Get yo kids , get yo kids!!! A Queens gym teacher is suing the school where he says a first grader caused him mental anguish and ongoing physical pain in an April attack. According to NYPost reports : A hulking Queens gym teacher and former college football player claims a pupil fractured his ankle, injured his knee and forced him to go to a shrink for stress — even though the kid was only 50 pounds and in first grade. Burly, 220-pound PS 330 teacher John Webster, 27, said a 4-foot-2 Rodrigo Carpio, 6, also kicked and pinched the Elmhurst school’s principal, a security officer and another teacher during a rampage in April. “It’s sort of like an angel-devil sort of thing,” said the 5-foot-10 Webster, who recently filed a notice of his intent to sue the city and says he must now wear braces on his right ankle and knee. “[Rodrigo] looks like an angel, but then, all of a sudden, that halo turns into horns. It’s been a nightmare. It’s embarrassing. It’s humiliating.” But Rodrigo’s dad, Jorge Carpio, 44, scoffed: “The lawsuit is totally absurd. How could my little boy do so much damage? My poor son.” The boy’s mom added, “This is a terrible thing to say [about] a child.” “To every mother, their child is an angel,” said Josefa Marcia da Silva, 33, of her son, now 4-foot-3 and 64 pounds. “I know that he has problems, but he doesn’t deserve to be called such names.” But Webster’s claims are backed up by an April 26 school “occurrence report” filed by the principal that says Rodrigo “was physically aggressive” and karate-kicked Webster in the knee and ankle that day. Webster was accompanying Rodrigo and other students to the cafeteria for lunch when the boy started horseplaying, the teacher told The Post. Webster said that he chided Rodrigo, but that the kid started kicking him. “I tried to hold his wrists, and he began biting me,’’ Webster said. “I took him to the principal’s office, and he kicked me in the ankle, and one kick landed right on my knee. I felt a pop.’’ Rodrigo then kicked and pinched the acting principal and school safety officer, the occurrence report states. NYPD responded but took no action. The boy’s parents refused to allow him to be taken to a hospital for observation. Webster, who played tailback for upstate Morrisville State College, said his doctor told him he had to stay away from work for several months because of his physical and emotional state. But a Department of Education doctor told him to go back last month, so “I’m in limbo,’’ Webster said. Meanwhile, Rodrigo is back at the school. Webster’s lawyer, Andrew Siben of Bay Shore, LI, said school officials were repeatedly warned about Rodrigo but did not protect his client. “This kid is clearly a tiny terror,” he said. “It’s sad that teachers like Mr. Webster are not offered protection from someone who can endanger other teachers and students.” Rodrigo’s mom said her son is now on medication so he can focus. “He is getting help, and he is much better now,” she said. We know we shouldn’t laugh, but we couldn’t help cracking up and lil Rodrigo’s mama talking about: “I know that he has problems…” For real tho, this guy really needs to man up. Robert Gladden, 15, Identified As Shooting Suspect In Perry Hall Attack, Charged As Adult If you haven’t heard already, Gladden is the teen being held responsible for the school shooting near Baltimore Monday that left a classmate fighting for his life. Police have charged Robert Wayne Gladden Jr., 15, with attempted first-degree murder and assault in connection with Monday’s shooting at Perry Hall High School in Baltimore County. Gladden has been charged as an adult, police said. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Police will hold a news conference Tuesday morning to discuss the case. Daniel Borowy was shot in his back shortly before 11 a.m. in the school’s cafeteria, court documents said. Eyewitnesses described hearing a sound like a bag of chips popping before realizing that someone was shooting. Bowery, 17, remains in critical condition. With heightened security and trauma counselors on hand, Perry Hall restarted its school year Tuesday, the day after a student shot in the cafeteria was left in critical condition and another student was taken into custody as the suspected gunman. The shooting took place on the first day of classes Monday as several hundred students were in the cafeteria, where the sound of gunfire initially seemed like just another piece of the aural landscape. Instead, it was gunfire, striking Bowery, who was airlifted to Maryland Shock Trauma Center as classmates and strangers offered prayers for him at impromptu gatherings and across social media. Police said they do not believe the victim was targeted by the shooter. Witnesses said a school counselor quickly grabbed the shooter and pinned him up against a vending machine. The suspect was taken into custody shortly after the shooting. A man who identified himself as the suspect’s father told the Associated Press that his son had been bullied but declined to give further details. A woman who said she was related to the father gave the following statement on the family’s behalf: “We are horrified. We did not see this coming and our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and the victim’s family.” Students described a day that suddenly turned chaotic during an early lunch break in the cafeteria of the school, the county’s largest with nearly 2,200 students. Rather than the festive atmosphere of a school community returning after summer break, police helicopters whirred overhead, students dove under cafeteria tables and, as the news spread quickly, distraught parents tried to reach their children, in person or by phone or text message. Throughout the day, a sense of disbelief pervaded. Jeremy Knavel, 16, said he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw a student emerge from a bathroom Monday morning, taking a gun out from under his shirt. “I thought it was a joke,” he said. “Then when I heard the shot, I ran. I’m shaken still. I can’t believe it actually happened.” Sophomore Nick DiPaula, 15, said he and a friend were talking in the cafeteria when they heard a loud bang and turned to see what it was. “We just see him with the gun, and he’s aiming it at my table,” DiPaula said. A school counselor he identified as Jesse Wasmer ran over and tackled the gunman as he and other students hit the floor and another teacher started yelling, “Get out of the building, get out of the building!” DiPaula said. Wasmer was hailed as a hero by colleagues and across the Internet, where a “Thanks Mr. Wasmer” Facebook page was created. He could not be reached to comment, and school officials declined to discuss details of the incident. The actions of Wasmer and other teachers in the cafeteria who intervened “were really beyond what anyone can be expected to do,” and “made that situation the best it could have been in such a horrible time,” said Matt Smoot, a science teacher in his fifth year at the school. New Baltimore County schools Superintendent Dallas Dance, on his first day of classes after being hired this spring to head the school district, praised the school’s “heroic, brave faculty.” Dance said Perry Hall High would be open Tuesday with additional security at the school. The Police Department’s Critical Incident Stress Debriefing team will provide support for students and faculty, Armacost said. Junior Ryan Brady, 15, said he was several feet away from the shooting victim and saw blood on his shirt. As the counselor was tackling the shooter, his gun went off again, the bullet hitting the ceiling, said Brady, who got under a table to hide. “After I got outside, my hands were shaking really bad,” he said. “First thing I did was call my mom and told her everything that happened, and told her I was all right.” Police officers were already at the school, standard procedure for the first day of classes. County Executive Kevin Kamenetz said police and school officials responded in “terrific fashion” to the shooting. Students were escorted to the nearby Perry Hall Shopping Center at the corner of Ebenezer and Belair roads, where parents were instructed to meet them, police said. Fan Dies From Cardiac Arrest At Toronto Blue Jays Game Thursday’s game between the White Sox and Blue Jays was delayed after a fan went into cardiac arrest down the left-field line at Rogers Centre. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital. According to “the man in white,” who was tweeting from the game, a fan performed CPR on the ailing man first and then medics took over after reaching his location. Medics continued to perform CPR as he was carted off the field, and the game resumed after he was taken off. City-TV reported after the game that he died in the hospital. The White Sox were on the field before the game was delayed. “It was not a good sight,” White Sox third baseman Kevin Youkilis said afterwards. “I saw some medics jump out around the dugout and run over. Then I saw a doctor or whoever was going, just pushing on the chest over and over and over. I thought maybe they were reviving him and then they next thing you know, they kept going and going.” The identity of the man has yet to be released. Source

The show follows the lives of the Thompson family from rural McIntyre, Ga., including TLC’s new runaway star, Alana, aka “Honey Boo Boo.” The network decided to give the unforgettable little girl her own series after videos of her appearances on the cable network’s “Toddlers & Tiaras” went viral earlier this year. BUT production of the show nearly came to a screeching halt shortly after filming began in March when investigators from Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services made an unannounced visit to the family’s home. “Honey Boo Boo’s upbringing raised eyebrows with neighbors,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “The parents feed her energy drinks, cheese puffs for breakfast and brag about how they cook roadkill for meals. She even eats roadkill with flies swarming around her head!” But the authorities didn’t get involved until a videotape of Honey Boo Boo dancing for dollars on a table in a bar was posted online. In the scene, which was not filmed by TLC, mom June defended her daughter’s actions by explaining that it was a college bar, not a “sleazy” one. Investigators found reason to bring the case to court, but June’s court-appointed attorney was able to convince the judge to throw it out, and filming resumed in May. The first episode of the show – which showcases a whole lot of belly-slapping and gas-passing – drew an impressive 2.2 million viewers, but it also received a considerable amount of criticism. And that criticism is bound to increase later in the season after Alana’s 17-year-old sister Anna, aka “Chickadee,” gives birth to a baby girl with two right thumbs – and grandma June makes fun of the defect! “If the family had been charged for having bad taste,” added the source, “the judge would have thrown the book at them!” We’re already not feelin’ these people. Bling-toting pre-schoolers are proving easy prey for New York’s most cowardly crooks. A 4-year-old Bronx boy became the third toddler since July to lose fancy jewelry to a robber when a teenage thug grabbed a gold bracelet from his wrist, police sources told The Post yesterday. Robert Rendon was walking home with his 14-year-old big sister Jayleen at about 12:45 p.m. Aug. 3 after they’d visited their mother at work. Suddenly, they noticed they were being followed. Jayleen caught a glimpse of the suspect in the reflection of a car window. “He had his face covered . . . He was looking calm. I knew something was going to happen,” the teenager told The Post. The brother and sister ducked into the stairway of their apartment on East 182nd Street in Belmont. But their home proved no refuge — the teen thug barged through the door right behind them and grabbed Jayleen around the waist. “He tried to grab me — and then, he like, he tried to force me with him,” Jayleen said. Panicked, the girl screamed and ran upstairs to her apartment, where her grandmother was waiting. When she fled, Jayleen admitted, she left Robert behind. “I ran away — I let go of his [Robert’s] grip,” she said. The suspect called out to her — “he just kept saying, ‘Come here,’ ” Jayleen said. “My little brother was stuck on the first floor.” The children’s grandmother ran downstairs, and found Robert safe, but crying. It wasn’t until about 15 or 20 minutes later that they noticed Robert’s bracelet was missing. “My mom bought it for him for his first birthday,” Jayleen said. “It had his name engraved on it.” The next day, cops arrested 18-year-old Abubakarr Payinkay, of Claremont, and charged him with robbery, burglary, grand larceny, and other charges. He is free on personal recognizance bail. Robert was traumatized by the incident, his sister said. “He’s just scared about it. He doesn’t like doing anything anymore,” Jayleen said. She’s still pretty upset, too. “I’m scared,” Jayleen said. “I don’t like going out alone.” Other criminals too spineless to pick on people their own size ripped off two Brooklyn tots of their jewelry last month. Two-year-old Destiny Maizanche had a $300 bracelet stolen from her wrist in Bedford-Stuyvesant on July 6 by a thug who also grabbed a $400 necklace from her pregnant mom. Cops arrested 30-year-old Michael Andrews in the attack. Andrews allegedly targeted Destiny and her mother, Adriana Espinal, as they entered the elevator in a building on Flushing Avenue where the tot’s grandmother lives. Espinal said she fought back against the thug by hitting him with her set of keys. In another Bed-Stuy caper, 3-year-old Harvey Hernandez was robbed of a $400 neck chain in the lobby of his apartment on July 10 while he sat in a stroller pushed by his mom, Riyanna Guerrero. Harvey’s godparents gave him the chain for his baptism. It has a small medallion depicting hands holding a child. Days after the crime, Harvey was still afraid to go outside, his parents said. It was while they were at the couple’s house that Portales police realized there was a warrant out for Mrs Teel’s arrest for the missing young adult fiction and movie. Her attorney, Eric Dixon, says arrest warrants were mailed last year to an address at which Mrs Teel hadn’t lived since childhood. However, the mother of five was arrested all the same in front of her children, aged one through ten, and spent the night in the Roosevelt County Detention Centre. She said: ‘My kids are still very emotional. They had to stay with a complete stranger.’ She was released the next day on a $610 bond. The Twilight Saga: New Moon DVD and Stephanie Meyer’s novel Twilight both had a due date of October 5, 2010, but Mrs Teel said she couldn’t remember checking them out. However, library records show that both items were checked out in her name. Man Says TSA Spilled Dead Grandfather’s Ashes During Security Check SMH: An Indiana man says a TSA agent at Orlando International Airport opened a jar carrying his grandfather’s ashes and accidentally spilled about a third of them on the floor while using her finger to sift through the material, RTV6 reports. John Gross says he is asking for an apology from TSA officials and the worker over the recent incident, the Indianapolis TV station reports. RTV6 says Gross was carrying home the remains of his grandfather, Mario Mark Marcaletti, a Sicilian immigrant from central Indiana, in a tightly sealed jar marked “Human Remains.” Gross says he explained to the agent what it was, but that she opened the jar and began sifting through the ashes, eventually spilling about a third of the contents onto the floor. “She didn’t apologize,” Gross tells RTV6. “She started laughing. I was on my hands and knees picking up bone fragments. I couldn’t pick up all, everything that was lost. I mean, there was a long line behind me.” TSA procedures, the TV station notes, call for using X-ray equipment in such cases and that under “no circumstances” are human remains to be opened. Connecticut Pediatrician Confesses To Possession Of Inappropriate Images Of Children And Teens SMH at this sicko … Got nerve to be a pediatrician. A Connecticut pediatrician is facing up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing more than 100,000 child pornography images and videos. Todd Parrilla, 48, pleaded guilty in Hartford Federal court on Monday. The sicko doc was nailed in August 2011 after cops in Kansas City downloaded more than 100 child-pornography images from a directory he managed from his home in Stonington, Conn., The Day newspaper reported. A raid on his home turned up more than 100,000 images and 10,000 videos of children and teens on his computer and hard drives. “This is a heinous crime,” said David Fein, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, according to local NBC. “That it was committed by a pediatrician, whose profession is committed to the well-being of children, makes it especially disturbing.” As part of his plea, the once-respected children’s doctor was forced to cop to his crimes during sentencing before the judge. “I downloaded and used a file-share program to receive images,” he said, according to The Day. “I exchanged images with the same program.” Prosector Raymond F. Miller took issue with Parilla’s sanitized confession. “The defendant talks about ‘images’ here,” Miller said. “We’re talking about child pornography.” Parilla will remain free until he is sentenced on October 24. According to TMZ reports : Jerry Sandusky’s adopted son says he was abused by the former Penn State assistant football coach … and was prepared to testify at his father’s sex abuse trial. 33-year-old Matt Sandusky — one of Jerry’s six adopted children — released a statement through his attorney saying he is a “victim of Jerry Sandusky’s abuse.” Matt did not disclose any details regarding the nature and time frame of the abuse. Matt’s lawyers said Matt did meet with investigators recently … and was willing to testify. It’s unclear why Matt was not called to the stand. The jury is now deliberating in the Jerry Sandusky case — he’s accused of sexually abusing 10 boys over a span of 15 years and faces 500 years in prison if convicted on all 48 counts.
