Last week’s Dance Moms reunion show brought us up to date on where Kelly, Cathy and Abby Lee Miller stand at the present time. Now it’s the girls’ turn. There’s apparently “no moms allowed” on Dance Moms Season 4 Episode 18 … meaning that they should just rename the show Dance . Just kidding. Coachella is bout to be on and poppin.’ OutKast Reuniting At Coachella We know fans will be happy to see OutKast get it in and the lineup is dope too. According to News Radio: After months of rumors and conjecture, it’s official: Coachella 2014 will be headlined by Arcade Fire, Muse and a reunited OutKast. News of rappers Big Boi and Andre 3000 coming together again as OutKast at Coachella was leaked late last year, with members of Muse strongly hinting that the band would be playing during a recent Radio.com interview. Other highlights on the bill include rising alt-star Lorde, who’s currently vying for high-profile Grammy awards Record of the Year and Song of the Year for her breakout single, “Royals.” EDM will again be well represented, with such superstar acts as Skrillex and Calvin Harris making the annual trek to Indio, CA, to rock Coachella’s extensively upgraded Sahara Tent with their body-moving beats. Hard rock fans will also have ample opportunity to throw up devil horns, with sets from such heavyweights as Queens of the Stone Age and enduring metal legends Motorhead. A clutch of artists on the festival’s 2014 under-card such as The Glitch Mob, Future Islands and Bonobo were subtly announced ahead of time via simple social network postings from official Coachella accounts. Coachella 2014 is set for the weekends of April 12-14 and April 19-21, with this being the third year that the festival will be expanded to the dual weekend format. The HBO series True Detective has been getting good early reviews despite the fact that it doesn’t premiere until the painfully far away January 12. The beards are back with all new episodes, coming January 15. In addition to last week’s Duck Dynasty Season 4 Episode 11 , a.k.a. the Christmas special, A&E aired a five-minute montage of clips from the new season. Among the highlights? Willie and Jase engaged in a burger cook-off, the gang playing cornhole at work instead of actually working, and Si being Si. Phil and Kay also host a slumber party for the grandkids in the season preview, which features an intro from Willie Robertson, the man, the myth, the legend. Baltimore resident Farryn Johnson has filed a racial discrimination complaint with the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights after she was fired from her job as a waitress at Hooters. The 25-year old says she lost her job due to the color her hair. Waitress Alleges Hooters Firing Due to Highlights Johnson told a CBS News affiliate that management ordered her to remove her blonde highlights because they were giving off an “improper image.” She refused and was subsequently shown the door. “They specifically said, ‘Black women don’t have blonde in their hair, so you need to take it out,'” Johnson told CBS , adding: “I didn’t see that it would be a big issue just because there were a lot of other employees working at the restaurant of other races with color in their hair. For instance, there were Asian girls with red hair and Caucasian girls with black hair and blond streaks, so I didn’t think it would be an issue for the little piece of blond highlight in my hair.” Jessica Weber is representing Farryn and said in a statement: “The law is clear that employers can’t have two separate unequal sets of rules – one for African-Americans employees and one for everybody else, and yet that’s exactly what Hooters did here in firing Miss Johnson, an African-American employee solely because she’s African-American. “They targeted her because of her hair solely because of her race.” Due to the pending litigation, Hooters says it has not comment at this time on the allegation. In August 2012, Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Douglas came under fire when some African-Americans called her hair out for not representing their race well .
