A man named Alexander Bradley sued the convicted murderer three years ago for allegedly shooting him in the face after an altercation at a Miami strip club. The suit explained that while at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami on February 13, 2013, Bradley and Hernandez got into a fight. When both left the club in the same car, Aaron pointed his weapon at Bradley and the gun went off, striking him in the face. The man claimed to have suffered major injuries as a result and lost his right eye. He demanded more than $100,000 in damages. Continue reading →

Look like those rumors of Shayanna hiding the murder weapon were true. Aaron Hernandez’s Fiance Indicted In Connection With Odin Lloyd Murder Investigators in the Aaron Hernandez murder case believe Shayana lied to help her man (big surprise). She does seem like a ride or die chick, but that has now came back to bite her in the azz. According to TMZ The fiancee of ex New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez … along with Hernandez’s cousin … were indicted today .. in connection with the Odin Lloyd murder case. According to the Bristol County, MA D.A.’s Office Shayanna Jenkins — Aaron’s fiancee and baby mama — was hit with a single count of perjury. No further detail has been provided on her charge. Tanya Singleton — Aaron’s cousin — was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Accessory After the Fact. Translation: authorities believe she helped one of Aaron’s alleged accomplices get outta dodge … by buying him a bus ticket to Florida. That guy, Ernest Wallace, was eventually arrested in FL, and charged with being an accessory to Lloyd’s murder. Singleton has already pled not guilty to a criminal contempt charge — authorities say she refused to testify before the Grand Jury in the murder case. Jenkins and Singleton were not arrested … and they don’t have a court date scheduled yet. Jenkins faces up to 2-and-a-half years in a county jail if convicted on the perjury charge … but sources close to the situation tell us she would likely only get six months to a year. She could also be hit with a $1,000 fine. If she goes to jail … child services would have to make arrangements with Jenkins’ family for the care of her child … since both parents — Hernandez and Jenkins — would be behind bars Damn, baby girl is no snitch… she’s going to do those six months. It’s sad that these kids might lose their mom though.
Aaron Hernandez couldn’t be there for the Patriots season opener against the Buffalo Bills but his presence was felt nonetheless… Via NY Daily News reports : Dressed in orange jumpsuits painted with the surname “Hernandez” and the No. 81 on the backs, 10 Canadian men who identified themselves as corrections and police officers stood in Section 102 of Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday. They posed with Patriots and Bills fans alike, standing atop their bleacher seats in Row 15 below O.J. Simpson’s retired No. 32 marker in the team’s ring of honor. The men planned to wear the outfits to offer a Hernandez presence at the Patriots’ season opener as Hernandez, the former New England tight end, sat in his solitary cell at the Bristol County House of Correction back in Massachusetts as he awaits his murder trial. Hernandez, 23, was arrested for allegedly orchestrating the killing of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old landscaper who moonlighted as a linebacker on the Boston Bandits, a team in the New England Football League. Hernandez was arraigned on first-degree murder and five firearms charges in Superior Court Friday afternoon in Fall River, Mass. “He’s guilty,” Kevin Buchan said. “No two ways about it.” Hernandez was not allowed to watch the game, according to sheriff Tom Hodgson. “Absolutely not,” Hodgson said. “No way.” SMH… Do you think these guys went too far or is it an important reminder to society about all the dirt Hernandez was allowed to get away with as an NFL baller before his murderous acts finally caught up to him? Big shock there… Aaron Hernandez Pleads Not Guilty To Odin Lloyd Murder Charges Via USAToday Six times on Friday a Superior Court clerk read a charge against Aaron Hernandez and asked for his plea, and six times the former New England Patriots tight end answered strongly: “Not guilty.” Hernandez pleaded not guilty to the murder of his friend, 27-year-old semipro football player Odin Lloyd, and five accompanying weapons charges at his arraignment for an indictment handed down by a Fall River grand jury two weeks ago. Hernandez, who will seek bail at an Oct. 9 hearing, will remain held in a Bristol County correctional facility, where he has been since his arrest on June 26. When Hernandez originally was charged, a Bristol County District Court judge ordered him held without bail, citing the seriousness of the charges and the convincing evidence. Hernandez’s attorneys will attack the circumstantial evidence against their client at the bail hearing next month, but bail is unlikely with other shooting investigations — with possible links to Hernandez — pending. Still, Hernandez’s attorneys, who has previously vowed that he would be “exonerated,” asked the public not to jump to conclusions. The information and evidence that has been released on this case has all been one-sided and untested, they said. “Not one shred of evidence has been presented (in court) yet,” Hernandez attorney Charles Rankin said. He likened an arraignment to “a kickoff” in a football game. Senor Hernandez is gonna have to tell one helluva story to get himself outta this one. Image via AP
