, you can be an Administrative Professionals Day 2010 lover. Meaning, you show some love for the admin people who work so hard. Try to be one of the admin professionals on this Administrative Professionals Day 2010. You can also download greeting cards and send them to show that you appreciate their hard work and friendship. Wimbledon Champions Will Receive £1M Prize Money

The Wimbledon organizers have increased the prize money for both the men’s and women’s champions to £1 million ($1.53 million). The total prize for the event will be £13.725 million. The All England Club agreed to pay women the same prize money as men. The £1million prize for the year 2010 ladies single’s champion is more than double compared to the prizes 8 years ago. According to Tim Phillips, the chairman of All England Club, Wimbledon exists in a highly competitive global marketplace and it is the world’s best players who give and drive the interest of the people. As a result, it is important to offer them a level of prize money which is both appropriate to the prestige of the event and that gives the players full and fair reward. This year’s tournament will run from June 21 to July 4 and it will be a “World Cup-free zone”, since football fans were denied to watch matches on the big screens at the All England Club. YSP! WSD! Drummer Devon Clifford Dies At 30

exclaim Drummer of You Say Party! We Say Die! (YSP! WSD!) Devon Clifford, 30, has died from a brain hemorrhage according to the late’s father Ron Clifford. The band was playing a show on at Rickshaw Theater in Vancouver Friday night when the drummer suddenly collapsed. Devon Clifford was immediately sent to a hospital.  Singer Becky Ninkovic held Clifford’s head as paramedics attended to him. He later lapsed into a coma and died in a Vancouver hospital. The dance-punk band released their third full-length album, “XXXX,” in September and was due to embark on a European tour later this month. Devon’s passion was drumming.  ”He was meant to drum. It was in his nature,” he said. “He had a hell of a ride for a long time.” Clifford said his son had a headache on the night he died. “The band thought he was leaning down to pick up one of his sticks, but he was falling over,” he said. Danielle Steele’s Bookkeeper Kristy Watts Is Sentenced 3 Years In Federal Prison

cbsnews Kristy Watts, a bookkeeper who worked 15 years for American romantic-drama novelist Danielle Steel,  was sentenced to nearly three years in federal prison Tuesday for scamming $768,000 from the popular author. Watts, 48, earned an annual good salary of $200,000 for part-time work that included handling Steel’s payroll and accounting. She pleaded guilty in September to tax evasion and fraud, including depositing numerous checks made out to “cash” in her own bank account, using the author’s credit card rewards points for plane flights and paying herself more than her salary. Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker proposed doubling the sentence, but after Watts showed remorse at the hearing, he agreed to a 33-month plea deal, According to the San Francisco Chronicle. In a statement read at court, Watts admitted she was motivated by “envy and jealousy” of Steel for embezzling the money. She had previously showed no remorse for her actions. Steel approached Watts after the ruling and wished her good luck, defense lawyer Anthony Brass told the Chronicle. Walker also sentenced Watts to 400 hours of community service when she is released from prison. Watts has paid the author $969,752 to settle a lawsuit by selling her house. She is married to a San Francisco Police Department officer and has a 6-year-old daughter. Cricket Ball Throw Killed Umpire

An experienced umpire died after an “unfortunate accident” when he was struck on the head by a cricket ball during an attempted run out. Alcwyn Jenkins had been a cricket umpire for 25 years. The umpire had his back to fielder Stephen Davies when he threw the ball at the stumps at Swansea’s St. Helen’s ground last July. According to the inquest on the afternoon of July 4, 2009, Mr. Jenkins was umpiring a match between Swansea and Llangennech. Mr. Davies said that it was only after he had thrown the ball when he saw that Alcwyn was in the way. People were shouting but it just happened so quickly. Unfortunately the umpire moved with his back to Stephen so he did not see the ball which had been thrown in his direction and the ball hit the right side of his head. According to Pc Michael Chislett, who investigated his death, there were number of players shouting to warn him. It could either be that he had not heard the warnings, had no enough time to react or had been so professional that he did not want to take his eyes off the stumps. When he collapsed, players and officials quickly rushed to help him but he was then unconscious. He was immediately flown by air ambulance to Swansea’s Morriston Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. A postmortem examination was done and found out that he had died due to head injury. Facebook Stops “Lite” service version

Facebook will no longer supporting the product “Lite” version which was as seen a potential challenge to the microblogging site Twitter. Facebook based in California posted in their website statement as “We’re no longer supporting it, but learned a lot from the test of a slimmed-down site.” “If you used Lite, you’ll now be taken to the main Facebook.com site.” The Lite version of Facebook was a simplified version of social networking website that enabled people to make comments, accept Friend requests, write on people’s Walls, and look at photos and Status updates. Its service was launched about eight (9) months ago in an attempt to cater to new users “looking to start off with a more simple experience.” Facebook Lite version is similar style of the real-time interplay Twitter that was devoted to bring the user fresh comments and updates from friends. Sandra Bullock Is Asked To Return Razzie Statue

The co-founder of the Razzie Awards, John Wilson, has appealed to the media to ask Sandra Bullock to return the award which she had won last month for Worst Actress. According to Wilson, they are ready to take the new step of asking a winner to return a Razzie. It has nothing to do with what’s happening to Sandra’s personal life, the judges only wanted the actual trophy back. During the ceremony, it seemed that they got so caught up in the moment that instead of giving the actress the intentionally cheap, spray-painted replica of the award costs only $4.79 that all winners receive, the Razzie organizers unknowingly handed Bullock the original 30-year-old trophy. Wilson explained that during that time, Bullock was in such a rush that after winning the Worst Actress she ran off bringing with her the original handmade prototype which has been used and presented at ceremonies since 1980s. However, Wilson didn’t ask Bullock to return the award personally because he wants to respect the privacy of the actress amid the recent marital troubles she’s into right now.
