I’ve got to say that I’ve been really impressed with Jaime Pressly that last few times I’ve had her on the sire. She’s not exactly a young Hollywood starlet and she still looks pretty damn awesome. I don’t know if she’s got a new TV show or movie coming out or what, but clearly she’s been hitting the gym. More importantly she decided that it was a good idea to head out on the town in a stupid looking hat and a nice see through top. I keep forgetting she’s got such perfect funbags. Well, that’s not entirely true. You know it’s going to be R-rated, generally insane and utterly hilarious. And therein lies the charming genius of these two, who star in this summer’s action/comedy “The Other Guys.” Ferrell and Wahlberg were on hand Thursday afternoon (June 3) at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, for a rehearsal of their top-secret shenanigans at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards . Afterward, they stopped by for a chat with MTV News, and things got weird fast. To begin, Wahlberg announced his presence with a furious series of curses that was both out-of-nowhere and infectious, as Ferrell quickly joined in the barrage of swears far too child-unfriendly to reprint here. The tone for the rest of the interview was set. Talk (you might call it smack talk, in fact) ranged from their favorite “Jersey Shore” castmembers to their irrepressible love of Zac Efron. Don’t ask us — we’re as confused as anyone. But damn, we’re pretty amused too. Take their training regime to prepare for their Movie Awards appearance: “Hitting the gym, getting tanned, doing some laundry,” Wahlberg said. “I just gave Mark a ride home in my helicopter,” Ferrell added. “We do 15 rounds on the heavy bag and then HGH.” “And then we watch Zac Efron,” Wahlberg finished. Whatever you guys say. Lucky for both of them, Efron will be in the house at Sunday night’s show. He’ll be one of the night’s presenters, along with Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Jessica Biel, Steve Carell, Vanessa Hudgens, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Adam Sandler and Chris Rock. Fan voting is currently under way at MovieAwards.MTV.com and will stay open through Saturday. Voting for Best Movie, however, will stay open throughout the awards show itself, which means you’ll have a chance to affect the night’s biggest prize until the very last minute.
