Rihanna and Kesha Together in North American Tour

Rihanna will take her hit Rated R album on the road for her “Last Girl On Earth” North American tour. She’ll also be accompanied by Kesha. Rapper Nick Minaj will be joining them in their tour. Robyn Rihanna Fenty, 22 year-old, is better known as Rihanna. She is a Barbadian R&B recording artist and model. She released her debut studio album “Music of the Sun” in 2005. She had already received several awards including the 2007 World Music Awards for World’s Best-Selling Pop Female Artist and Entertainer of the Year, and even the 2008 American Music awards for Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist and Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist. Kesha Rose Sebert, 23 year-old, is better known as Kesha. She is an American pop singer and songwriter. She released her debut single “Tik Tok” in August 2009. Her debut album “Animal” was released in early of 2010. They will first kick off in Seattle on July 2, and there will be 25 total stops that have been scheduled, including Los Angeles on July 21 and Madison Square Garden in New York City on August 12. T-Mobile USA is offering Apple’s smartphone subscribers and users from AT&T by offering $100 when they buy an HD2 and trade in their iPhone. The HTC HD2 sells for $200 with a two-year contract or $450 without a contract. The prices are reduced to $100 or $350 by trading in an iPhone. The offer is good from now until May 19. All iPhone models are apparently covered, but the device has to be functional. Customers are not required to buy service to qualify. Here is a brief head to head comparison fo the HTC HD2 vs the iPhone if you consumers are thinking of buying into T-Mobile USA’s limited offer. HTC HD2 vs. Apple iPhone 3GS -Both the smartphones have web browsers, email software, and audio and video players. Windows Mobile on the HTC HD2 is bundled with a smartphone version of Microsoft Office, allowing users to work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint files while on the go. -While there are thousands of third-party Windows Mobile apps available, the collection is dwarfed by the 150,000+ iPhone apps. -Both the device have tablet shapes, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS receivers and 3.5 mm headset jacks. -HTC HD2 has 4.3-inch WVGA touchscreen. The iPhone 3GS has a 3.5-inch, HVGA touchscreen. Both are capacitive with multi-touch support. -The HD2 also has a 1 GHz processor vs. the iPhone 3GS’s 600 MHz one. -iPhone has its upcoming Apple iPhone OS 4.0 software upgrade that still hasn’t disclosed new features, while consumer interest in Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.5 Pro is lackluster at best. -The iPhone depends on built-in storage (16 GB or 32 GB depending on model), while the HD2 is bundled with a 16 GB microSD memory card that can be swapped with other cards as necessary. -The HTC model has a 5.0 megapixel camera, while Apple’s is 3.0 megapixels. 300,000 Apple iPads Sold in the US on First Day Release

Apple’s new product the iPad got fare results on the number of units sold upon its first day release recently. 300,000 Apple iPads were sold on the first day release. Analysts on the other hand, expected Apple to sell more than 300,000 iPad units on the first day as  forecasts expected first-day iPad sales of 400,000 to 500,000 units. Estimates for global iPad sales this year ranged from 2.5 million by financial-services firm Kaufman Bros. to as high as 7.1 million by research firm iSuppli Corp. The Apple iPad costs $499 on Apple Stores around the world. The only thing that consumers have been complaining so far about iPad units is the Wifi connection. So far sales of the Apple iPad are projected to increase as weeks go by. Last Monday Apple had announced something really exciting. It’s going to have a special sneak peak event on Thursday with regards to the upcoming next-generation iPhone operating system that will run also on the iPod Touch and iPad. The new operating system is expected to be integrated with the iPad interface.
