The Flash Season 4 Episode 10 Recap: The Trial of The Flash

Did Barry Allen manage to find a way to save himself from a lengthy stint in prison? That was the big question on The Flash Season 4 Episode 10 , and things did not look good for him when the episode kicked off. Cecile took a leave of absence from the DA’s office.  Watch The Flash Season 4 Episode 10 Online Anton Slater was on hand to take Barry down in the courtroom. Let’s just say things were not looking good after a knife was entered into evidence. The same knife someone bought Barry and Iris for their wedding.  This gave Anton the ultimate leverage because he essentially said nothing was sacred to Barry, and it helped turn the jurors against the speedster. Barry had a severe lack of defense.  It was painful to watch because we know that DeVoe and his sidekick cooked up the plan because DeVoe needed the new body to become The Thinker.  Given that everyone in the courtroom was turning against Barry, the team needed to act fast. Ralph managed to get pictures of Marlize kissing The Thinker, and they were presented to the court.  But Marlize knew how to weather the storm and said that her husband sent her to the man because he could fulfill needs that DeVoe could not. It was all very believable, and it proved something bigger was needed to get Barry out of the clutches of the law.  Cecil admitted that the only for Barry to be set free was for him to confirm the truth, but Barry was against the idea of it. He felt like nobody would take him seriously if they knew who he was.  That’s when Iris decided to take it upon herself to tell the world the truth, but Barry stopped her at the last second and used a new speed trick to have a full blown conversation with her in the courtroom.  He did not want to put his loved ones in any danger and felt like everyone would be on the run and look over their shoulders. It would make more sense for Barry to let the iron fist of justice have its way.  In the end, Barry was found guilty of murder and was shocked to find out that he would be spending the rest of his life in Iron Heights without parole. This was met with floods of tears from Iris.  Barry argued with DeVoe before sentencing, and DeVoe said that there was no way Barry and his group could have won, but Barry said that he would find a way to save himself and his friends.  In a poignant turn, Barry was sent to the same cell his father was in all those years ago.  What did you think of the episode?  Sound off below! Jackson Roloff Has Something Amazing to Show Off

Attention, Little People, Big World fans: Tori Roloff has something to say about her son. Actually, first Tori Roloff has something to show on her son. And here it is: Did you catch it? Do you see it? We’re not talking about Jackson’s adorable robe, which includes two ears atop the boy’s head and which is positively precious. No, right now, we’re talking about two things down below those pretend ears, two things Jackson seems very excited to now have in his mouth… … a pair of teeth! You see them now, right? Can you believe Tori and Zach’s first child is already old enough to have his own chompers?!? In her affiliated caption for the image above, Tori doesn’t really mention her son’s teeth. But she does gush (and gush and gush!) over her affection for Jackson, writing: There are not enough hours in the day. Not because I didn’t get to the dishes or finish the laundry. But because there aren’t enough hours in the day to hang with this guy. I actually miss him when he goes to bed and literally can’t wait for him to wake up. I love you so much you toothy grin mister mister. So very sweet. And we’re sure many new moms out there can relate. Tori and Zach welcomed Jackson into the world on May 10, 2017. Just a few days ago, Tori updated Instagram followers in regard to where Jackson is at the age of eight months . She says he can now sit up for about 20 seconds at a time… that he actually has four teeth total… and that he’s crawling around! Okay, not exactly, Tori says: Jackson is “scooting.” But still. He’s moving around a bit on his own! It’s a very exciting time for this couple, only exacerbated by the fact that Tori is also opening up her own Etsy shop . That’s a business decision, of course. Many Little People, Big World viewers are wondering about something personal when it comes to Tori – and that something is this: Could she be pregnant again? !? This speculation was fueled solely by Tori referencing kid s (plural, as opposed to kid ) in a recent Instagram caption. What was likely a harmless typo, or merely a harmless word choice, sparked chatter around social media about the status of Tori’s womb. As far as we know, it is empty at the moment. We don’t think a sibling is on the way any time in the next few months for Jackson. He already has a cousin with whom he can play, in the former of Audrey and Jeremy Roloff’s daughter, Ember Jean. And he most definitely has two very loving parents at home, along with two very loving grandparents living not too far away. Oh, and did we mention that he is just SO GOSH DARN CUTE!!!! Jim Bob Duggar: I Can’t Believe Jana Is Still Single!

Last week, Jana Duggar celebrated her birthday . Along with her twin brother, John David, Jana turned 28–not a milestone age, but a very big deal to Duggar fans, nonetheless. Unfortunately for Jana, her birthday is a subject of fascination for reasons that aren’t entirely celebratory, Jana is still single , which is a fact that seems to astonish many fans of her famous family. John David is unattached as well, but as a man, his love life–or lack thereof–is not as heavily scrutinized. Women in the Duggar family are taught from a young age that procreation is their primary reason for being. Several of Jana’s younger sisters have already married and started families of their own, which is one of the reasons that fans are baffled by the fact that Jana remains childless. It’s an unexpected situation, to be sure, and while there are many rumored reasons circulating around social media, it seems Jim Bob is just as baffled as anyone else when it comes to why Jana is still single. Over the weekend, Jim Bob appeared at an event organized by the Institute for Basic Life Principles in Kilsyth South Baptist Church in Kilsyth South, Victoria. Amateur video from the event shows the Duggar patriarch uncomfortably joking about Jana’s refusal to marry. “And Jana is–actually, back in the U.S., it’s her birthday,” Jim Bob says in video of the speech. “Jana is 28-years-old and still single, so she’s still praying about the one.” On Reddit, most Duggar fans were quick to defend Jim Bob’s sense of humor. “I wasn’t there but I assumed it was just a dad joke. He makes a lot of them especially on the old episodes of the original show,” commented one user. “Women have a biological clock. Men generally don’t. It’s more notable for a woman to be single and childless after a certain age. This is not unique to the Duggars,” wrote another. At least one fan, however, was quick to point out the insensitivity of Jim Bob’s remarks: “What I do wonder is–what’s Jim Bob’s angle with that joke? Is it just a standard-issue dorky dad joke that he’s too oblivious to realize could be seen as hurtful?” the Redditor wrote. “Does he know it’s a sensitive subject, so he’s trying to diffuse it with humor? Is ol’ JB a little salty that lovely, talented Jana isn’t playing along with the real Duggar family business: marrying off its children for profit?” We may never know just what’s going on in Jim Bob’s head–and that’s probably a good thing. Leah Messer: Is She Really Engaged?!

Leah Messer’s love life has long been a subject of fascination amongst Teen Mom 2 fans. Every male that makes an appearance on her social media pages is viewed as a potential suitor, and every time Leah denies a rumor, it’s taken as a sign that she’s on the verge of getting hitched. So when Leah’s co-star, Kailyn Lowry, shared an article with the headline “Leah Messer Celebrates an Exciting Engagement!” fans quite understandably jumped to conclusions. Instantly, Leah’s social media pages exploded with congratulatory messages from TM2 viewers. And naturally, there were also quite a few questions about the identity of Leah’s fiancé, as it was widely believed that she was single. There had been rumors about Leah dating Brian Gravely , but the mother of three insisted he was just a friend. Fans have long been convinced that Leah and Jeremy Calvert are secretly back together , but Messer swears that’s not the case either. So why is Kailyn reporting engagement news when Leah appears to be single? Well, it turns out the engagement Leah is celebrating is not her own. Leah’s younger brother, Isaac Messer, got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Emily Burt during a family dinner on December 18. Bold move proposing in front of the entire fam, but it seems like it worked out in Isaac’s case. No word on why Leah waited almost a month before sharing the news with fans, but she made the big reveal over the weekend with a pic from the occasion. “My hair was a little bit of a mess after the twins birthday party, but I’m so happy for my brother and his NOW fiancée!! CONGRATS guys,” Leah captioned the above photo. As for those reports that she’s back with Calvert, Leah addressed them in a tweet to a fan who really wants to see that reunion happen. “We’re terrible for each other…but great friends,” she tweeted. We’d like to offer our sincere congratulations to Leah’s brother and his new fiancee. And also to Leah for being self-aware enough to know when someone is no good for her. Dolores O’Riordan Dies; Cranberries Singer Was 46

Dolores O’Riordan, lead singer of the popular Irish rock band the Cranberries, has passed away at the age of 46. Reps for O’ Riordan confirmed the news of her death just moments ago. O’Riordan’s passing has been described as “sudden,” and the cause of death is currently unknown to the public. The singer was reportedly in London for a recording session and was rushed to a local hospital, where medical staff were unable to resuscitate her. Known for her distinctive mezzo-soprano voice, O’Riordan replaced the Cranberries original lead singer after a successful audition in 1990. During her time as frontwoman, the band enjoyed tremendous commercial success and rose to international fame. O’Riordan and her bandmates recorded 8 top-20 hits, including such perennially popular tunes as “Linger,” “Zombie,” and “Dreams.” The band split up in 2003 but reunited after a several-year hiatus, during which O’Riordan recorded two solo albums. O’Riordan’s frequently-changing style made her a ’90s style icon, and the Cranberries were often name-checked in the pop culture of the time, including a memorable mention in the comedy classic Clueless . In recent years, the singer made tabloid headlines several times as a result of her tumultuous personal life. In 2014, O’Riordan was arrested for assaulting a stewardess and a police officer aboard an Aer Lingus flight to New York. That same year, she split from her husband after 20 years of marriage. In 2017, the Cranberries released an acoustic album and embarked on an intercontinental tour that was cut short due to O’Riordan’s persistent back problems. While her band’s popularity peaked in the 1990s, O’Riordan remained an in-demand performer and a popular figure in Ireland until her death. She was invited to perform at the Vatican on several occasions, and in 2006, she was listed as one of the ten richest women in Ireland. Loving tributes from friends and fans made O’Riordan a top trending topic on Twitter within minutes of when news of her death went public. She is survived by two children. Chelsea Houska: The Precious Story Behind Aubree’s Name Change!

Over the weekend, we heard some pretty fantastic news about Chelsea Houska and her precious little family … Her daughter Aubree finally got her last name changed ! Yep, after years of Chelsea contemplating the change, and after Aubree expressed her feelings about being the only member of her family without the last name DeBoer, there was a court date earlier this month to sort everything out. During the hearing, Adam Lind didn’t contest Chelsea’s request to change Aubree’s last name from Lind to Lind-DeBoer. He also didn’t fight her request to switch his supervised visits with their daughter from his parents’ house to an actual supervised visitation center. None of that really sounds like the Adam we know — that guy would have made this whole process completely unbearable, just for fun. But since it seems like he’s fallen deep into a meth addiction , complete with suicide threats and domestic violence arrests … Well, he’s probably doing a lot of things we wouldn’t have imagined. Putting all the Adam sadness aside for a moment though, let’s focus on the nice part of this whole story. The nice part, of course, being that little Aubree Lind-DeBoer is a very happy girl right now! As a source revealed to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, “Aubree is so happy that DeBoer was added to her name.” “Over the last year or so, especially after Watson was born, Aubree has repeatedly asked Chelsea and Cole why she’s the only one in the family who doesn’t have ‘DeBoer’ as her last name.” The insider said that she “understood she has a different dad,” but that “she kind of felt left out being the only one with a different last name.” Those are some complicated family dynamics for sure, so it’s understandable why she’d feel confused and left out. And now that she’ll have to head to a supervised visitation center now to see her father, who by many accounts is almost unrecognizable due to his drug use … It’s nice to have something to smile about, that’s all. Obviously Chelsea didn’t bring Aubree along to the hearing with Adam, so how did they tell her about her new name? The source explained that “They surprised her with a cake that had ‘Aubree Lind-DeBoer’ on it,” and that “Aubree was so thrilled and it was adorable.” But you know who wasn’t thrilled? Hint: he’s never been thrilled about anything in the history of his entire existence, and he also enjoys meth. Yep, The Ashley’s source claimed that although Adam didn’t fight the name change, he is “not happy” with it, either. Which is funny, because Chelsea is probably “not happy” that her daughter has a violent, hateful jackass for a father. Jill Zarin Loses Husband to Cancer, Releases Moving Statement

Bobby Zarin has lost his battle against cancer. The husband of Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin, Bobby passed away on Saturday while surrounded by family members and loved ones. He was 71 years old. In tribute to her late soulmate, Jill posted an official statement on her website on behalf of the family. It reads as follows: “With the heaviest of hearts, we are devastated to share the news that our beloved Bobby Zarin passed away peacefully today surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. “There are no words to describe how heartbroken we are. Thank you, everyone for all your love, and support during this difficult time.” Along with this simple and sentimental message, the website included a photo of Bobby in a suit. Here it is: Bobby Zarin was initially diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2009. He went on to have his thyroid removed, while also undergoing radioactive iodine treatment in an attempt to overcome the very serious illness. “He’s in a better place now,” said friend and fellow Bravo personality Ramona Singer to E! News. In July of 2015, Bobby spoke to People Magazine about the diagnosis and treatment. “The radioactive iodine usually kills off whatever undetectable cancer cells are left in your body after surgery,” he explained at the time, adding: “We thought it was cured – and it usually is in about 93 percent of cases. But I wasn’t able to absorb the radioactive iodine. So it came back.” In emotional footage shared on her Instagram page back on December 3, Jill discussed how her husband was in the hospital and “was [doing] okay.” But she clearly knew the end was sadly near. “I’m just going to miss Bobby,” she said tearfully in this video. “I’m going to miss my life with him.” Although the Real Housewives of New York City veteran tried to be optimistic throughout Bobby’s treatment, she said “his cancer took an unexpected turn” over the summer. In July of last year, Bobby was admitted to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, where he recovered from a procedure related to his disease. “He is not going down without a fight,” Jill told People. “We’re hoping for a miracle.” The couple was married for 17 years at the time of Bobby’s death. In addition to Jill, Bobby is survived by his children – David Zarin, 41, Jennifer Zarin, 38, Jonathan Zarin, 35; along with 25-year-old stepdaughter Ally Shapiro. Kylie Jenner: Is She Done with Fame Forever?!

We’re going on four months now since we first learned of Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy … And it sure has been rough. First we had to deal with the news itself, which was actually pretty shocking . Stories about multi-millionaire 20-year-old celebrities getting pregnant by men they’ve been with for a few months usually are. And then, after we got used to the idea of Kylie being pregnant — well, let’s be real, getting used to the idea was a whole additional step in this process. So hearing the news, absorbing it, all very tough and super weird. But after all that, we began to realize that Kylie wasn’t planning on publicly embracing the news . She wouldn’t be parading her baby bump around town like many celebs. As the weeks went on, it became clear that she probably wouldn’t even publicly acknowledge the pregnancy. At all. Now that her rumored due date is approaching, we’re going to go ahead and assume that we won’t hear anything about any of it until after the baby is born. If we even hear about it at all, that is. And like, we know that this isn’t about us, but it’s still been kind of a bummer to have Kylie completely disappear from the public eye like this. Remember back in the day when we couldn’t go a single day without getting at least one selfie of this girl ? If not a selfie, she always made sure to hop on Snapchat and record herself listening to some music and making faces. We became so accustomed to her constant show of vanity, and it’s been hard going from all that to this strange, sad new world. But, according to this new report from Hollywood Life, we may have to get used to this tragic lack of Kylie in our lives. Because there’s a chance she may never come back to us. “She wants to be out of the spotlight right now,” a source explains , “and she just wants to focus on getting ready for the baby.” That makes sense, and it’s certainly nothing we haven’t heard before. But this insider also claims that “Kylie has even talked about wanting to be out of the public eye permanently, and focusing on being a mom and a businesswoman.” Our hearts simply could not take it. Could you imagine not having the absolute nonsense that is Kylie’s existence in our lives? Just seeing her promote makeup instead of putting her whole life out there for us to mock and ridicule? Even worse, could you imagine missing out on watching Kylie parent on Keeping Up with the Kardashians?! Thankfully, the source adds that Kylie’s family is taking all that talk “with a pinch of salt.” “Kris thinks there’s no way Kylie is ready for a peaceful, quiet, regular life just yet, and that once she’s had the baby she will want to be back out there.” This seems much more realistic, and as they say, mothers know best. Ellen DeGeneres Pays Tribute to Late Father

It may be the job of Ellen DeGeneres to make people laugh on a daily basis, but the talk show host was sadly forced to turn serious on Thursday. For the saddest of reasons: Because her father passed away at the age of 92. Ellen broke this news to her viewers in a moving tribute to her dad, Elliott, which followed a long talk with Oprah Winfrey about the fatal mudslides in their home town. “In addition to what’s going on in Monetico, I lost my dad this week,” DeGeneres said, fighting back tears as she spoke. “He was 92 years old.  He had a good, long life. And he lived his life exactly how he wanted. He was Christian science his entire life. He never had medicine his whole life. “He never went to a doctor. We never had a vaccination. We never had medicine growing up and he lived to be 92.” Continued the comedian: “He was very proud of me. He loved this show. He was a kind man, very accepting man. “There was not one bone of judgment in his body. He was very funny … Before he passed away I got to talk to him, so I got to say goodbye to him.” We don't know the exact cause of death in this case. But the man was 92 years old. As you can see immediately above and below, Ellen also paid tribute to her father on Twitter yesterday. “It wasn't unexpected,” Ellen added on Instagram. “I was able to say goodbye. When I was a kid, my dad took us on one vacation to Warner Bros. Studios. He loved this business. He loved that I was in it. “When he died, I saw this rainbow over the stage they named for me.” Previously, Ellen has said the following to Winfrey: “So many times over the past 15 years, people have come up to me and say to me that when they're going through a tough time this show gets them through it. “Today, I need you because there's a lot going on in my life right now.” Our thoughts are with Ellen's family at this time.
