Taylor Swift Gets Down and Dirty for Music Video Tease

Taylor Swift is getting ready to start 2016 the same way she ended 2015: By completing and totally owning the pop culture universe. The solo superstar will release her latest music video later tonight, as part of Ryan Seacrest’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on ABC. But Swift has first taken to Twitter in order to give fans a taste of what’s to come. “Are we out of the woods yet?” she wrote as a caption to the above image, which makes it look like Swift will be getting down and dirty for the “Out of the Woods” music video. Literally. The photograph depicts Swift crouching down, looking very intense and muddy, as if she just… well… came out of some woods. Taylor, of course, is coming off one of the most successful years any singer has ever had. Her previous music video for the song ” Bad Blood ” featured quite a number of familiar faces: Before that, she went sort of insane as an ex-girlfriend scorned in ” Blank Space .” Check out the GIFs below: And prior to that , Swift shook off all the haters by dancing around in a variety of ways. Bill Cosby to Reach Secret Settlement With Accuser?

Yesterday, Bill Cosby was charged with sexual assault following an investigation into a 2004 incident involving a woman named Andrea Constand. It was a major development that many thought would never take place, as Cosby had previously been accused of sexual misconduct by more than 50 women without ever facing prosecution. Now, the 78-year-old is facing up to 10 years in prison if convicted of the charges against him. While an ambitious DA in Pennsylvania is forcing Cosby to answer for his alleged assault against Constand at an even hosted by Temple University, Los Angeles police are also investigating the once-beloved comic over accusations that he molested Chloe Goins during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. That case could prove even more damaging to Cosby, as Goins was reportedly underage at the time of the incident. However, it seems that Cosby’s legal team may have found a way for him to avoid ever setting foot in a courtroom for the Goins case. According to TMZ, Goins seems to have dropped her civil suit against Cosby, which is likely an indication that she received a massive settlement in order to walk away. View Slideshow: Bill Cosby Sex Scandal: What Led to His Arrest Goins filed her suit on October 6, and under California state law, her lawyers then had 90 days in which to serve Cosby with a summons. Now, as the deadline approaches, Cosby has yet to be served, and court papers indicate that there’s been no activity on the suit at all. Legal experts believe not only that Goins was paid off, but that she likely signed a confidentiality agreement, which would almost certainly undermine the prosecution’s efforts to put Cosby behind bars. Goins probably reached a deal with Cosby’s legal team several weeks ago, and as the majority of the other allegastions against him fall outside of the statute of limitations for sexual assault cases, the TV icon was probably beginning to think that he was in the clear. So you can imagine his surprise when Montgomery County (PA) District Attorney District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman filed charges less than 48 hours before the deadline in the Andrea Constand case. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner: Living Together Is "Annoying!"

I’m sure it is. After filing for divorce this summer, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are still living on the same property; he in a guest house and she with their three kids – Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 3 – in the main house.   “It’s obvious many times that they both find it annoying to deal with each other,” a source told People . “Understandably so. It’s a strange situation to live together and yet be separated.” Following their split, Affleck denied allegations that he was involved with the children’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian , despite photos like the one in which she showed off Tom Brady’s Super Bowl rings on a private plane.   Affleck claims he hired her to help work on an event in Las Vegas after Ouzounian watched the kids in the Bahamas, and their group flew back to Los Angeles on a private plane. That is annoying. “They both seem to find the situation frustrating, but for now at least, they also seem to think it’s best,” says the source. “They are doing what is working for the kids.” Garner is currently filming Wakefield alongside Bryan Cranston, while Affleck is gearing up to promote his blockbuster, Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice . Bella Hadid and The Weeknd: It’s Over!

It was only three months ago that we first learned that Bella Hadid and The Weeknd were dating . Now, E! News is reporting that the 25-year-old singer and 19-year-old model have already called it quits. “Bella and The Weeknd have taken a break,” says one insider. “Their schedules got very busy and it really cut into there relationship. They are still in each other’s lives though, just not in the same exclusive capacity.” Yes, the source doesn’t explicitly say that it’s over for good, but we think it’s pretty clear that Bella and The Weeknd won’t be hitting the Hollywood hot spots together any time soon. Fortunately, they both seem to be doing pretty well in the wake of the breakup. The Weeknd released two surprise tracks over the holidays, and the response from fans has been downright ecstatic. Meanwhile, Bella participated in Love magazine’s popular advent calendar series last week, and she received some surprise good news when it was revealed that her mother, Yolanda Foster, is “cured” of Lyme disease .  Hey, everyone hates to say goodbye to The Weeknd, but it sounds like Bella is having a pretty decent Monday. Mia Isabella Slams Kylie Jenner: Tyga Bought Me a Ring Too!

Over the weekend, Kylie Jenner sparked engagement rumors when she posted a photo of herself rocking a massive diamond ring that was reportedly a Christmas present from Tyga. Kylie has since denied that Tyga popped the question, and the wedding talk has died down but in posting the pic, she may have stirred up some drama that won’t go away quite so easily. Back in July, several sources reported that Tyga had been cheating on Kylie with Mia Isabella – a transgender model and adult film actress who did little to dispel the rumors. In fact, insiders say Mia threatened to post a sex tape she had made with Tyga  unless he paid her off. No one is quite sure if Tyga met Mia’s demands or if she simply had a change of heart, but for whatever reason, she disappeared from the public eye just days after making tabloid headlines. Now she’s back, and she seems intent on reminding Kylie that she was with Tyga first. Just hours after Kylie posted her bling photo, Mia posted a pic of a similar ring with a caption reading, “Anybody can do that lol he bought me one too except I’ve had mine for years.” Yes, it seems the gaudily ginormous diamond ring is Tyga’s present of choice for the ladies in his life, and it looks like Mia might not be quite ready to step away from the spotlight. In a statement issued to Radar Online, Mia claimed that she had no intention of throwing shade at Kylie , but we think it’s hard to mistake that post as anything other than a low blow. “It was definitely not a slam towards Kylie Jenner,” Isabella told the website. “My life does not revolve around Kylie and Tyga.” Uh-huh. Yolanda Foster Cuts Off Contact With David Foster as Divorce Turns Ugly: Report

It’s been four weeks since we first learned that Yolanda and David Foster are getting divorced , and in that time, relations between the former model and the renowned music producer have gone from bad to worse. While initial reports indicated that the split was amicable, several insiders have claimed that the Fosters have been living separate lives for over a year – and badmouthing one another for almost as long. Apparently, the final straw came when David questioned if Yolanda is actually suffering from Lyme disease while speaking to a group of mutual friends. Word reportedly got back to Yolanda, and now, what had been a relatively drama-free separation has deteriorated into an ugly divorce. In fact Radar Online is reporting that Yolanda has cut off all communication with David and is now letting her lawyers do the talking. “She is with the kids in Aspen and is enjoying downtime with family and close friends. Aspen has always been a very special place for the Yolanda,” says one insider. “But there has been no communication with David. Things are still tense between them. Kardashian Christmas Card: Where’s the Rest of the Family?!

Yesterday, the 2015 Kardashian Christmas card made its online debut, and many fans were surprised to see that it only features Kourtney’s three children and one of Kim’s two kids. The last-minute posting, the simplistic photo, and the fact that most of the famous family is nowhere to be seen have led many to believe that the family planned on releasing a more elaborate card, but internal strife forced them to call it off. Now several media outlets are positing theories as to why the Kardashians skimped on their Christmas card for the second year in a row: Post-baby Kim doesn’t want to be seen:  This one seems pretty obvious. Saint West arrived ahead of schedule, and Kim has been hiding out at Kris Jenner’s house until she drops the baby weight.  Kim entering seclusion earlier than expected may have prevented her from participating in the Christmas photoshoot. The Caitlyn question: Apparently, the family couldn’t agree on whether Caitlyn Jenner should be featured in the card. Sources say it was Kris Jenner who proposed the solution of a kids-only card. The boyfriend issue: Sources say Kylie Jenner wanted Tyga on the Christmas card . Kris reportedly wasn’t cool with that, but did want her own boyfriend, Corey Gamble, in the photo. Some sources say Khloe Kardashian fought for her dude to be in the pic, but we doubt James Harden would allow himself to get wrapped up in this drama. In any, event it was a mess. Rob is still overweight, wanted big bucks:  Kim isn’t the only one hiding out until she gets back into shape. Rob Kardashian has been living the Boo Radley life for over 18 months now, and sources say he wanted a six-figure payday to pose for the card. Not surprisingly, Kris Jenner wasn’t having that. Caitlyn Jenner: Being USED By Candis Cayne & Other New Friends?!

Earlier this week, Star magazine reported that Caitlyn Jenner “regrets” her transition and would like to go back to identifying as a man named Bruce. The story is obviously ridiculous, but if a new report from OK! magazine is true, there may be some truth to the claim that there are aspects of Caitlyn’s old life that she misses. If you watch  I Am Cait online , then you know that Caitlyn spends much of her time these days with a group of trans friends who helped support her during her transition. Caitlyn and Candis became so close that at one point it was rumored that they were dating.  Now, sources are telling OK! that Candis and the rest of Caitlyn’s new friends are simply exploiting the world’s most recognizable trans person for money and fame. It began with reports (which Jenner has never refuted) that Caitlyn pays Candis and company to appear on I Am Cait . Sources say the situation snowballed from there, until Caitlyn was fully supporting several of her “friends.” “She doesn’t realize she’s being used, because she thinks it’s fair to pay people who appear on the show.” an insider tells the tabloid. “But she’s so generous and eager to be loved, she just gives them however much they ask for! It’s sad.” The problem it seems, is that Cait’s new identity had left her feeling isolated from many of her former friends, and she still feels guilty over how much easier she’s had it than most trans people. She reportedly sees using her wealth and fame to improve the lives of the trans women around her as an easy fix to both problems. Scott Disick Crashes Kourtney Kardashian’s Vacation: WATCH!

These days, Kourtney Kardashian is banging Justin Bieber , but back when the Kardashian sisters took their recent vacation to St. Barths, she was newly single and happy to put some distance between herself and Scott Disick. If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online , you know that the Kard clan's trip didn't got as planned from day one. Tyga joined Kylie and company on what was supposed to be a ladies-only affair, and it looks like another unwelcome guest dropped in to spoil the fun shortly thereafter. The below clip from the upcoming episode shows Scott Disick unexpectedly dropping by to stir up some drama. It feels like the sort of thing that was probably planned by producers (and Kris Jenner), but Kourtney and her sisters do a decent job of pretending to be “shocked.” On last week's episode, the girls gave Kris a hard time about maintaining such close relationships with their exes, so we suppose it's not much of a surprise that Kris decides to give Scott a call out of the blue in this preview – but she actually invite him to St. Barth's?! We don't think bonkers relationship drama makes for a very relaxing vacay, but that's just us. Then again, Tyga had already crashed the party, so maybe by this point, the girls had already given up on the idea of actually enjoying themselves.
