Joe Giudice Files Desperate Final Appeal: It’s the BANK’S Fault I Committed Fraud!

Desperate times call for desperate measures, and no one is more desperate these days than reality-star-turned-inmate Joe Giudice. The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, Joe was found guilty on fraud charges along with his wife back in 2015. At this point, the sentences have been served, but for Joe, the punishment might be just getting started. A citizen of Italy (Joe was born in the village of Saronno, but his family relocated to Jersey when he was just a year old.), Giudice is facing deportation for his crimes. Giudice says he knows nothing of Italy and doesn’t even speak the language. Furthermore, Teresa Giudice has no plans to join her husband overseas, so the move would likely have quite an impact on Joe’s marriage, as well as his relationship with his four daughters. We say all of this simply to explain why someone would fight tooth and nail to avoid being kicked out of New Jersey. Anyway, as we reported yesterday, Joe received an extension on his final appeal , which is huge, as he recently earned the support of a high-powered advocacy group called the Immigrant Rights Clinic of Washington Square Legal Services (IRC). With the IRC in his corner, Joe is trying a new tactic. Basically, this is that part of the legal drama where the underdog client meets the hot-shot lawyer who vows to put the system on trial. While Joe’s previous lawyers attempted to convince the court that he shouldn’t be kicked out of the country because he’s lived here for basically his entire life, his new legal team is arguing that he never should have been sent to prison in the first place, as he’s essentially a modern-day Robin Hood. Giudice’s lawyers now claim that Joe is not guilty of “aggravated felony” (the charge that serves as the basis for deportation) because he scammed Wells Fargo, a bank that previously issued loans in a way that “amounted to consumer fraud.” “Here the Petitioner will show that a bank legally compelled to forgive a fraudulently made loan should not be held to have suffered a loss from fraud,” Joe’s attorneys wrote in a brief filed earlier this week. Yes, Team Giudice is now arguing that this was essentially crook-on-crook crime, and Joe and Teresa never should have been imprisoned in the first place. “Proceedings were incorrectly instituted, and should have been terminated,” the lawyers say of the Giudices original criminal trial. Even if that swing for the fences doesn’t pay off, Joe might find himself receiving some much-needed mercy from the court. His lawyers are employing several strategies in their final push to keep him in the States, including reminding the judge that he’s spent the past several decades building a life in the Garden State. “He married his wife Teresa, a United States citizen, on October 23. 1999. The couple has four children, all born in the United States,” the papers stated. Nicole Nafziger: DUMPED by Azan When She Ran Out of Cash?

Fans have been concerned for years that Azan Tefou, whose real name is Hassan, is just stringing along Nicole Nafziger. Viewers of this latest season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? haven't exactly been reassured by the content of Season 4. The plan remains the same: Nicole will embark on an expensive trip, meet up with Azan, and eventually bring him to the US with her. Nicole keeps showing a lot of eagerness. Azan, from what 90 Day Fiance viewers have seen, has not. After their latest mysteriously canceled trip, fans have been reporting that Azan is finally done catfishing her. Not because he had a moral wakeup call — but because she ran out of cash to send him. Is it true? Take a look: 1. Is it over? A lot of fans want to see Nicole get her happily ever after, but some of her supporters are less and less sure that she can get that with Azan. No matter how you feel about them as a couple, if this new breakup rumor about them is true, it’s going to be huge for the fandom. 2. First, they tried 90 Day Fiance Nicole apparently signed up because she thought that the show might help with the K-1 visa process. Nope! Where’s the drama in that? The paperwork (and it is expensive) remains the American spouse’s job. 3. That didn’t work Nicole says that men Azan’s age are not having any luck getting K-1 visas. Young Muslim men having trouble getting into the US is pretty believable, unfortunately. That said … this is the same couple who claims that Morocco doesn’t allow money to be sent out, which does not appear to be true. 4. The plan is still to live in America It’s just that that plan now involves extra steps, beyond those of the K-1 visa. 5. So they’ll get married in Morocco! That’s what Nicole and Azan tried to do, only to call off the wedding … twice. Nicole’s family is in less good humor about losing out travel money than Nicole herself. 6. Nicole promised that she’d made a careful investment She told her fans and family alike that she’d given Azan $6,000 so that he could start a shop in Morocco. It was a very vaguely defined store, and people worried that she was being scammed. Nicole’s intention was to put people at ease because they were laying the groundwork for their future together. Billie Lee Quits Vanderpump Rules: I’m Sick of Working With Bullies!

As it enters its eighth season,  Vanderpump Rules is beginning to reach the point where most reality shows begin to show signs of age. Producers have tried to combat this phenomenon by experimenting with new cast members, but thus far, the new additions haven’t fared well — and now, it seems another one has officially bitten the dust. According to a new report from Radar Online, SUR hostess Billie Lee has decided to leave her station after just two seasons on VPR. An insider tells Radar that Billie “quit filming for the upcoming season 8″ this week. Since the show is currently filming, we can assume this was an abrupt decision. And the insider’s comments seem to confirm that Lee quit as a result of hostility on set. “Billie Lee has had a really hard time with the disrespect and negative thoughts overall from the show and from certain co-stars,” the source explains. “She is sick of the bullies and the backlash that she’s gotten on social media.” The insider adds that Lee hopes this will be the beginning of a new stage in her career, adding: “She is ready to do her own thing now, and is trying to pitch her own show. She doesn’t need any of that drama anymore.” Billie represented an attempt to bring a little diversity to the mayo-white series as the show’s first transgender cast member. But she clashed with co-stars from the very start, most notably Katie Maloney and Lala Kent. While the Vanderpump cast may not have conducted themselves with the utmost decorum in their dealings with Billie Lee, they’re pretty much a-holes to everyone, including each other, and they have a pretty good track record with regard to the LGBTQ community (albeit not in terms of representation). All of this is to say it seems like a leap to chalk the tension with Billie up to transphobia, which is what many viewers are currently doing on social media. It’s worth noting that the reason Billie fit with the cast so well at the beginning is that she has quite a lengthy track record of unstable behavior herself. Highlights include lashing out at Stassi Schroeder when Schroeder went public with allegations of sexual misconduct against Jeremy Madix and accusing her co-workers of bigotry for failing to personally invite her to a party. “When yo (sic) co-workers don’t include the only trans girl in GIRLS night at your own job! On the night you work! #rudeAF #TransIsBeautiful,”  But if it’s the night you work … why would they need to invite you to a party at your place of employment? Anyway, Billie Lee joins Vail Bloom , Whoever Scheana Is F–king This Season, and James Kennedy on the list of failed new additions to the Vanderpump cast. We know James is still on the show, but we’re pretty sure he’s the only one who considers that a good thing. Jokes aside, we wish Billie Lee all the best in her future endeavors — although it sounds like she’s always got a job waiting for her at SUR should she change her mind. “Lisa has encouraged Billie to stay and to keep growing. Jorge Nava: 90 Day Fiance Alum’s Life in Prison Exposed!

Just weeks ago, Anfisa Nava dominated her her very first bodybuilding competition. But her husband, Jorge, isn’t just sitting idly by in prison and keeping up with his wife’s string of successes. We now know exactly what Jorge has been up to behind bars: In February of 2018, just two days before Valentine’s Day, Jorge Nava was pulled over with 293 pounds of marijuana in his truck. Unfortunately, he was in Arizona at the time — where drug laws are stome of the stiffest in the nation. On September 7 of 2018, Jorge began serving his approximately two-and-a-half year sentence. We all know what Anfisa has been up to since then — she’s a student and she’s dominating in bodybuilding competitions. But what is Jorge up to behind bars? RadarOnline reports that Jorge has had three different jobs since he first reported to prison. First, he worked as a garbage collector. In that role, Jorge completed 42 hours in the role. At his evaluation on March 26, he was given a new task. Within the short month-and-a-half that followed, Jorge worked as a kitchen clerk from March 26 to May 20, where he completed a whopping 282 hours. Anfisa has mentioned on Instagram that she’s been cooking more for herself lately. Well Jorge has been doing more coooking, too — but for others. As a kitchen cook, he has put in 256 hours betweeen May 20 and July 1. His most recent evaluation was on the first of July. It is not clear what his current go-to- job around the prison may be this month. Jorge and Anfisa were such a volatile couple that many were surprised that they even remained married as long as they did. ( Love casually dropping that to fans who only watch the show — ” yes, they’re still together … but Jorge is in jail” …) Ultimately, they worked on their marriage and made it work …. right up until the news broke that Jorge had been arrested. Some who have insulted Anfisa, calling her a gold digging skank who was just after Jorge’s money. Anfisa was never shy about being interested in being taken care of financially, it’s true. But now, she’s after more than that. … These days, Anfisa is dividing her time between her studies and her bodybuilding. After Anfisa knocked it out of the park at her first bodybuilding bikini competition, fans were excited. It was one thing to see her dabbling in something that interested a small number of fans. But winning? Well, everybody wants to see their favorite reality stars go out and win things. Anfisa has ensured that she is the center of attention for fans, and her fame may only increase from here on out. Notably, Jorge and Anfisa are no longer appearing on 90 Day Fiance . The concept of Happily Ever After? cameras possibly even allowed film within parts of the prison would have been intriguing. Lashana Lynch Cast as 007 in New James Bond Movie, Much to the Chagrin of Racsts

It’s a really tough time to be a racist in America. First, Disney dared to cast an African-American as Ariel in its upcoming The Little Mermaid remake. Then, President Donald Trump said the typically quiet part out loud when Tweeting that a quartet of Congresswomen ought to “leave” America and return to the country from where they are from. And now these same racists have lost James Bond. Sort of, that is. According to The Daily Mail,  Lashana Lynch — a 31-year old actress most recently seen in Captain Marvel — has been cast as 007 in the upcoming James Bond movie. No, Lynch will not portray Bond himself. Daniel Craig has signed on to reprise his role as this legendary British agent in the impending (and currently untitled) film… but Lynch will come in as a new secret agent, taking over Bond’s iconic codename. In what way? How will this work? An insider tells the aforementioned publication the blockbuster will center on how Bond has retired from the agency, only to be called back for duty to help deal with a new crisis. “There is a pivotal scene at the start of the film where M says ‘Come in 007’, and in walks Lashana who is black, beautiful and a woman,” writes The Mail, adding: “It’s a popcorn-dropping moment. Bond is still Bond, but he’s been replaced as 007 by this stunning woman.” The source goes on to explain that Bond is “sexually attracted to the new female 007 and tries his usual seduction tricks,” but he is “baffled when they don’t work.”  There’s also another way in which the movie will be updated to better fit in with the current day and age: The Mail insider claims that the term “Bond girls” has been removed from use and replaced with “Bond women.” “This is a Bond for the modern era who will appeal to a younger generation while sticking true to what we all expect in a Bond film,” the insider adds in this report, continuing as follows: “There are spectacular chase sequences and fights, and Bond is still Bond but he’s having to learn to deal with the world of #MeToo.” As you might expect, a certain segment of the Internet is unhappy with this development. This is the same segment that’s been upset for years over the rumor that Idris Elba may one day replace Craig as Bond himself. We’ll let you figure out what Lynch and Elba have in common. The upcoming movie will be written by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who recently discussed Bond’s relevancy in today’s world during an interview with Deadline. “There’s been a lot of talk about whether or not [the Bond franchise] is relevant now because of who he is and the way he treats women,” she told the outlet in May. “I think that’s bollocks. I think he’s absolutely relevant now. It has just got to grow. It has just got to evolve, and the important thing is that the film treats the women properly. “He doesn’t have to. He needs to be true to this character.” The 25th installment in this action franchise will also feature Rami Malek, Billy Magnusse, David Dencik, Dali Benssalah, Ralph Fiennes, Rory Kinnear, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris and Jeffrey Wright.

Ronnie Magro: Did He Fake Getting Jumped to Hide Jen Harley Assault?

On last week’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacatio n , most of the focus was on Mike Sorrentino’s ongoing legal issues. That makes sense, of course — after all, reality TV doesn’t get much more intense than a major cast member getting sentenced to 24 months in prison. ( Mike’s sentence was later reduced, and he’ll probably be released in September, having served just 8 months.) But there was drama to be found elsewhere in the two-part Shore season premiere, as well. For starters, Jenni Farley opened up about her son Greyson’s medical issues with a heartbreaking story about his various struggles. And of course, it wouldn’t be an episode of Jersey Shore without at least a hint of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro relationship drama. This time, it happened off camera, and Ronnie changed the topic as quickly as possible, but it wasn’t hard to piece together what really happened. As you may recall, Ronnie was late meeting up with the rest of the crew for Mike’s sentencing, and when he finally showed up, he explained that he had gotten jumped in Secaucus, New Jersey the previous night. Magro told an unusual story about two men attacking him from behind, seemingly unprovoked. His injuries didn’t appear to align with his account of the attack, and the rest of the cast had questions from the very start. “I’m not trying to put any words in anybody’s mouth, but who knows? Maybe Ron and Jen got into a fight. He says he got jumped. Who knows?” Deena Nicole Cortese asked. “Who gets scratched by a guy? That doesn’t happen. You get scratched by a girl,” Pauly D seconded. “He says they hit him in the back of the head and he has a black eye. The story is fishy, but who really knows? He says that he didn’t see anybody. It just doesn’t add up.” Jen has assaulted Ronnie on numerous occasions, and the incidents have often resulted in injuries for him and handcuffs for her. So it makes sense that the guidos would take issue with his account. We might be inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, were it not for the fact that Ron never filed a police report about the incident, and staff at the restaurant where he was allegedly attacked say his story is complete BS. According to Magro, he was attacked by a random group of haters in the parking lot of Lorenzo’s Italian Bar and Restaurant on October 4 of last year. An employee of the restaurant refutes Ronnie’s claim that he was there with two women (which apparently angered his attackers). The informant also claims Ron and Jen left the restaurant and walked to his car without incident: “They were there maybe 15, tops, 20 minutes. They both walked out together. Everybody watched them leave the establishment together,” says Lorenzo’s staffer Erin Kaye. “That story is completely fabricated that he said on TV. There was no one there to even jump him, the place was deserted that night,” the source continued in a conversation with Radar Online. So did Ronnie make up the part about having two girls with him just to look cool? If so, the fact that he has to lie to protect his abusive partner is still super sad, but the two women part is “you don’t know my model girlfriend because she goes to a different school”-level hilarious. All kidding aside, of course, if Ron feels the need to lie to his best friends to hide yet another assault at the hands of Harley then the situation is sad with the potential to become tragic. If this relationship is as unhealthy as it appears to be, we encourage Ronnie to end it as quickly as possible. Amber Portwood Skips Teen Mom Reunion; Is She a Goner?!?

Amber Portwood may have already made her final appearance on MTV. The embattled reality star has not made any public statements in about two weeks, not since she was arrested on three felony counts of domestic assault after allegedly attacking boyfriend Andrew Glennon . But numerous headlines of late have been screaming about the inevitable. And that would be this: Portwood will soon be fired from Teen Mom OG. According to the latest report, producers will absolutely, positively give Amber the axe if it is proven that she wielded a machete in her July 5 attack against Glennon. It’s true: In case you are just catching up on this wild and disturbing story, Portwood was arrested the morning after July Fourth because she supposedly blamed Glennon for the couple and its one-year old son, James, missing a fireworks show due to an abundance of traffic. She then hurled a shoe at Glennon while he was cradling James — and has admitted to this act. And she then took a giant sword and tried to break into the bathroom where Andrew was hiding with James — although she has denied this act. With rumors swirling over whether MTV will keep employing Amber after such a violent episode, multiple outlets have now at least confirmed that she was NOT a part of the Teen Mom OG reunion held this past weekend in New York City. “Amber’s trying to get things together in her life and she wasn’t able to attend,” a source tells Us Weekly, ading: “She’s dealing with the situation and her most important thing is her family.” To be clear: Portwood skipping the reunion does not, in and of itself, mean that she’s been fired. Amber was in court just a few days ago to hear a list of the charges against her and is dealing with a very serious legal situation right now. As a result, attending “just wasn’t a consideration with everything else she has going on right now,” Radar Online writes. Portwood’s costars — Maci Bookout,Catelynn Lowell and Cheyenne Floyd — did, of course, travel to The Big Apple without  her. And so did the 29-year-old’s ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, with whom she shares daughter Leah, 10, Us Weekly reports. “Gary was asked about the situation and he was very diplomatic,” the tabloid reveals. “They have a nice relationship now.” Inside a courtroom at the aforementioned hearing on July 10, Portwood was ordered to stay away from both Glennon and her baby son. This makes a lot of legal sense when you consider the allegations against  her. According to court documents, the MTV personality really did possess a machete during the fight with Glennon, who was holding their 14-month-old and trying to keep him safe during the assault. “[Amber] struck the machete at and into a door, while Andrew Glennon was standing directly on the other side of the door, that created a substantial risk of bodily injury to Andrew Glennon,” the documentss read. As of this writing, Portwood is staying with her mom and trying to figure out what to do next, in a personal, professional and legal sense. She has starred on Teen Mom OG since its premierei n 2009 and was also arrested for domestic assault (of Shirley) in 2010, a crime for which she eventually spent 17 months behind bars. Very unhappy with how she was being portrayed on the show, Portwood told an executive producer: “I just don’t feel like this is right for my life anymore, seeing that you guys want a certain kind of story that I just don’t want to give you anymore. I just feel like it’s very different from a reality show anymore.” She had previously Tweeted a similar sentiment. “The heartache this show has put me through is too much to bear anymore,” she wrote in early 2019, prior to agreeing to return for Season 8 and adding back then: “My name will not get smeared anymore. Jenelle Evans and David Eason: Surprise, We’ve Got New Dogs!

OK, so this is some really terrible news. Like, just sincerely awful. Because you know how Jenelle Evans is the world's worst pet owner? There are so many examples of this, like there's the old Teen Mom 2 scene where she kept her dog and Nathan Griffith's dog in cages that were way too small for them. She yelled and screamed at them and even let them loose outside and told them to leave — they could have easily been hit by a car. Then there was the time that she tried to get that same dog of hers to fetch a lit firework. That very same dog — her pitbull, Jax … he's been through a lot — seems to have a broken tail in the photos and videos she's shared of him in the last couple of years, lots of people are mad about that. And then, of course, there's the case of Nugget, her little French bulldog . You know what happened, but real quick, let's recap. See, Nugget was never trained properly, and it seems like Jenelle and David never taught the kids how to interact with animals in a respectful way. We saw that in that video David shared on Instagram of Ensley climbing all over Nugget and getting close to her face, even though the dog was very clearly uncomfortable. Nugget gave her a warning nip, as dogs tend to do — a little “back up” communication. She didn't even break the skin, but David grabbed her, threw her outside, and shot her . We know that because both David and Jenelle said that's what happened, as did countless reports about what went down at the Eason home in the following days. Now, Jenelle is saying that she's not sure what happened to her dog , but she never heard a gunshot and she never saw David do anything. Ridiculous, right? You know what else is ridiculous? They just got two new puppies. In a new video David shared on his YouTube channel, he introduces the puppies — two Anatolian Shepherds named Buddy and Junior. In his caption, he explained that “Recently we had to find a better way of protecting our chickens and livestock.” “We have hawks and crows always eating the heads off our chickens and plastic owls are not doing the trick.” He said that poor Jax, Jenelle's old pitbull, killed one of their bigs, so “we decided to give him to a friend.” “After lots of research we came across this breed of dog called the Anatolian Shepherd,” David continued. “They are one of the most unique types of dog I have ever seen and have the best temperament and disposition of any dog I have ever owned.” He finished up his explanation with “They are a livestock guardian breed and do not mind eating and sleeping with all our animals on The Land!” Right, so this is horrible for several reasons. One, they have absolutely no business owning any animals after what happened to Nugget, and it's insane that they're flaunting two new puppies like this. Two, David keeps talking about how sweet and calm the puppies are in the video — does he really think tiny little Nugget was more dangerous than these two? Three, a quick bit of research on this breed shows that they're working dogs, and without rigorous training, they can become destructive and aggressive. They can also grow to be well over 100 pounds, with males reaching up to 150 pounds. If they couldn't handle training Nugget, who was maybe ten pounds, then what are they going to do with two 100+ pound dogs? They obviously didn't learn anything with the CPS case and the animal cruelty investigation, and we know all the kids go out and help with tending to the animals. The untimely death of Nugget, Jenelle Evans' poor little French bulldog, made a whole, whole lot of waves. And that's because the dog was killed by Jenelle's husband, David Eason. Or was she? Did David actually kill the dog? Is everything we know a lie? In the past few days, Jenelle has been talking more and more about what happened, and she's made an even bigger mess of everything, if you can even believe it. She's made a mess so big, in fact, that she may be facing charges for it. 1. Buckle Up! This is a long, complicated, sometimes infuriating story, all right? So settle in, maybe grab a snack or some tissues or like a stress ball or something, and let’s get started. 2. RIP Nugget At the end of April, David shot and killed Nugget, Jenelle’s dog, after she allegedly bit Ensley. It was a huge story at the time, and clearly it still is. 3. The Confession After the news of Nugget’s death broke, David took to Instagram to explain his side of the story, writing “I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face… whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that sh-t at all. I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission.” 4. Worth Killing For “Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me,” he continued. “You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge weather or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME.” 5. Confirmed Jenelle confirmed the awful news several times in different statements — like, she said “David killed my dog Nugget because he snapped at my 2-year-old, Ensley. He doesn’t put up with that and those are his beliefs. He just took her and shot her in the woods … about two acres away from the house.” 6. More Evidence She shared countless stories on her social media accounts about how David had killed the dog, she posted a sad story about how devastated she was that the dog was gone and never coming back … like, we all know what happened. Jessa Duggar: My Breasts Are Perfect and So Is My Parenting!

It’s rare that a week goes by without Jessa Duggar getting mom-shamed for some behavior or belief that her Instagram followers don’t agree with. But it’s just as rare for Jessa to take this much flak in the span of just a few days. Earlier this week, Jessa was criticized for denying her daughter a pacifier. Many of her followers felt that this was an unnecessarily cruel restriction which did not serve to benefit the child in any way. Yes, it’s only been 8 weeks since Jessa welcomed her third child , and that’s the sort of backlash she’s forced to contend with already. We suppose it’s not hard to see why she’s not taking it lying down. “I always nurse my babies on demand, so she has constant access to the ‘pacifier’ God designed,” Jessa responded when a follower asked why she’s so opposed to pacifiers. “I am her pacifier,” Jessa added. “I prefer it that way too … Nursing isn’t only for food, but for comfort and Mama’s closeness.” Eh … not all that wacky an explanation by Duggar standards, and “God’s pacifiers” is a hilarious way to refer to boobs, so we’ll allow it. Besides, we have new and equally weird Jessa parenting controversies to move on to. As you may know, the Duggars are very, very big on disciplining their children. And this means not only are the kids punished at a young age (sometimes with such controversial techniques as ” blanket training “), they also start helping out around the house at a very young age. Which explains why Jessa’s eldest — 3-year-old Spurgeon — is already working a vacuum cleaner: Spurgeon Seewald Does Chores The Duggars have taken flak for their perceived unwillingness to let kids be kids, which may explain why Jessa decided to get in front of that criticism by posting a lengthy explanation for the video above: “There’s a window of time in the toddler years where little ones become eager to help,” she wrote. “It’s so sweet to watch their excitement as they are allowed to take part in meaningful tasks— not pretend ‘helping,’ but really doing something that helps out the whole family,” she added. “Playing together is fun, but even the cleanup can be fun if we do it together. There’s a sense of importance and belonging and being needed.” Jessa went on to explain that she doesn’t encourage her kids to help because it saves her time in effort — in fact, she claims the reverse is true: “Sometimes as a mom I have to pause and remember this,” she stated. “Yes, it may take 5x longer than if I did it myself, but they find it exciting to help out and lend a hand,” Jessa continued. “We definitely need to encourage this and not squelch the excitement. “My mom modeled this beautifully. ‘There’s a window of time where they’re eager to help. Capture it. Don’t squelch it.’” Must be quite an honor for Michelle Duggar to receive such a loving tribute from her daughter. Of course, Michelle was such a strict disciplinarian that it’s possible Jessa is still afraid of her!
