Chris Lopez: Is He Fighting Kailyn Lowry For Custody of Lux?!

When Kailyn Lowry welcomed her third child back in August, many wondered if baby daddy Chris Lopez would play any role at all in the boy’s life. Thus far, it seems the skeptics were right, and Lopez has largely been an absentee dad. Now, however, it looks like he’s planning to make up for lost time–and that could be bad news for Kailyn. A cryptic tweet posted by Lopez earlier this week has many fans wondering if the Delaware State University student is planning to fight his ex for custody of little Lux. Lopez wrote simply, “The wait is almost over.” Obviously, the tweet doesn’t contain much in the way of new information, but many Teen Mom 2 fans believe Lopez is hinting that he’ll soon be waging a custody war against Kailyn. It would be something of a surprise move, as Lopez has apparently shown little interest in being a part of his son’s life in the months since Lux entered the world. During the Teen Mom 2 reunion show filmed back in October, Kailyn revealed that she and Chris hadn’t been in contact with one another for several weeks. “Chris and I haven’t seen each other in a month so he hasn’t seen the baby, either,” Kailyn told host Dr. Drew Pinksy. “It’s kind of a hard pill to swallow,” she added. Lowry went on to describe her relationship with Lopez in a decidedly unflattering fashion: “You know, he cheated on me my whole pregnancy. The things I went through… All the way leading up to having him was something that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy,” she told Pinsky. “You know, it was like, ‘Oh, it’ll get better, it’ll get better’ and then it never got better. There’s no contact at all.”  Recently, Chris has stooped to taking shots at Kailyn on social media, such as the photo below which shows him burning a copy of her latest memoir. Sadly, Lowry’s description of Lopez as a deadbeat dad doesn’t come as much of a surprise. During her pregnancy, Lopez reportedly informed Kailyn that he would fulfill his financial obligations to her, but had no interest in serving as a father figure in Lux’s life. It’s unclear when exactly Lopez changed his mind, but it’s clear that in Kailyn’s eyes, the decision came too late. Just last week, Kailyn changed Lux’s last name from Lopez to Lowry, seemingly to spite Chris. Needless to say, it doesn’t look as though Kail and Chris will be able to resolve their issues amicably. Long Island Medium: Larry Caputo Breaks Silence on Split From Theresa Caputo

We guess that there’s no such thing as a happy medium. (Sorry) Long Island Medium Theresa Caputo and her husband have split after 28 years together. For a little perspective, 28 years is longer than Hollywood Medium Tyler Henry has even been alive. Theresa’s husband, Larry Caputo, has now opened up about what he believes went wrong. As we told you, the couple stunned the world with their joint statement: “After 28 years of marriage, we have decided to legally separate.” “We will always love each other and our two wonderful children.” They have two children: Larry Jr. and Victoria. “We are united in supporting each other and our family.” That’s good. We see so many couples separate and immediately start verbally tearing each other to shreds. “Please respect our privacy during this time.” All that we knew for context was what we’d seen on Long Island Medium — that things were less than ideal between the couple. Well, as of yesterday, we know a bit more: On last night’s season finale of Long Island Medium, Larry explained to his friend Danny how things had become difficult in the Caputo marriage. “We’re having a difficult time.” That much, at least, we knew. “I think a lot of the frustration has to do with us not spending the time together anymore.” That can be a killer in relationships, whether they’re brand new or long-established marriages. “Along with that comes the lack of communication so it’s like losing your best friend. It’s hard.” That sounds so sad. ““As much as I try to busy myself so I’m not thinking about it, it’s still there.” The realities of your relationship don’t go away, no matter how much you try to distract yourself. “I know it’s very trying for both of us. I don’t want to make it just about me. I know it’s the same for Theresa also.” It’s good that he was feeling so much empathy for his wife, even as their relationship became strained. We don’t know whether they decided to release their statement about separation the night before the season finale to bring clarification, or in the hopes of a nice ratings boost. We don’t see why it can’t be both. But it’s so promising that the two of them are managing to get along so well. Time spent apart — because of busy careers — can really be crushing to even the sturdiest of marriages. We should note that it’s always sounded like there’s room for reconciliation and to repair this marriage. Let’s hope that they can find a way to rekindle their former happiness. The funny thing about time spent apart is that we wonder if that will stop being such a big deal in the future. Long-distance relationships are more common than ever among young people. They FaceTime or text or chat while playing multiplayer games together to catch up. it’s not the same as physical nearness, but some young couples spend the first months or even years of their relationships apart from each other. We can’t help wondering if those who begin their relationships far apart will build stronger bonds that can endure distance when they’re older. But that won’t help Theresa or Larry now. John Mayer: Hospitalized for Emergency Appendectomy

Early today, John Mayer was hospitalized for emergency surgery. Please save your “Your Body Is A Wonderland” jokes for the end. On Tuesday, Dead & Company’s official Twitter account posted this: “Early this morning, Tuesday, December 5th, John Mayer was admitted into the hospital for emergency appendectomy forcing the Dead & Company December 5th concert in New Orleans to be postponed.” Now, that can be pretty serious. The appendix might not be a vital organ, but when it begins to swell, it’s effects can be profoundly painful. If it were to burst, it would be much, much worse. Don’t freak out that it’s an “emergency appendectomy,” as … that’s generally how appendectomies work. It’s not an elective surgery; you remove it before it kills you. Even so, this is major surgery. They will in all likelihoods make a number of small incision points, one in his navel and two below his waist. They’ll then “inflate” in order to create some wiggle-room and use endoscopic tools to carefully remove the appendix. Ideally, before it bursts. Scarring will be pretty minimal — it’s not like those huge abdominal scars that people who got the surgery in years past received. Recovery will take weeks. Based upon my experience (I had an appendectomy in 2004), the worst part of recovery is dealing with lingering pain if they used carbon dioxide to make room for the endoscopic surgery. For me, that gas pain was worse than appendicitis or the surgery itself. It will probably be days before he’s willing to eat again, but unless there are complications, he should be able to be up and (very gingerly) walking as early as tomorrow. He’ll need to avoid alcohol for a few weeks and also avoid any heavy lifting. Sitting up is going to be a pain for several days, at least. Hopefully, he’ll make a full and speedy recovery. Yeah, a lot of people consider John Mayer to be a douche, but it takes more than rubbing people the wrong way to deserve to have one of your organs explode. That’s rough. Now, when the metaphorical smoke clears and it’s announced that John Mayer has made a full recovery, then we can start making jokes. The “Your Body Is A Wonderland” jokes. Perhaps some jokes at the expense of Katy Perry, one of John Mayer’s many famous exes. As we all recall,  Katy Perry ranked John Mayer as the best at sex  when compared to Diplo and Orlando Bloom. If you feel like making a joke with twists and turns, you can even try to make a joke connecting John Mayer’s misbehaving appendix with his allegedly large penis. (I’ve thought of several but wouldn’t care to subject anyone to them) That’s up to you; just don’t tell inappropriate jokes at work. The Twitter account posted an update: “All tickets for the December 5 show will be honored for the rescheduled date. Information on the rescheduled date will be announced as soon as possible. Should ticketholders choose to seek a refund, they will be available at point of purchase.” That’s great news, though we’re sure that ticketholders are currently more concerned about John Mayer’s well-being than they are about what to do with their tickets. We all look forward to when we can poke fun at John Mayer’s goofy statements instead of worrying about his health.

Jill Duggar Shows Off TATTOO on Instagram!

It’s happening, folks. Like Jinger and Jessa before her, Jill Duggar is finally defying the arch-conservatve views and arbitrarily strict rules of her upbringing. And she’s giving us all a front row seat to the rebellion. Last week, Jill’s nose ring stunned fans, who are accustomed to seeing the mother of two stick with the prairie wife aesthetic favored by her mother. Considering Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar were reportedly outraged when Jill’s sister Jinger started wearing pants , the decision to display a semi-permanent body modification on social media was a bold one. Sure, the Duggar girls might sport pierced ears, and the Duggar dress code might not specifically address the issue of facial piercings, but Jill knew how her parents would react to the sight of her looking like a Hot Topic employee who moonlights at Claire’s, circa 1997. Similarly, she knew how they’d react to her latest pic. Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you, Jill Duggar’s tattoo: Yes, that’s Jill’s hand sharing the frame with her youngest son, Samuel. You may have noticed that Jill’s “tattoo” is stenciled in temporary Henna ink. So yes, the reaction from her traditionalist parents probably hasn’t been as severe as if she were sporting permanent body art, but if you know anything about Jim Bob and Michelle, you know they’re not big on even mild displays of individuality and worldliness. Not surprisingly, Jill’s fashion statement has garnered a negative reaction from some of her more conservative fans. “My teenage girls looked to you as a role model and now the piercing and henna. Worldly worldly,” wrote one of Jill’s followers. “Thankfully they don’t look to that way anymore. I think we were warned when you were broken-hearted about your hubby cutting off his long hair.” “Isn’t that a little wild for a so-called ‘simple, modest girl?'” remarked another. Tough crowd.  Fortunately, many were appreciative of Jill’s ink, and praised her flare for self-expression. “I LOVE the henna! Six years of being a hippy dippy midwife and I still haven’t completed that bucket list item!” one fan commented “She is hated for her lifestyle regardless of what she does… what is wrong with people?” asked another. As with all acts of Duggar rebellion, this one is pretty innocuous to those of us living in the modern world. But what’s important is that Jill knew she might face backlash or even consequences, and she showed her new tatt off anyway. Sure, the ink is temporary. Kenya Moore: I’m Pregnant! Shhhh!

Guess who’s pregnant! Kenya Moore’s marriage has been controversial for her career in more ways than one. And recently, it’s looked like Kenya and Marc Daly might be headed for divorce . But the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is reportedly pregnant! That welcome blessing might solve at least one of her problems. Okay, so back in June (which feels like a few weeks ago but also like a decade ago, because 2017 is a nightmare that exists outside of normal time), we told you that  Kenya Moore got married to Marc Daly . This was a bigger deal than usual … because the wedding was secret. Not just from the public, but from producers of The Real Housewives of Atlanta . There was a very real chance that Kenya Moore could get fired for her secret wedding , because when you sign on to do a reality series about your life, producers don’t expect you to not only hide your wedding, but the fact that you’re planning to get married at all. To compound the problem, Marc Daly didn’t want to appear on The Real Housewives of Atlanta . We don’t just mean his wedding — he, himself, did not want to appear on it. He believes that the series does not portray black men in a positive manner (he’s definitely not alone in that) and wants to take no part in it. And that’s a problem for Kenya, because it’s a problem for producers. See, to be on a reality series, it takes a little more than feuding with Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann . You need an actual storyline. And that means your husband being on camera. Now, it’s turned out that Kenya’s found a storyline — Marc’s physical absence. He spends a lot of time in New York for business, but that is a stressful factor in his newlywed life with Kenya. It does, however, give Kenya something to talk about on camera. But now she has something else that’s much more positive to discuss: Industry on Blast reports that Kenya Moore is pregnant . Their report states that the 46-year-old and her husband are happy about the news, but that she’s waiting to announce it until she reaches a point at which she’s sure that her pregnancy can continue to term. (Miscarriages early into a pregnancy aren’t uncommon, and no one wants to make the joyful announcement and then have to follow it up) Reportedly, Kenya Moore received IVF treatments in Barbados over a period of a few weeks in order to conceive — many couples seek IVF, but particularly those who are concerned that age may be a factor. Congratulations are in order for this RHOA couple! And while a pregnancy can’t fix a marriage that’s on the rocks, it can solve Kenya’s other problem: If she’s pregnant, maybe Kenya Moore will no longer be pressured to prioritize her career over her husband . (Or vice versa) Because, honestly, who cares about somebody’s marriage when there’s an adorable baby on the way? There’s pregnancy storylines, childbirth storylines, and then newborn baby storylines! And remember how Kenya’s future on the series was uncertain? We were just talking earlier today about how Meghan King Edmonds avoided getting fired from The Real Housewives of Orange County by getting pregnant. Rachel Lindsay & Bryan Abasolo: Preparing to Elope?!

We all make mistakes. Most of us don’t have our mistakes broadcast on international television. But the whole world saw Rachel Lindsay choose Bryan Abasolo . They’re still together though, and Rachel’s talking about wedding plans. But … it sounds like she might just elope. Speaking to Us Weekly , Rachel Lindsay gushed about her engagement to Bryan Abasolo and how eager she is to tie the knot. “I’m ready to be married.” Well, it would have been weird for her to go on The Bachelor and then star on The Bachelorette otherwise. “I keep saying winter wedding, which more so with the process of everything is what it’s looking like, but honestly I could elope with Bryan tomorrow.” A winter wedding sounds lovely, right? Elopement sounds … well, it probably sounds a lot easier. And apparently Rachel’s mother agrees. “And it’s so funny because my mom texted me the other day and she goes, ‘Secretly I would love for you to just elope.’” It’s hard to tell if her mother really wants that or if she’s just fatigued at the idea of this huge, expensive wedding. “The family loves him,” Rachel claims. That sounds a little different from what we saw on Hometown Dates, but … okay. “I want good music, good vibes, a lot of family and friends around, and I just want it to be a big reunion, that I know.” That sounds like what most people want for their weddings. “Someone said the other day, ‘What about having the wedding in Colombia?’ and actually that’s a thought that we’re thinking about right now.” What would be the point of a winter wedding if it’s in Columbia? But she’s a Texas girl, and perhaps doesn’t enjoy the cold. “That’s the first time I’ve said that out loud!” Usually , you want your fiance or at least your wedding planner to be the person you tell, not Carly from Us Weekly . No offense to Carly. Rachel Lindsay talks about her friends that she made within the Bachelor Nation. “They’re with me everywhere.” Awww, that’s sweet to imagine. “I’m stuck with them for life.” That … well, we’re sure that she’s joking. She goes on to gush about what it’s like to be engaged to Bryan Abasolo. “Bryan’s romantic every day.” He promised her a fairytale romance, and it sounds like he’s delivering. “He’s always giving me massages, he’s always catering to my needs to the point where I’m like, ‘Hold on. Let me do something for you.’” That sounds like it might be bordering on TMI, but it also sounds very pleasant. “Bryan’s just very sweet. Whenever I need something he’s very attentive to it, so I would say he’s romantic every single day.” She also talks about their disagreements when it comes to children: “I want four kids. Bryan wants three, but he also says it depends on how many we can afford.” We never imagined that we’d say this, but … we’re team Bryan Abasolo. “See, this is what I mean about Bryan, he’s so practical. I’m just like, ‘Give me all the babies. If we can’t have them, we’re adopting.’ So we’ll see.” Let’s see if she still wants four after a few months of infant-induced sleep deprivation. Rachel talks about some more immediate plans that she and Bryan have. “We’re spending Christmas with his family.” Bryan Abasolo has gushed in the past about how much his grandma loves Rachel Lindsay . “We’re gonna be two weeks in Miami. He spent Thanksgiving with my family, so it’s all been so seamless in how it’s all come together.” Well, if you like wasting part of winter in warm climates where the weather takes “winter” as a mere suggestion, Miami sounds lovely. Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer: We’re Gonna Have a Baby!

Don't you just love hearing details about the strange, strange couple that is Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer? Of course you do — it's human nature to feel compelled to look at a train wreck, and if Ryan and Mack aren't a train wreck, then what are they? Somehow, someway, they managed to make themselves into one of the most hated couples in the Teen Mom franchise, and that's really saying something. So hey, why not throw a new baby in the mix?! 1. A Love Story Ryan and Mackenzie have been together since sometime last fall. That’s when she was introduced on Teen Mom OG, and we know they got engaged last December. At first, if you’ll remember, many people thought that Mackenzie seemed sweet, stable, and like she’d be a good influence on Ryan. And those people were wrong. 2. Worse and Worse … On the last OG season, we saw them planning their wedding, and we also saw Ryan continue to be just high out of his mind. Maci confirmed that he was doing drugs, but Ryan and Mackenzie didn’t mention anything of the sort until the season finale. 3. A Parking Lot Wedding to Remember For some reason concerning Bentley’s custody that still doesn’t really make sense, Ryan and Mackenzie decided to get married in a quick little ceremony in a parking lot in May instead of waiting for their planned wedding in November. Ryan drove them both to the wedding, and it wasn’t a great time. 4. Nope Nope Nope He was nodding off behind the wheel, so much that Mackenzie had to help him steer. Instead of instructing him to pull over, she concerned herself with turning of MTV’s cameras in the car, and we heard her ask him if he’d been taking Xanax “again.” 5. What a Fairytale Even though Ryan could have easily killed them on the drive over, and even though their only guests were Ryan’s devastated parents, they got married anyway. The whole thing was shocking and depressing and just very, very bad. Some have even called it the darkest moment in Teen Mom history. 6. Off to Rehab On the reunion special for that season, Mackenzie claimed that that fateful wedding drive was the very first time she ever noticed Ryan’s drug use, and that she shipped him off to rehab the very next day. It’s a little hard to believe, especially considering that thousands of strangers noticed his drug use at least a year before, but hey, sure. View Slideshow

Pamela Anderson Said WHAT About Harvey Weinstein Accusers?!?

Pamela Anderson doesn't have much sympathy for the women who have accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment or assault. Several weeks ago, countless alleged victims came out and claimed the movie producer made unwanted passes at them or forced them to take part in unwanted sex acts. More than one has even claimed she was raped by Weinstein . Thanks to these courageous women, numerous others have come out and leveled charges of similar mistreatment against such stars as Louis CK, Charlie Rose and Matt Lauer. But Anderson doesn't see Weinstein's accusers as brave or courageous. She sees them as… stupid?!? “It was common knowledge that certain producers or certain people in Hollywood or people to avoid, privately,” Anderson told Megyn Kelly on Friday morning, adding: “You know what you're getting into if you're going into a hotel room alone.” Did they, though? Did these young women, many of whom were just starting out in Hollywood, really know Weinstein was such a monster? And what is Anderson's general point here anyway? Is she really placing even an ounce of blame on the victims of sexual assault? Saying you should have known better after someone gets raped is never a good look. The ex-Baywatch star went on to say women need the “ability of self-protection.” Meaning what, exactly? “There are a lot of self-protection courses. There is even a well known story of suffragettes learning martial arts.” Asked about her comments by TMZ, Anderson insists she was “not victim blaming.” Weinstein is absolutely “a sexist pig and a bully,” she added and the women did not deserve what he reportedly did to them. Still, she says she won't be “coerced into apology” and she stands by her original comments to Kelly. Watch them in context below. What do you think?
