Kanye is becoming quite the protective husband and father… Kanye West Trying To Protect North From The Paparazzi First he tries to keep Kim off of reality TV , now he wants Nori protected from the paps . Looks like Yeezy’s working double time to delete the hoeness Kardashian stigma from his union with Kim. Via RadarOnline : Stay away from my daughter! Kanye West is one scared papa when it comes to his precious baby North West and RadarOnline has exclusively learned that he’s taking drastic measures and extra precautions to keep his little girl safe. Kim Kardashian’s husband has always been an awkward daddy, telling his mother-in-law Kris Jenner that he couldn’t even properly put her car seat in the car, but he’s taking her security very seriously now. “Kim and Kanye have been arguing over all of the exposure North got during the wedding,” a source close to the Yeezus rapper told Radar. “He was frustrated that the baby was in public so much and he wants to make sure that now that all of those festivities are over that she’s protected.” Marrying into the very public Kardashian family and having every detail of their lives exposed apparently makes Kanye very nervous. The source told Radar that Kanye’s problem with his daughter getting photos taken by paparazzi and by friends and put on social media isn’t a “control issue,” but worry for her safety. “Kanye isn’t trying to control any press about North. He’s genuinely afraid for her safety and doesn’t want people to be able to track her every move.” The doting dad has been trying to figure out a way to make sure his only child is safe from anyone that might want to get too close. “He is talking to other really rich and famous people about how they keep their kids safe and what extra precautions he can take. He isn’t taking any chances.” Do you think Papa West stands a chance against Mama Kris? You know the queen Momager probably wants to milk KimYe’s Western Union for all it’s worth…
Take that racist Jedi weirdos! Lupita Nyong’o Officially Joins “Star Wars: Episode VII” Cast Via The Washington Post: Finally, Lupita Nyong’o’s first post-Oscar role has been made official: “Star Wars: Episode VII.” No word on what breakout star Nyongo’o, who swept award season with a devastating turn in “12 Years a Slave,” will play in the highly anticipated franchise film directed by J.J. Abrams. Production company Lucasfilm made the announcement Monday morning; also joining Nyong’o is actress Gwendoline Christie (“Game of Thrones,” “Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2″). “I could not be more excited about Lupita and Gwendoline joining the cast of ‘Episode VII,’” Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy said in a statement. “It’s thrilling to see this extraordinarily talented ensemble taking shape.” The previously announced cast includes original stars Harrison Ford (Han Solo), Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia), Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) and Kenny Baker (R2-D2). In addition, newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson and Max von Sydow. The news broke in a grand announcement in late April, after weeks of rumors about who would reunite for the film, scheduled for a Dec. 18, 2015, release. There’s been lots of chatter about Nyong’o’s next big career move, especially in light of her Oscar win and the unfortunately typical type of lackluster roles out there for younger actresses — the 31-year-old had stayed quiet on that front since award season. She’s reportedly in talks for a voiceover part in a new adaptation of “The Jungle Book,” and she recently optioned the film rights to Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s novel “Americanah.” There are rumors that Nyong’o could be playing Obi-Wan-Kenobi’s descendent in the film. What you think? Is little Lupita a good fit for “Star Wars”?

Laverne Cox Earns Best Supporting Actress Critics’ Choice Nod After making history with a TIME Magazine cover feature , Laverne Cox is now breaking ground for transgender actresses in the industry with a nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Mind you, the Critics’ Choice Awards are a pretty good barometer for what shows and actors will sweep the Emmys later this year…so it’s likely that she’ll cop even bigger accolades later in the year. With the rough time Black women have getting meaningful roles and equal recognition in Hollywood, do you think it’s fair for a transgender actress to be nominated in the women’s category? Or, on the flip side, since she identifies and lives her life as female, does she deserve a nomination in the women’s category regardless of what may or may not be between her legs? What are your thoughts?

Other than that, we’re told the wedding dinner was magical — starting with the food … one source tells us, “It was all French stuff. Pretty much everything was truffled.” But the best part … we’re told the jars of caviar with blini were other-worldly. We’re told the party was cocktail style … lots of mingling … and of course, there was a roving magician … but not just any roving magician … Kimye hired David Blaine. The 2014 update of Godzilla opens theaters Friday May 16th. Actor Richard T. Jones Talks To BOSSIP About “Godzilla” Movie BOSSIP had the pleasure of talking to actor Richard T. Jones about his role in the film. Check out our exclusive interview below: BOSSIP: Tell us about your role in the film. Richard T. Jones: I play Captain Russell Hampton, I’m the commander of the Navy vessel that we’re using to track the Mutos to see where they’re going, to figure out what they’re doing, why they’re here, what’s their plan. We’re trying to figure out how to defeat them and prevent further casualties. Is it safe to assume the black guy doesn’t die first this time? I don’t die at all actually. It’s one of those movies where Godzilla is the lead. It’s a Godzilla movie and we’re all riding his back but they hold it down, but Aaron [Taylor-Johnson] and Bryan Cranston and Ken Watanabe really hold down most of the meat. I just get the good fortune of working with them. As far as sci-fi you previously did “Super 8,” how did the two films compare? Very different, definitely one is more typical sci-fi with the aliens in that sense and JJ Abrams is a monster, so I love him. And with Gareth [Edwards], Gareth is amazing too. They’re similar in bigness and similar in styles, very relaxed and cool and collaborative. Real low egos. You’d expect more ego in these guys, but they have none. Other than that, very big movies, grand in scale, so they’re similar in that sense, but I think they’re very different movies. And very different characters. I was a bad guy in “Super 8″ and I like to think I’m a good guy in this. For people who are fans of the cult classic “Godzilla,” how do you think this will measure up? I think they’ll be ecstatic about this. This is so true to the original but it brings a new element to it I think they’ll be thrilled. The way Gareth introduces Godzilla, the way he shows his heroic side. I think it’s amazing. I think they’re going to flip. What are the challenges as an actor when you’re working with a lot of special effects? After working in “Super 8″ it made it a lot easier to do that. I always tell people it’s kinda like going back to when you were a kid and playing in your room and you can imagine anything. I have kids now and I see them do it all the time, so when I do these types of movies that’s what it reminds me of. You almost have to just try to play, you almost have to do it over the top the first few times and get out of your head. You gotta kinda make fun of yourself and that makes it easier. Have your kids seen the movie? My kids saw it with me yesterday and they loved it. What did you take away from the film? Every time I do a project it’s always about the encounters with the people. I spent a lot of time with Ken [Watanabe] and David [Strathairn] and Sally [Hawkins]. Just sweet individuals. I always take away the experience of working with the different actors and crew members. It’s always good to see the same faces when you do something totally different. When I did “Super 8″ we had the same army instructor, so when I went out to Vancouver he was out there. It’s good to reunite with people. So what do you think? Are you going to see “Godzilla?”
