It’s been three months since we first learned that Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin have separated , but the drama is still in high gear. While neither party has filed for divorce, the terms of their split are being decided in the court of public opinion on a daily basis. Now, rumors are circulating online that Javi is planning to tell his side of the story in a tell-all memoir that will blow the lid off of Kailyn’s public image. While details have been scarce, several media outlets have reported that Javi is upset with the way he’s been portrayed in the celebrity gossip world. As such, he’s planning to set the record straight via a quicky tell-all. How hated is the Duggar family these days? So hated that they can’t even get ice cream without becoming the subjects of unwanted attention on social media. Okay, so it’s actually frozen yogurt that lured the Jim Bob, Michelle and Jinger out of the Duggar compound over the weekend, but the reaction to the above photo was still downright frigid. As you can see, the Duggars were joined by Jinger’s new boyfriend, Jeremy Vuolo , when they stopped by Sweet Loring Frozen Yogurt in Laredo, Texas. No word on what brought the Dugz to the streets of Laredo, but they seem to be more or less constantly on tour these days. Anyway, the owner of the shop posted the pic on Facebook and Twitter, along with a “huge shoutout” to the Duggar clan. That’s when all hell broke loose. We’ve shared those screenshots below: “I had a Raya account through February,” he said, continuing: “Unlike every other contestant on this show who was flown [in] for final selection and [a] finalized spot on the show in January, I was never contacted nor was the show even on my radar until early March. “Just over a week before filming I was reached out to by a producer.” Rodgers went on to address the fact that, yes, his name was leaked as a contestant before the official cast was announced… but he had not yet agreed to actually be on the series. “I did not sign or agree to do the show until March 12, the day before we reported to [Los Angeles] for filming,” he said. “My name was leaked before I ever gave a verbal [agreement] and in fact I said I would not do it, yet I was leaked anyway before agreeing.” According to his contract, Rodgers cannot have an online dating profile while appearing on The Bachelorette. “Per contract, immediately after my filming on the show ends I cannot use these types of applications nor would I want to breach contract by doing so,” he added. “I immediately deleted the profile as soon as I had access to do so. However the auto renewal had already been processed through the month of May and into June. It’s been nearly seven years since Brittany Murphy passed away under mysterious circumstances at the age of 32. Strangely, just six months after her death, Murphy’s husband Simon Monjack also passed away . Monjack was only 39, and his death sparked renewed interest in the cause of Murphy’s demise. Her death was ruled natural – a result of the combined effects of pneumonia, anemia, and multiple drug toxicity – but many reasoned that the back-to-back deaths of two people in their 30s must indicate some sort of foul play. Now, in his new tell-all entitled A Case For Murder: Brittany Murphy Files, author Bryn Curt James is examining the possible overlooked causes of Murphy’s death – and exposing new secrets about her sad final days. James claims that Murphy was living in virtual squalor in the days leading up to her death. He writes that the actress passed away on a bed surrounded by “mountain of clothes, make-up, perfumes, an oxygen machine and medical supplies…It was a ready-made drug store. “The large bed was stained and the sheets twisted and drenched in sweat,” James adds. “Flanking each side of the bed were nightstands covered in…half-drunk bottles of water, prescription medication bottles, some open and some empty, and used tissues.” It’s unclear why exactly James is arguing that Murphy was murdered, as his book title indicates, but other sources who were close to the actress in her final days argue that she appeared to be in very poor health. “Not once did I see her eat!” says a film producer who worked with Murphy on one of her final projects. “She would drink coffee all day. She looked sickly.” “Her hands were a purple-blue color,” says another insider. “It was sad and worrying to see how unhealthy she looked and to be honest if it wasn’t for her name I don’t believe she would have been hired.” Sadly, Murphy’s father, Angelo Bertolotti, says that just before her death, Murphy revealed to him that she was determined to leave harmful influences behind her and start anew on the East Coast. “Brittany wanted a different kind of life and she was going to move to New York before her death,” Betrtolotti revealed in a recent interview. “She was so excited to start a new life and have a baby.”
Azja Frazier has officially raised the prom bar. In a video that has gone viral for totally awesome and understandable reasons, this high school student eschewed the concept of simple photos with her prom date prior to the pair leaving for their big dance. Instead, she adorned her porch with black and yellow column balloons… she rolled out a red carpet… she called a huge audience to her yard… and she enlisted two of her friends to imitate the choreography from Beyonce's “Formation” music video. The footage was shared on dancer’s Floyd D. Wimberly Facebook page and has racked up over three million views in just a couple days. Wimberly is at the center of the footage, emerging through fringe in white pants and a black top. After several seconds, he launches into Bey's “Formation” choreography, nailing every move perfectly, prior to walking down the steps to make room for a second dancer. Eventually, Frazier herself makes a smoke-filled entrance. And it's awesome! The teenage, who lives in Illinois, told BuzzFeed News she hired Wimberly after seeing some of his dances online. According to his Facebook page, he's done the “Formation” prom entrance at least twice before, and has also performed Bey's “Diva” for a sendoff. “I wanted something to entertain my guests while they were waiting on me to come out,” Frazier told BuzzFeed. “Also, I loved the song and I felt like it was a moment when I slayed … I felt like it was my day to shine.” It totally was, Azja. Alas, her parade got rained on after Instagram followers noticed her gratuitous underboob . “you wouldn’t want to expose too much boobage around ur parents, grandparents, aunts, cousins etc….. Jonathan Cheban, the self-proclaimed “best friend” of Kim Kardashian, was invited to speak on a panel at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, which features people working in the fields of advertising, creative communications and the like. Since his 4 minute appearance on the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother , Cheban has found a tiny bit of fame across the pond, though he once told co-star Gemma Collins that he didn’t need CBB for his career . “It’s not that, I’m huge here,” Cheban told her. “We’re [Keeping Up With The Kardashians ] on in 180 countries!” Fast-forward to June 22nd, and Collins has been reunited with Cheban. The two friends were part of a panel that included social media dude The Fat Jewish (who happened to be wearing shorts with photos of Kim Kardashian’s cry face). “Does she cry a lot?” fellow panelist Katie Hopkins asked Cheban of his bestie. “No, no,” he insisted. “But she has the best crying face. Josh Waring, the troubled son of Lauri Peterson (as you know if you watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online ), is in major trouble. According to Buzzfeed , Josh has been charged with attempted murder after shooting a man, then fleeing the scene in a stolen vehicle. Cops were called to a home in his native Orange County around 2 a.m. local time, according to the Costa Mesa Police Department. There, they found a male, 35, with a gunshot wound in his lower torso. Witnesses at the home identified Josh Waring as the shooter, who had then driven off in a stolen BMW SUV. A helicopter from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department found the vehicle, and when police approached, Waring tried to get away in the car, causing a traffic accident. Waring then abandoned the car and continued to run from the police on foot, and was finally arrested after reportedly attempting to hide in a business. Though no gun has been recovered, police did find evidence “related to the shooting” in the SUV. Waring was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, vehicle theft, felony evading, hit and run, assault, and battery. The victim, though in serious condition, is expected to survive.
