Where In The World Is Wendy Williams? The Talk Show Host Has Reportedly Pushed Her Return To TV Back AGAIN

Source: NBC / Getty Wendy Williams Is Having A Guest Panel Host In Her Place Next Week Fans of The Wendy Williams Show are dying to get their fix, but according to reports from Variety , viewers are going to have to wait yet another week for the host’s return. Wendy Williams , who is recovering from an arm injury that she suffered last month, will resume taping of her daytime talk show on January 21, distributor and producer Debmar-Mercury confirmed to Variety on Wednesday. That date is a week later than the January 14 return date that had been previously announced, which had already been pushed back once. The show has been in reruns since December 24, and though it will still resume new episodes starting January 14, it’ll be with a panel of “Hot Talkers” serving in the Wendy’s absence. “As she has for the past 10 years, Wendy delivers an incomparable live talk show day in and day out and we want to give her the best opportunity to heal and recover,” Debmar-Mercury co-presidents Mort Marcus and Ira Bernstein said. “Wendy has our complete and unwavering support and we look forward to her return to the iconic purple chair.” Williams claimed to have suffered an uper-arm injury in late December, which is what seemed to cause all of this secretive nature around the show. The host first missed her December 17 taping, returning to work the following day and hosting new episodes through the end of that week. After Wendy was criticized and questioned on social media for some really weird on-air behavior during her December 20 episode, the host posted a statement on Instagram revealing that she had suffered a hairline fracture and that she had taken pain medication for the first time in decades. The show began a planned hiatus for the holidays the following week, and that break ended up getting extended, with Wendy missing her planned January 7 return date. One cast member on Little People. Big World just dropped some huge news. Earlier this week, Tori Roloff was asked by fans when her family’s beloved reality show was going to return with new episodes and she provided followers with the most extensive update yet. No, unfortunately Tori did not have an exact premiere date to announce. But she at least gave us a pretty strong idea of when she and her siblings and parents would return to the air. “This Spring! Stay tuned! We are almost wrapped,” she wrote in response. Yes! We’re so very glad to hear this! There had been chatter awhile back that Little People, Big World was on the verge of being canceled, seeing as the network had not confirmed a renewal — and also that two key stars have said their goodbyes. Shortly after the previous season concluded, Audrey and Jeremy Roloff stunned viewers by saying they were done with the series that made them famous. For what reason? On a reason podcast episode, Audrey admitted that the “dynamic of the show” changed over the past few years and that the couple nearly walked away before they got married. “We almost didn’t film our wedding,” she revealed on air. “We almost made the decision to stop then, five years ago.” For his part, Jeremy wasn’t looking for sympathy. He’s well aware that he and his wife have it pretty great and always have. But still. Being in front of a camera does take its toll after all these episodes. “There’s a lot of mental energy that people underestimate when it comes to filming and being on TV,” he said on this same podcast. Elsewhere, Matt Roloff now lives part-time in Arizona. He may soon get engaged to girlfriend Caryn Chandler and Amy Roloff may soon get engaged to boyfriend Chris Marek. These relationships could provide the program with lots of storyline fodder — or they could mean that it’s time for the plug to be pulled because the Roloffs are becoming a far more splintered unit. Thankfully, for now at least, it appears as if TLC is choosing the former as a direction to go in. Tori, meanwhile, has made it clear for months that she and Zach are down for many more seasons. In honor of Christmas last month, she shared the above photo of herself and her son and got all gushy and sentimenal for the holidays. This is what she wrote: Today is always such a bittersweet day. Bitter because it’s the end of another beautiful holiday season and year. Sweet because I have the opportunity to reflect on my life and all that I have to be grateful for. This kid takes center stage of my heart daily. He brings me so much joy and love. I am so grateful to God for the blessings he has given to my family. I hope you can find time between today and New Years to really give thanks to our savior for what you have in your life. I know this time of year can be really hard for some but I hope you dig deep to find things that you’re thankful for-it’s good for the soul and keeps you moving. Happy holidays friends! Bird Box took Netflix by storm over the holidays. In the film, Sandra Bullock is one of the survivors of a worldwide phenomenon in which treachurous entities inflict madness upon people who see them. To survive, she and the others — including two children — blindfold themselves almost all of the time. She also takes a box of birds small birds with her. The birds alert her when the entities are nearby. Viewers were haunted by what they saw. Even celebrities were not immune. Others were merely perplexed or critical. And a lot of them were downright thirsty. Take a look: 1. Let’s start with the Crowned Queen of Twitter Chrissy Teigen could just as easily have had this nightmare after watching Netflix’s The Dragon Prince, if fan theories are correct, but she makes it very clear that this deeply anxious dream came from Bird Box. 2. There’s a lot to process Sometimes examining a story for what appears to be problems with worldbuilding can be a welcome distraction from absolute terror. For Zelda Williams and John Legend, it’s also just part of consuming media. 5. Movies can stay with you Clearly, Chrissy is still recovering. 6. But enough about terror; let’s talk about THIRST Trevante Rhodes played Tom in Bird Box. Apparently, stepmom Kate Major Lohan (pictured above with Michael Lohan ) needs a check up from the neck up too . According to PEOPLE , Kate is out here committing Christmas crimes …having allegedly attacked a bus driver before trying to drive away. On Tuesday, Kate Major Lohan was traveling for the holidays on a Bieber Tourways coach bus in Allentown, Pennsylvania, when she allegedly attacked the bus driver and attempted to drive away,  The Allentown Morning Call  reported. Major Lohan, 36, of Boca Raton, Florida, was reportedly intoxicated during the incident and allegedly attacked the driver after she missed her Hellertown stop, the outlet said. Records of the incident were reportedly obtained by The Allentown Morning Call and if there’s any truth to what the records state, Lindsay Lohan’s stepmom was doing the absolute most. PEOPLE continues: Major Lohan became angry and scolded the driver for almost 20 minutes, demanding the bus stop. At the next stop in Lower Macungie Township, the driver got off the bus and Major Lohan followed her and allegedly attacked her. Court records stated that Major Lohan, who graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School, grabbed the bus driver by the coat and refused to let her go, before rushing back onto the bus and attempting to drive away. Source: Michael Reaves / Getty Adrien Broner continues to excel at the struggle. The pro boxer got arrested just before Christmas for failing to appear in court. Seriously. Reports TMZ : The boxing star was busted Sunday in Broward County, Florida after a warrant for his arrest was issued for failure to appear in court earlier this month. He was booked in county jail and then released … court records show. The bench warrant stems from a case dating back to December 2017 … after he was arrested for having no driver’s license, speeding, no registration or proof of insurance. Since that arrest, he’s failed to appear in court several times … which led to a previous arrest in July for failure to appear. Last we heard from Broner, he was getting sued for failing to pay a $1.152M bill for jewelry . Hope they weren’t banking on that dough for the holidays.
