This doesn’t make any damn sense. Bus Driver Leaves Child On Bus While She Went To Zumba Class Parents trust bus drivers and teachers with the safety of their children. Her azz should have known better. According to KHOU: A school bus driver was charged Tuesday after she accidentally left a child alone on a bus while she went to Zumba class, according to authorities. Miriam Keren Contreras was charged with felony child endangerment. Administrators at Fonwood Early Childhood Center placed a call to the child’s parents to confirm the absence for the day, which is standard procedure. The child was supposed to be in school, however, arriving by Garcia Bus Co. Authorities immediately began searching for the child, who was found unharmed inside the parked bus at a facility where Contreras was attending a workout session. Contreras did not see the child on the bus when she dropped the other kids off at school and did not check the bus thoroughly before ending her route, according to investigators. Contreras’ bail was set at $2,000. HISD officials said Contreras was not an employee of the district. Garcia Bus Co. is a private company, contracted by the child’s parents. According to Sun Sentinel: A Pembroke Pines woman is charged with multiple counts of lewd and lascivious battery and molestation of a 12-year-old boy. Keturah Zillah Gibson, 47, was also charged with tampering with a victim after Pembroke Pines police say Gibson sent instant messages to the boy to advise that if their encounters were discovered by others, they “never ever” had sex, according to a Pembroke Pines police report. During two interviews, Gibson, who has no criminal record, denied the accusations and stated that she had never performed sexual acts on the victim, the report states. Gibson told investigators that the boy had kissed her, attempted to place her hand on his buttocks on one occasion, and that the attention made her feel good, according to police. The juvenile alleged that between June 2012 and December 2013, during five to 10 brief encounters, Gibson would enter his bedroom and wake him after 2 a.m. to kiss him and perform oral sex, police said. Pembroke Pines police arrested Gibson Sunday. Broward Judge John “Jay” Hurley ordered Monday that Gibson not have contact with the alleged battery victim. According to IB Times: A 31-year-old Pennsylvania teacher arrested in December for having sex with a student faces more charges for another incident involving a different student. Lauren Harrington-Cooper, an English teacher at Wyoming Valley West High School in Plymouth, Pa., was charged with institutional sexual assault after she allegedly had sex with an 18-year-old student. On Thursday, Harrington-Cooper was met with more charges after she allegedly engaged in oral sex with a 17-year-old student in a car, the Citizen’s Voice reports. The 17-year-old victim told police he began texting with Harrington-Cooper between October and November of last year. On one occasion he picked up Harrington-Cooper at her home in Kingston, Pa. After driving around for 90 minutes, he returned to her home and they kissed in the car. In another instance, they met outside of school where Harrington-Cooper allegedly performed oral sex on the 17-year-old in a parked car outside a house in Kingston, Pa. Harrington-Cooper was initially released on bail for $25,000. On Thursday she was arrested again, and bail was set at $25,000. This is her second time bustin’ it wide open for an underage boy….her bail should have been way higher.

This is so sad. Boy Dies Covered In Cigarette Burns This little boy had his whole life ahead of him. According to NY Daily News: A 4-year-old boy died after being found unconscious in the care of a baby-sitter in a Hell’s Kitchen apartment Wednesday — and his body was marked by cigarette burns and defensive wounds, police sources said. Police found Myles Dobson unresponsive when they arrived at the apartment in the Ritz Plaza, a luxury doorman building on W. 48th St., near Eighth Ave., following a 911 call at 10:50 a.m., police said. The boy was pronounced dead at St. Luke’s Hospital. The baby-sitter, a 37-year-old woman, was interviewed by detectives for several hours, the sources said. She said she heard a noise, ran back into the bathroom, and found the boy in the tub, unconscious, the sources said. There was no water in the tub, sources said. Investigators had questions about the woman’s story, because the child’s skin was pocked with burns that were consistent with being poked with a lit cigarette, and his body had wounds that appeared to have been sustained while he tried to defend himself, sources said. His body was also bruised, the sources said. “It looks like we’re going to charge her,” a police source told the Daily News, cautioning that a decision had not been made because the investigation had just begun. “It’s too early.” Her story smells fishy. Only probation? Where’s the justice? Teacher’s Aide Gets Probation After Sex With Student Authority figures getting off this easy only encourages this disgusting behavior. According to St. Louis Post Dispatch reports: A former teacher’s aide with the Wentzville School District won’t spend any time in jail after pleading guilty to having sex with one of her students. Victoria Reinke, 30, of the 600 block of Aster Lane in O’Fallon, could have been sentenced to four years in prison, but on Monday, Circuit Judge Rick Zerr placed her on five year’s probation instead. Prosecutors had sought a prison sentence of two years. Reinke had been working at Timberland High School at the time of the relationship with the student in March 2012, police said. According to prosecutors, the victim was a teen in the special education program. The boy, who initially was 16 when he met Reinke, has a learning disability with an IQ of 70. He told prosecutors that the two did not have sexual intercourse until he was 17. The encounters took place after school in Reinke’s van, police said. The two communicated via phone calls and text messages, which numbered more than 400 between December 2011 and March 2012, according to court documents. Reinke pleaded guilty to one count of sexual contact with a student by a school employee on Oct. 23. Reinke apologized in a short statement before the court. “I was the responsible, mature one and should have never let anything happen,” she said. Zerr said a suspended sentence will still leave Reinke with a felony conviction but will allow her to take care of her children. “I’m sorry for the loss of relationship with your son,” he told the teen’s parents, “but I don’t think sending this lady to prison is going to fix that.” SMH. Assistant Principal Arrested For Sex With Student No wonder all these teachers are busting it on for the students… the freakiness starts at the top. According to AL: A former assistant principal at Pelham High School was arrested Thursday on charges she had sex with a male student. Catherine Michelle Bell, 33, turned herself in to the Shelby County Jail about 2:45 p.m. She is charged with three counts of “School Employee Engaging in a Sex Act or Deviant Sexual Intercourse with a Student Under the Age of 19 years,” Shelby County Sheriff Chris Curry announced this afternoon. The sheriff’s office led the investigation after being contacted by the Pelham Police Department, said Capt. Ken Burchfield. Sheriff’s investigators, along with the district attorney’s office, obtained the warrants against Bell, who is from Alabaster. She was held in the Shelby County Jail but released this evening after posting $90,000 bond. Authorities didn’t release specifics about the allegations against Bell. She was one of four assistant principals at the high school. Court records show she and her husband divorced in August and have shared custody of a 4-year-old son. Shelby County Schools spokeswoman Cindy Warner released the following statement. She said they wouldn’t answer additional questions at this time. “The Shelby County School District always takes these types of allegations seriously. The school district took immediate action when we were first made aware of the allegations. The employee was placed on administrative leave while the matter was being investigated by the school district, with the assistance of local law enforcement. She subsequently resigned from her position on November 21.” Birmingham defense attorney Tommy Spina is representing Bell. “She has fully cooperated with law enforcement and the school board since being confronted with these charges,” he said. “She resigned her position as assistant principal, cooperated with the school board officials and voluntarily surrendered all information she had in her possession when asked by the investigator to do so. She voluntarily surrendered to the jail today, and has made bond.” SMH.

School Bus Driver Busted For Arranging Hook Up With Underage Girl What does a grown man find sexually appealing about a 14-year-old girl? According to NY Daily News: A private school bus driver has been busted on charges that he tried to pick up what he thought was a 14-year-old girl online, authorities said Friday. The “teen” was actually an undercover NYPD cop, leading investigators to arrest 38-year-old Elliott Provda, a Manhattan man who drives six kids, ages 6 to 13, on a daily basis, the Queens District Attorney’s office said. Prosecutors said that between Oct. 1 and Dec. 4 of this year, Provda sent the cop numerous instant messages that were “graphic and sexual in nature,” and “included an invitation to meet for sexual activity in Queens.” He was arraigned Thursday night on charges of attempted dissemination of indecent material to minors and attempted endangering the welfare of a minor.  He’s being held on $15,000 bond. Epitome Of A Bad Mother: Woman Tried To Sell 4-Year-Old Daughter For Sex To Man She Met Through Online Ad

This is so disturbing. Mother Tried To Sell Daughter For Sex They will be selling her azz in exchange for some Newports in jail. According to The Daily Tribune: A Warren woman is in jail after she was charged Wednesday with offering her 4-year-old daughter on a controversial dating website to a man for sexual activity for money, according to police and law enforcement records. Jennifer Marie Brys, 25, and Edward Cody Reardon, 26, were arraigned in 37th District Court on charges of child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime. According to police, Brys is accused of placing a prostitution advertisement on Backpage.com in September and was contacted by Reardon. The two exchanged text messages where Reardon offered to pay her $300, but eventually indicated he was interested in having inappropriate contact, including showering, with Brys’ child. He was willing to pay between $300 and $500, officials said. Warren Police Commissioner Jere Green described the content of the messages as “disgusting and disturbing.” “She presents herself as available and they negotiate a price but in their text conversations, it becomes evident this guy is more interested in being with the daughter,” Green said. “And he asks her if she knows any other young girls between 7 and 12. This guy clearly was looking for opportunities to be with young girls.” The case came to light when the child’s father found the text messages on Brys’ phone the day before the meeting was to take place. The father, Aaron Perry, immediately contacted police for the child’s safety. SMH. Macomb County Circuit Court online records show Brys filed a lawsuit for determination of child support against Perry in 2009. The case has since been settled, court records show. As soon as Perry saw the text messages, he phoned police, who came to Brys’ house in the 8 Mile Road-Van Dyke area to investigate. During Wednesday’s court hearing, Brys, formerly of Hamtramck, pleaded with Judge Matthew Rumora to be released on bond. “I literally don’t have a place to live,” she said, according to a WXYZ-TV (Channel 7) report. “I am not a flight risk.” Reardon, a Lincoln Park resident, told the judge he wanted to be let out so he could contact a lawyer. But the judge set bond at $500,000 for each defendant. Officials cited an ongoing FBI investigation of Reardon for similar alleged crimes as a reason why the bond was not lower. Reardon had asked Brys to text him a picture of the child nude, and Brys responded with a photo of the girl with clothes on, police said. When you look at the picture of this innocent little girl, and think about what her mother wanted to do with her, the mother who is supposed to protect her, it’s disgusting and disturbing,” Green said. A preliminary hearing in district court to determine whether Brys and Reardon should be bound over to circuit court for trial is scheduled for Nov. 7. If the mother won’t protect the child, who will? According to The Huffington Post: A Missouri woman has been charged in the death of a teenage girl, whom investigators say died while the suspect’s boyfriend was sexually assaulting her. Amy Leigh Hartley faces multiple charges, including second-degree statutory sodomy and abandonment of a corpse in the death of 15-year-old Khighla Parks. According to the News-Leader, Parks died Sept. 21, 2012 during “asphyxiation sex” with Harley’s boyfriend, 48-year-old Anthony Balbirnie. Hartley was arrested after the charges against her were filed Oct. 17, Ozarks First reports. Recently unsealed court documents state that Hartley, 37, engaged in “deviate sexual intercourse” with the teen victim, and then helped Balbirnie dispose of the body after she died. Hartley is also charged with endangering the welfare of a child for allowing the victim into her Buffalo, Mo., home, where methamphetamine was made and used. Court documents outline a grim scenario at Hartley’s residence. The suspect invited the victim to stay at the makeshift meth lab, and “to engage in sex with multiple partners, some of whom were known by the defendant to engage in asphyxiation sex.” After Parks died, police allege that Hartley helped dispose of her body. Balbirne allegedly weighted down the deceased victim and dumped her body in a lake, where it was found by a boater on Sept. 30, 2012, according to Ozarks First. Balbirne is currently in jail for a parole violation. He is charged with Park’s murder, and faces additional counts of statutory rape, child molestation, and abandonment of a corpse. That poor girl.
