The little girl must have missed out on having a strong male (or adult period) in her life because these two look crazy! According to The Miami Herald : The young girl had run away from home to be with her much-older boyfriend and within a day her beau made a shocking demand, according to police: Become his prostitute or go home…The 13-year-old agreed. She worked the Biscayne Boulevard strip, giving the man half the money she earned, police said, until he threatened to kill her. Now that man, Daron Eugene Sneed, 26, is in jail and facing a slew of charges, including procuring a person under the age of 18 for prostitution. He is being held in a Miami-Dade jail without bail. A woman who worked with him — and, police said, helped train the girl to be a prostitute — also was arrested on various charges. Melquinice T. Macklin, 20, was being held in a Miami-Dade jail on $2 million bail. Both were booked into jail Thursday after a lengthy investigation. Reached by phone, Macklin’s mother, who did not give her name, said “Those are just allegations. Obviously that’s why we have the court of law.” The investigation involved Miami-Dade schools police, Miami police and the State Attorney’s Office. It was the fall of 2011. The girl was waiting for her school bus at Northwest 22nd Avenue and 183rd Street when Sneed, also known as “Killer,” went up and befriend her. They kept in touch, first through their cell phones, later meeting up in person at a playground. On Sept. 11, 2011, the girl ran away from home with Sneed. While on a bus to Biscayne Boulevard, Sneed convinced her to work as a prostitute, “telling her that, if she didn’t do it, then she would have to return home,” the affidavit said. He knew her age was 13. She performed her first act of prostitution 15 minutes after getting on Biscayne inside an abandoned home for $80. Macklin gave the girl lessons in how to be a prostitute, the affidavit said, even though the girl had been reported as a runaway. For about a week, she worked mostly out of the Kings Motel, 7150 Biscayne Blvd., giving half the money she earned to Sneed, who beat up johns who refused to pay, according to the affidavit. Macklin and Sneed supervised, using the money for food and shelter. On Sept. 17, 2011, the girl left after Sneed threatened to kill her. The untitled project centers on a wealthy academic who has become the first black president of a prestigious liberal arts college. He and his family are thrust into national headlines, forcing them to present an idyllic public façade, all while engaging in agonizing personal battles and struggling with dark obsessions.Playwright Thomas Bradshaw is on board to write and co-executive produce the hourlong effort, with Winfrey and Harpo’s Kate Forte attached as executive producers. According to Hollywoodscoop: Denzel Washington has a couple of Oscars under his belt and is one of the most respected actors in Hollywood, so what’s his secret? Studying YouTube videos, apparently. Denzel’s new film Flight tells the story of a rogue pilot who saves a plane from crashing. After an investigation is launched, they discover that he was drunk the entire time. To channel his best “inner drunk” Denzel turned to the expert in drunk-people-doing-things: the Internet. “You can YouTube drunks, there are thousands, they are amazing,” Denzel told Hollyscoop at the Los Angeles premiere of Flight. “There’s this one guy that’s trying to open a door and it takes about a half hour or something.” He gives us this tip, “YouTube ‘drunk trip.’” Denzel also researched how to play an alcoholic pilot the old-fashioned way – get drunk and fly a plane. “I just drank a lot,” Denzel joked to HS, “[but for] the flying stuff, we got the flight simulator.” But this is Hollywood after-all, and not everything you see is real. Denzel says it wasn’t so much flying as “acting like I was flying. We never actually flew, we flew the flight simulators, but to feel like a pilot is a cool feeling.” Denzel told us why he was attracted to role, “It’s a very good script, it’s a unique role that I haven’t played before. Moammar Gadhafi’s Youngest Son Reportedly Killed In Libya Isht is real in Libya… According to NBC News: Khamis Gadhafi, youngest son of slain Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi, was reported dead Saturday, exactly a year after his father died. There were conflicting reports about whether Khamis Gadhafi was captured alive but gravely wounded after a gunbattle in Bani Walid, a pro-Gadhafi stronghold where fighting has raged for three days. And Khamis Gadhafi has been reported killed several times, including in an August 2011 NATO airstrike. Al Arabiya news agency reported that sources told it Khamis Gadhafi was severely wounded and arrested but that he later died. However, Al Arabiya also said, Mohamed al-Magarief, the head of Libya’s democratically elected General National Congress, told the agency the late dictator’s son was killed during the clashes. A Libyan journalist told NBC News that Khamis Gadhafi was captured while fleeing in a convoy. His right leg had been amputated, but it was not clear if that was a result of recent fighting or a previous injury. The seventh son of Col. Moammar Gadhafi, Khamis Gadhafi is known as one of the most hardline of Gadhafi’s sons. His reported death prompted wild celebrations in Misrata, Libya’s third city, where fireworks and car horns filled the night, the Russian Times reported. He was reviled there for atrocities allegedly perpetrated by the 32nd Brigade, a special unit he formed after studying in a Russian military academy, the Russian Times said.
