Another email targeting ESPN reporter and Dancing with the Stars contender Erin Andrews has been released, and it doesn’t exactly make the guy look small time. He’s already made death threats , but now he’s getting even more specific, making it crystal clear that he’s not to be taken lightly (and needs a team of shrinks). The loser from Newport News, Va., has been sending sexual and violent emails to Erin Andrews via DirecTV’s The Dan Patrick Show since back in September. The emails turned violent and threatening in late March, right around when she made her debut on Dancing with the Stars with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. He recently wrote , “I would like to see if Erin Andrews can dance her way through a hail of gunfire. Better yet I would love to shoot her with a Barrett rifle.” Erin and Maksim have earned praise on Dancing with the Stars . Unfortunately, a deranged lunatic would like to see her eliminated … from the show and planet . That’s just a cruel play on words, as her previous stalker – the tool who videotaped Erin Andrews nude in her hotel room illegally – is named Michael David Barrett. Also scary? A Barrett rifle has a range of over a mile. Just the same, in spite of this email and others, the FBI is resistant to making an arrest, because authorities believe the author is engaging in protected free speech. We just hope Erin is protected. Sources familiar with the author say that “he’s 6’9″ and bulky.” Apparently size and height don’t correlate to sanity or brainpower.

A source very familiar with the situation tells TMZ that “It’s a positive sign about Sandra’s relationship with Jesse.” The source would not elaborate on why that is. As speculation continues to build about Sandra Bullock’s plans to leave Jesse James, a moving van was seen in front of James’ Seal Beach, Calif., home. According to celebrity photo and gossip agency X17, movers loaded a couch, a love seat and numerous boxes onto the truck, while a man and a woman in a separate car also arrived around the same time to pick up additional items. Bullock has been laying low in her Hollywood Hills home ever since the humiliating cheating scandal exploded surrounding her husband of nearly five years. She has scarcely been seen in the past couple of weeks, with assistants coming and going from the house, which she owned prior to marrying James. Jesse James and Sandra Bullock in happier times. Like a month ago. The Academy Award winner is said to have moved out of the Seal Beach house on March 15, after she learned of James’ tawdry affair with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee . A Bullock pal says that the actress “definitely” plans to file for divorce, and that “she is over him.” But she has yet to comment or take any public action to that effect. James is seeking treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility following several allegations of his infidelity. His attorney, Joe Yanny, says he “is in love with Sandra” and that “he’s a broken man ” amid the developments of the past few weeks. A broken man of his own volition, but a broken man just the same. Kingston, who has confessed to having “Bieber fever,” explains how he came to work with the chart-topping pop star. “I met Justin about two years ago before he was the teenage phenom that he is now,” he said. “I don’t really have that same chemistry with some celebrities. God just made it happen.” So, what kind of advice does Kingston have for his pal? “I tell him stay humble, keep God first and at the end of the day you’re a role model,” he advised. But that doesn’t mean he won’t let Bieber play around with his Ferrari. “He’s Justin Bieber. If he wrecks it, I’m sure a check won’t be a problem,” Kingston joked. While Jesse James mistresses continue to come out of the woodwork, scorned Sandra Bullock has been living in her Hollywood Hills home – alone – for a week. That’s just a few miles from the house she shared with her husband, and the newly-crowned Oscar winner has gone to great lengths to stay on the down low . Wednesday, Sandra left the Hollywood Hills house she’s living in now (and lived in before marrying Jesse), taking precautions before heading to … the garage. Two of her assistants held up a tarp to block any shot from cameras. Somebody appears quite serious about her privacy right now, and it’s hard to blame her. Leave him, Sandra. Don’t pull an Elin. Sandra has rarely left, although various people have come in and out. She has not been back to the Orange County house where Jesse lives since moving out. According to sources, Sandra has no plans to return there unless he’s gone, either. Although he released a vague apology , that apparently hasn’t been enough. While she has not commented at all publicly, it looks like she’s sending a very clear message to James. Similar to the one Michelle McGee sent to the haters .
