Maci Bookout: Ryan Edwards is Still Doing Drugs!

If you've been keeping up with the comings and goings of Ryan Edwards, you'd probably have some serious doubts that he's currently clean and sober. And that's for many, many reasons. Ryan was shooting up heroin, and that's not exactly known as an easy habit to kick. He did go to rehab, but he left before completing even 30 days. When he got home, he promptly began drinking, and we've seen him with a beer in hand in quite a few Teen Mom scenes since then. None of that is great, but in the past few weeks, things have seriously begun falling apart for him. He was arrested late last month for violating the probation he was on for an arrest last April — possession charges — and it was also revealed that he'd been creeping on ladies on Tinder again. Both of those things are especially bad since right at that same time, the news came out that Mackenzie Standifer is pregnant with their first child  together. What else … oh, Maci Bookout and her family filed orders of protection against him because he'd been threatening to kidnap Bentley, and also because he threatened to murder Maci's husband . So yeah, you may have had an inkling that Ryan isn't exactly drug-free these days. But in this sneak peek for the season finale of Teen Mom OG, Maci is confirming it. In the clip, Maci and her mom sit down for a nice little lunch together, and she breaks the news that Ryan is going to be a father again. “Uh, I'm sorry, what?” Mama Bookout says in response, which is pretty much what we all said when we heard the news, too. She also says that she “thought Ryan wasn't about that life right now,” which is still true. Mackenzie is pregnant, but Ryan told her to call him when the is about three, so it feels safe to say that he's still not about that life. Maci shrugs and says that she has no clue, and her mom tries to look on the bright side by speculating that maybe having a baby “is what Ryan needs.” Bless her heart. “Maybe, maybe not,” Maci replies. “I feel like if this don't do the trick then absolutely nothing will.” “He's 30,” her mother tells her. “Ryan's going to do what Ryan wants to do. Babies and wives and baby mamas and stuff aren't gonna do it for him.” She then asks if he's passed the drug test to see Bentley yet, and Maci says that he hasn't, which they agree is a good sign that he's not clean. “My people know people,” Maci says. “I mean, he's not clean. He's not. Like that's just it, he's not.” The people she's talking about are probably the same people that told her last year that his drug problem had escalated, and we all saw proof of that on the show, so it's likely good information. And the proof for that is what's been happening for the past few weeks. Maybe having a baby will help Ryan straighten up, but he wasn't doing heroin when Maci had Bentley, and he was a deadbeat then, so we can't imagine heroin would make it easier. Kylie Jenner Shares the CUTEST New Pics of Stormi

Despite what some may think, Kylie’s sleek stomach didn’t come from a laboratory. She might not be the fitness buff that a couple of her sisters have become, but she exercises. She and Travis took precious baby Stormi on a walk Stormi, of course, spent the walk in her stroller — she’s only two months old, folks! — but in the photos that Kylie shared, she looks unspeakably adorable. Do you remember how, a number of years ago, people kept complaining about their former classmates posting baby photos on social media? They even came up with apps and browser add-ons to block baby pics. Those people were fools. Why? Because babies are absolutely, unspeakably adorable. Stormi Webster is no exception. Stormi, as we mentioned, is barely two months old. She’s growing more and more every day. And her sweet baby cheeks will make you want to weep. Take a look: “Walk [with] mommy and daddy,” Kylie writes, announcing that Travis Scott was with her on this outing. It’s so cute that they’re doing things as a family. Though, to be clear, they’re not yet married. And Kylie recently destroyed the claim that Travis Scott is now being managed by Stormi’s grandmomager, Kris Jenner. But just because their brands aren’t fully entwined doesn’t mean that Kylie and Travis can’t go on normal outings with their baby like other parents. Stormi, it seems, was lulled to sleep by the adventure. “Sleepy Stormi,” Kylie writes. Remember, babies spend a lot of time sleeping — with good reason. They’re growing up. In fact, they’ll never grow faster than they do when they’re this young. They can double in size within the space of their first couple of months of life. Some people, to our horror, body-shame babies and think that babies with chubby cheeks and fat legs need to be put on diets. That can be potentially fatal for a baby. Again, they need to store that energy in order to grow up to their adult selves. Stormi’s big ol’ cheeks are a sign that she’s a healthy baby who’s getting the proper nutrition. They also help to make her just as cute as a button. People reports the details on Stormi’s stroller . As you can imagine, she didn’t just buy any old stroller. “Stormi’s $400 PIPA lite lx car seat by Nuna is one of her parents’ go-to baby accessories, including a tricked-out pink stroller from CYBEX by Jeremy Scott.” Kylie’s pink version reportedly has “cherubs, dollar signs, gold wheels, and gold wings.” Honestly, that is all so extra .  But you know what? Good for Kylie and for Travis for not settling for anything less for the most important person in their lives. This is the first that Kylie’s shared of Stormi since Stormi experienced her very first Easter. One can only imagine how little since a baby can make of holiday decorations and traditions. April 1 was not only Easter, but exactly two months after Stormi’s day of birth. Honestly? The vast majority of babies have zero conscious memory-retention from that age. But that’s okay! Every single day, Stormi’s brain is developing and she’s learning new things about the world and growing more familiar with how it works. Leah Messer Shares Heartbreaking Story About Her Daughter’s Disease

Teen Mom is filled to the brim with sadness, right? All kinds of sadness too — we’ve seen children be neglected, we’ve seen the parents deal with drug addiction and domestic violence and prison. But there’s one story that pretty much takes the sadness cake when it comes to this show, and that’s the story of Leah Messer’s daughter, Ali . Ali is one of the twins Leah had as a teenager, and she suffers from a rare form of muscular dystrophy. On the show, we’ve seen Leah and Ali’s father, Corey Simms, struggle to figure out what was wrong with Ali, and we saw how heartbreaking it was when they realized how serious her condition is. We’ve seen them be told time and time again that she needs to use her wheelchair and to wear a helmet and to get help, and we’ve seen them slacking on that so she could have a more “normal” childhood. It’s the nature of Ali’s condition that as time goes on, the disease will get worse and worse . We can’t even imagine how difficult it must be to watch from Leah’s perspective. But thanks to this ridiculously tragic story she shared on Twitter, we can get a little glimpse of it. “As I’m doing Ali girls makeup she looks at me and says ‘Mom, what’s it like to see with two eyes?’ …” she wrote. “Everyday I wish I could take her place but I know there’s a greater purpose!” she added. “Just broke my heart.” … Ouch. Way back when Ali and Gracie were toddlers, Leah began noticing that there was something wrong with Ali’s eyes and legs — those were the first signs of her disease. Since then, Ali’s been wearing glasses, and now it’s clear that she’s not even able to see out of one eye. As Leah explained after this initial tweets, “this is the first time she’s asked” anything about her eyes, and “she’s starting to ask a lot of questions like this.” Thankfully though, Leah seems to have a good attitude about it all. Someone told her that Ali loves her life and she wouldn’t even want to switch places with Leah — which, yeah, obviously, it’s not like Leah was proposing a Freaky Friday scheme. “Ohh for sure!!” she replied. “I don’t think of it negatively at all. It’s just like, dayyyyuum. Sooo many take the little things in life for granted.” She also retweeted a bunch of nice messages about Ali. Things like “You continue to do everything you can for her and your love for her shines. Some days are tough, but always focus on her smile and cherish every memory.” And also “She will be phenomenal because of her struggles. She will not struggle in vain. She has purpose. Brian Lancaster Dies; Former Road Rules Star Was 43

Brian Lancaster, a reality star best known for having been a cast member on Season 7 of Road Rules, was found dead in his Pennsylvania home last Thursday. He was 43 years old. According to TMZ insiders, Lancaster had a history arrhythmia (that is, irregular heartbeats) and his family believes he passed away from heart failure. Lancaster competed on Road Rules: Latin America back he was 23. This season of the widely-viewed adventure reality series found Lancaster competing in missions across Mexico, Costa Rica and the United States. On its website, the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home in West Chester, Pennsylvania shared an obituary for Lancaster. It described him as a “jack of many trades, including advertising account manager, telecommunications project manager, special education teacher, bartender, and reality TV star.” His relatives tell TMZ the death was not drug or alcohol related. Police will likely investigate but, as far as his loved ones know, there were no foreign substances found inside Brian’s home. Out of respect for Lancaster (pictured below in the latest photo we can find of him), we’re going to simply excerpt other portions of his obituary: In his formal education, Brian graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with a B.A. in Journalism, Public Relations and Advertising and graduated from Eastern University with a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. He would tell you though that his real education came from examining life endeavoring to become “well sharp” in order to chop through life’s challenges. Although not actually Jamaican himself, Brian was long entranced by their culture and proudly sported excellent dreadlocks. A spiritual explorer, dreamy stargazer, inquisitive world traveler and barstool philosopher who enjoyed a good mind meld, Brian excelled at being a human being rather than a human doing.  Constant in his soul and spirit, he would share possessions, thoughts and every part of his essence with anyone who came into his orbit. Brian, who was also known as Chilly Willy, Lanc, Dawg and Briana, never knew a stranger and was a connoisseur and collector of an eclectic assortment of friends ranging from 18-97. He was a consummate hugger, professional cuddler, iconoclast and master bullshitter who was extremely accident prone. Ever the authority shirker he was well-known for crossing lines and pushing the envelope. As you can tell by these passages, Lancaster was a unique individual. He is survived by his fiancee Sarah J. Bell and his parents Dennis and Carol Lancaster and he will be greatly missed. A private service was held in memory of Lancaster on Wednesday for his friends and family members. View Slideshow: 28 Reality Stars Who Died Way Too Young The obituary also notes that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lancaster’s name may be made to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, a no-kill shelter in Chester and Delaware County, where Lancaster adopted his faithful companion, Reagan. Pretty admirable. This, sadly, is not the first tragedy to hit the Road Rules cast over the past several months. If you recall, Danny Dias died in June of 2017 at the even younger age of 33. Twin Sisters Known for OCD Battle Found Dead From Apparent Suicide Pact

Twins Sara Eldritch and Amanda Eldritch didn't just make headlines for their battle with an extreme manifestation of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. The two, who battled OCD from childhood well into adulthood, underwent a groundbreaking procedure that, at least for a time, eased their symptoms and allowed them to lead normal lives. Tragically, the women have both been found dead. Police suspect that they may have had a suicide pact. The Canon City Daily Record reports that the Eldritch twins were found dead with gunshot wounds. The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says that Sara and Amanda were found in a car which was parked at a rest area  Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, which is in Canon City. Sgt. Megan Richards reported that police believe that the sisters may have had a suicide pact. That is, at the moment, speculation. What they say with reasonable confidence is that there is no known threat to the community at large. In the video below, you can see both Sara and Amanda speak about their shared battle with OCD. Their disorder manifested at a very young age, where even a simple process like putting on their shoes could take a great deal of time because they found, for example, wrinkles in their socks to be unbearable. Many of us dislike things like that, but for someone with OCD, there is an irresistible compulsion to address what most of us would view as a regrettable source of irritation. The twins described their OCD as like someone holding a gun to their head and forcing them to go through a task or ritual. By their twenties, their OCD symptoms had worsened, and they would find themselves taking 10-hour showers, scrubbing their skin raw. You can also see how their lives improved after they underwent a groundbreaking procedure. Electrodes were placed within their brains, connected to batteries stored within their chests. Which, yes, sounds like a child's idea of what surgery might be, but we're not making it up. The procedure, normally used for Parkinson's, allowed them to manage their anxieties. They came to feel as if their younger, OCD-ridden selves were almost different people. In some ways, they were. The twins were able to go on and get jobs and function in everyday life. For a time, at least. It's heartbreaking to think that they died just a few years later. Though a number of treatments for OCD exist and work to varying degrees, there is no “magic pill” for these compulsions. In fact, OCD is not really well understood. There is evidence for a genetic component to OCD. Both anecdotally and statistically, the odds of having OCD are higher if a relative has it. In other cases, OCD can arise from traumatic situations such as abuse. There are even controversial theories that there is an autoimmune element at play in OCD. Their mother must be feeling so devastated. Some wonder if the procedure that had given the twins so much freedom back in 2015 had tragically stopped working. If so, that would compound the sadness. Especially if they chose to die rather than return to how their lives once were. But, at the moment, so much of this is just speculation. Hopefully, investigators will uncover a concrete, verifiable explanation for how this tragedy came to pass. In the mean time, let's look at the twins when they were happily explaining how their lives had improved.

Jill Duggar Made Her 2-Year-Old Walk AN HOUR For Chick-Fil-A?!

In order to be a Duggar, one must love three things: God, procreation, and Chick-Fil-A. We’re sure the extended version of that list would include things like “America” and “the idea that the Earth is only 6,000 years old and Jesus rode a dinosaur to work,” but it’s those top three that are really non-negotiable. So perhaps it should come as no surprise that one of the first rites of passage for young Duggar males is the traditional Ridiculously Long Hike For Waffle Fries. Yes, it seems 2-year-old Israel Duggar really lived up to his name recently when, like Moses before him, he took a really long walk because a higher power promised him a great reward. Except in Izzy’s case, the authority figure was his mom, Jill Duggar, and the reward was a delicious chicken sandwich. Jill posted the above photo today, along with a caption reading: “Fans are up in arms today over an Instagram post in which Jill revealed that she and her boys trekked for more than an hour to get their hands on some deep-fried goodness. “You know you’re a mom when…you walk 1hr. 10 min with both boys to get to a @chickfila  We were enjoying some beautiful Colorado Springs weather while papa was busy with the rest of the team from church!” She added the hashtags: “#chickfilaplayground #longwalk #ThankTheLordWeDidntHaveToWalkBack” So the good news is, the kids had enough energy to avail themselves of the playground when they finally reached their destination, and apparently, the family received a ride back to their hotel. But still, this post leaves us with two major questions: 1. They don’t have Uber in Colorado Springs? and 2. Jill couldn’t have snapped a selfie in which she looks less like La Criticizing Jill’s parenting is one of the internet’s favorite activities, so naturally, Duggar detractors went all in on this post: “The kids are not having fun. Looks like they need hats!!!” wrote one follower . “Shade these boys… looks so hot out and an hour walk? Sheesh… I guess other parents don’t mind.” Another echoed the sentiment, writing: “Walking an hour w/out sun protection for fast food to serve the kiddos, by yourself, near the highway & fuel exhaust & you’re praising your mommy skills? And your fans are praising your mommy skills?” Clearly, what Jill thought was a fun family outing was perceived very differently by many Duggar fans. Frankly, we’re divided on the issue. On the one hand, no one was hurt and we’re sure Jill’s heart was in the right place. On the other hand, couldn’t Jill have just ord ered food? We know money’s probably been tight since Derick Dillard got fired by TLC, but sheesh, maybe be a bit more selective about where to cut corners! Marjorie Jackson: Was She Using Josiah Duggar For Fame?

Last month, the world learned that Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson are engaged . The news came as no great surprise, as  Josiah and Lauren had been courting for several months, and Duggar courtships typically result in marriage. But as Josiah knows from firsthand experience, that’s not always the case… You see, unlike his brothers and sisters, Josiah’s first courtship was not his last. Back in 2015, Josiah entered a relationship with Marjorie Jackson . At the time, it was widely assumed that the young couple would follow in the footsteps of his older siblings by marrying and starting a family shortly thereafter. After all, like other Duggar courting partners, Marjorie had been carefully selected and possessed all of the qualities prized by Josiah’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar: Jackson was a fundamentalist Christian from a reputable family with a long history of service and involvement with the church. So it came as quite a surprise when Josiah and Marjorie broke up. For as long as the Duggars had been in the spotlight each and every new courtship had led to marriage and children. Many fans stated that they were unaware that Duggars even had the option of ending a courtship. Almost as surprising as the breakup was the manner in which the public found out about it. No official announcement was made, and Marjorie simply disappeared from Josiah’s social media pages. All photos of the two of them were deleted from Josiah’s Instagram account and that was that. Shortly thereafter, rumors that Marjorie planned to write a tell-all about her time with the Duggars seem to lend credence to the widespread belief that this was a rather ugly breakup. In an attempt to suppress the rumors, Josiah finally issued a statement and assured fans that he and Marjorie had simply decided to go their separate ways. “Marjorie and I had a good time together. We were just trying to follow God’s lead on everything,” the statement read. “She didn’t feel that it was the right timing then, so we called it quits for a bit.”  But fans in the Duggar discussion group on Reddit believe there may have been a more sinister reason for the split. As In Touch Weekly points out, Josiah’s split from Marjorie is once again a frequent topic of conversation on the boards, seemingly as a result of his engagement to Lauren. It seems many redditors are convinced that Marjorie – who has published multiple books and has a large following on social media – was interested in Josiah due to his fame and fortune. The theorists who fall into this camp propose different ideas about exactly why Josiah and Marjorie called it quits: Some believe he got wise to her ulterior motives and called the relationship off. Others feel that she realized he wouldn’t be good for her reputation (due to the Josh Duggar sex scandals ) or her bank account (due to the fact that TLC earnings are split many different ways) and decided to seek her fortune elsewhere. “It’s a widely spread belief that Marjorie was more into the fame than she was into Josiah, but what if it wasn’t the fame she was after?” wrote one fan. “What if she wanted a slice of that sweet, sweet TLC pie, but split as soon as she found out that Josiah would likely never see a cent of it?” “‘Would you like to enter a courtship?’ ‘Yes, I’d be happy to.’ [side hug] ‘Just letting you know I don’t get any money from the show, Dad takes it all.’ ‘Oh, then I guess I can’t court if you’re broke, it’s over,'” another redditor joked. Still others believe that Marjorie initially hoped to weather the storm of the Josh scandals, but eventually decided an association with the Duggars would do her career more harm than good. “She wanted fame and was using Josiah to get it. She was all in until the Josh scandal hit. They lost [19 Kids and Counting] when they began courting. Showed her true colors and its obvious she was a user,” one commenter theorized. “Hey Marjorie, God is a good score keeper! I didn’t like her, user! Funniest thing yet? “She didn’t know there would be another show featuring the older Duggars. She probably hates herself now. She puts on a good show she is happy. Chris Lopez: I Used to Love Kailyn Lowry AND Her Vagina!

When Kailyn Lowry gave birth to her third child back in 2017, fans were briefly hopeful that she’d finally found the stable, nuclear family situation that she’d been seeking since her teens. Lowry’s childhood was unstable, and her marriage to Javi Marroquin fell apart in heartbreaking fashion, but despite significant trust issues, in the early months of her pregnancy, Kail seemed head over heels for her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez. So when news that Lopez was by Lowry’s side in the delivery room went public, many took it as a sign that the beloved Teen Mom 2 star had finally found what she was looking for. Lopez was said to be MIA for most of Kail’s pregnancy, and there were reports that he wanted no part in his son’s life. Unfortunately, it now looks as though Chris’ fatherly feelings were short-lived. Lopez does spend time with little Lux, but Kail says it’s not nearly enough. She recently accused Chris of being an ” Instagram parent ” and giving his social media followers the impression that he’s much more involved in his son’s life than he actually is. Over the weekend, Chris posted yet another round of photos of Lux on Twitter, prompting one fan to ask just how involved in Lux’s life Lopez really is. Amazingly, Kail’s much-maligned ex was happy to respond. “Did you ever love kail? Do you guys have a good co-parenting relationship for Lux?? He’s really cute by the way,” Lopez’s follower tweeted. “Yea..and we’re co-parenting,” Chris responded, along with a laughing face emoji. Now, it’s possible that Lopez is being sarcastic and suggesting that he never loved Kail and that the two of them aren’t co-parenting at all. But it seems most fans seem to take his tweet as sincere. “That’s great,” the possibly-gullible fan followed up. “Some of us were under the impression you had nothing to do with the baby. Do you help financially? Was this something recent or have you been there since day 1?” Chris responded: “I wonder what gave y’all that impression. I watched my son shot out the box lol.” Again, if we had to guess, we would say Lopez is being sarcastic, but it seems his response was good enough for some fans. Whatever the case, it seems unlikely that Kail and Chris will ever be more than amicable co-parents, but hopefully, they’ll be able to keep the peace. Just in the past few months, Lowry and Lopez’s mutual contempt has spilled onto Twitter to the delight of drama lovers and the chagrin of Kail boosters. Just last week, Lowry accused Lopez of having another child that he kept secret from her during their brief courtship. Tyler Baltierra: Did He Just Admit to Cheating on Catelynn Lowell?!

For quite a long time now, there have been rumors that Tyler Baltierra has been cheating on Catelynn Lowell. Like, it’s getting to the point where there are so many rumors you sort of have to wonder if there’s at least a little bit of truth to them. It’s pretty sad, because as we’ve been seeing in this season of Teen Mom OG, Tyler has been nothing but supportive and kind and loving towards Catelynn. And as fans of the show will remember, there’s only been one confirmed case of cheating for this couple, and Tyler wasn’t the one who stepped out. (To be fair though, Catelynn cheated on Tyler when they were like 13 years old, but still, facts are facts.) The whole “Tyler is a cheater” thing started a little over a year ago when a Teen Mom blind item was revealed to be about the Baltierras . “The MTV cameras have turned a blind eye to the cheating by this significant other of an OG Teen Mom because it doesn’t fit in the storyline,” the story went. The thing is, blind items are fun and all, but you can’t really treat them like irrefutable facts. And even if one does turn out to be true, there’s a good chance you’ll never hear about it again. For example, last year there was a blind item about a Teen Mom couple doing hard drugs in a hotel room in L.A. and trashing the place, but did we ever see that on the show?  But still, many people did believe that Tyler cheated on Catelynn — probably because with the state their marriage was in at the time, it wasn’t that hard to imagine it. Back then, Cate was unable to do much of anything at all because of her depression, and it was really weighing on Tyler. And it’s interesting, because the same thing has been happening for the past few months, and the same rumors are starting to pop up. In November, Catelynn checked herself into a treatment center to deal with her depression and some suicidal thoughts, and then in January, another blind item came out . “This Teen Mom star has been cheating on his significant other for almost a year,” the item read. “Eventually, when she starts having a clear head she is going to catch on and that could finally push her over the edge to suicide.” So that’s really very dark and also pretty gross, right? Even if it was a confirmed story that he’d been cheating on her, it’s beyond disgusting to suggest that she could kill herself because of it and it would be his fault. And while both Catelynn and Tyler joked about the rumors the first time around, Tyler didn’t take so kindly to all that new speculation. He called out the site that published the blind item, repeatedly denying that he’d cheated on his wife and repeatedly asking for evidence — of course, none was provided. Still, the rumors persisted, and that’s where we’re at now. Yesterday afternoon, someone tweeted that he wondered “how many times” Tyler had cheated on Catelynn. And he actually answered, “More times than I could count,” he wrote, along with that laughing and crying emoji. Obviously he’s being sarcastic, but … come on. It just doesn’t seem like the greatest time to be addressing dumb rumors from strangers on the internet, you know? Especially not like this. Catelynn has barely been home from rehab for a month , and it just seems like they could both find better ways to spend their time than this. Just … take it easy, OK, guys?
